IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

6. Do not block any ventilation openings. Install in accordance with the instructions.

7. Do not install near any heat sources such as radiators, heat registers, stoves or

other apparatus (including ampliers) that produce heat.

8. Only use attachments/accessories specied by the manufacturer.

9. Use only with the cart, stand, tripod, bracket, or table specied by the manufacturer,

or sold with the apparatus. When a cart is used, use caution when moving the cart/ apparatus combination to avoid injury from tip-over.

10. Unplug this apparatus during lightning storms or when unused for long periods of

time.

11. Refer all servicing to qualied service personnel. Servicing is required if the

apparatus has been damaged in any, such as power-supply cord or plug is damaged, liquid has been spilled or objects have fallen into the apparatus, the apparatus has been exposed to rain or moisture, does not operate normally, or has been dropped.

12. To reduce the risk of re or electric shock, do not expose this appliance to rain or

moisture for non-battery operating mode.

13. Do not remove the cover; there are no user-serviceable parts inside.

14. No naked ame sources shall be placed on the apparatus.

15. For outdoors use, to avoid electric shock, use battery only during a raining day

or the weather is wet. To prevent electric shock, if the sound system has been exposed to rain or water, the power supply cord and plug must be completely dried before plugging into the mains socket outlet.

16. The power plug should be closed to the apparatus, and easy to be approached that

during emergency. To disconnect the power from the apparatus, just unplug the power plug from the AC power slot.

17. The marking information is located at the bottom of the apparatus.

18. This apparatus is provided with protection against splashing water (IP65) and under

battery operation mode only.

19. In case of malfunction due to electrostatic discharge or fast transient (burst),

remove and reconnect the power supply.

20. The apparatus must be used in a moderate climate.

21. To prevent possible hearing damage, do not listen at high volume levels for long

periods.

POWER SUPPLY

AC OPERATION

1. Before plugging the AC power cord into the AC mains power socket, be sure the

voltage is correct.

2. Never use the AC power cord in rainy or moist conditions to prevent short circuit or

moist from entering the radio. Under those conditions only use battery power and keep all rubber covers well closed.

NOTE: In order to disconnect the radio from the AC mains power completely, the AC power cord should be removed from the AC mains power socket completely and it shall remain readily operable and should not be obstructed during intended use. In case of malfunction due to electrostatic discharge or fast transient (burst), remove the AC power cord from AC mains power socket and reconnect the power supply after approximately one minute.

LITHIUM BATTERY OPERATION AND CHARGING

NOTE ON FIRST USE : BEFORE OPERATING THE Perfectpro Rockpro FOR THE FIRST TIME ALWAYS FIRST FULLY CHARGE THE LITHIUM BATTERY.

The Perfectpro Rockpro can be operated by the built-in Lithium battery. During operation on battery power the approximate power level of the battery is displayed by the 4 segments battery icon in the top right corner of the LCD display. When the battery power level is very low, the “empty” icon will start flashing. Under this condition, the battery should be recharged as soon as possible to continue normal operation of the Perfectpro Rockpro.

Charging time from empty to full battery is approximately 6-7 hours (at room temperature with the radio in Standby mode). The Perfectpro Rockpro can be charged in Standby mode as well as in On mode while playing music. While playing music the charging time will be longer than in Standby mode. When charging is in process the battery icon segments will animate.

The Perfectpro Rockpro, for additional safety, will not start the charging process when the battery is already full or nearly full.

BATTERY SAVE MODE

When the Perfectpro Rockpro is operated on battery power and put into Standby mode, after 30 seconds the Perfectpro Rockpro will be turned off completely. This is normal in order prevent the battery from draining fully in Standby mode. When the radio is powered on again by pushing the power button it will have to start up

fully again as well as reconnect to the WiFi network. It will rst try to reconnect with the

last used WiFi network. This may take up to one minute. When the Perfectpro Rockpro is operated on AC power and put into Standby mode it will remain in Standby mode (date and clock display) and can remain connected to the WiFi network.

Note: In Standby mode the alarm function can only be used when the radio is operated on AC power. In Standby mode on battery power the radio will not be turned On by the alarm function/settings.

NOTE ON PLAYING TIME ON BATTERY POWER: The achieved playing time on battery power depends on many factors such as: selected volume level, music type (bass heavy music consumes more energy), selected music source, selected EQ setting, ambient temperature and age of the battery. Depending on these variables a playing time of approximately 12-16 hours on a medium set volume level can be achieved.

NOTE: When playing on battery power and the energy level of the battery is very low,

the sound may distort on higher volume and the WiFi-connection may become unstable.

NOTE ON LITHIUM BATTERY LIFE: If the Perfectpro Rockpro is not used for any

extended period of time, always first charge the built-in battery until it is full. The

optimum working life from the built-in battery will be obtained if it is kept topped up by recharging after each use of the Perfectpro Rockpro, even if it is only partially discharged. The battery’s working life will be reduced if the product is left in a discharged condition for a long period of time.

WARNING:

Do not attempt to replace or repair the built-in lithium battery. If you have any doubts about the built-in lithium battery, please contact the service department for further assistance.

WARNING: Danger of explosion if the battery is incorrectly replaced.

Do not expose the battery to excessive heat such as sunshine, re or the like.

Batteries should not be disposed of by incineration and with household waste. Disposable batteries should be taken to a suitable recycling centre if possible.

Safety information for internal rechargeable Lithium-polymer battery

The internal rechargeable lithium-polymer battery used in this device is able to supply power for a long period of time. However, even lithium-polymer batteries reach a point where they cannot be recharged. If the battery does not recharge after several attempts, it may be drained (have a too low charge), please contact service@prefectpro.eu for repair information. However, if you do not want us to replace the battery, you will need to dispose of used batteries/ device in accordance to the laws and regulations in your area. In addition, you can contact your local electronics retailers or recycling centre for disposal.

User Safety Precautions

Check the room temperature range is 0°C – 35° C (32° - 95° Fahrenheit) before charging the battery. Do not attempt to disassemble the plastic covering or any parts of the device, as the materials inside may be toxic and may damage skin and clothes. Do not puncture, crush, modify, throw or cause any unnecessary shock to your battery,

as the battery used in this device may present a risk of re, explosion, or chemical burn

if mistreated.

Do not leave, charge or use the battery in a car under direct sunlight, near re or a

heated source. Do not immerse, throw, wet the battery in water/ seawater. Do not use or charge the battery if it appears to be abnormally hot, discoloration, deformation or abnormal conditions is detected during use, charge or storage. Do not leave a charging battery unattended. Keep the battery away from babies and children.

Instructions to prevent reasonably foreseeable misuse

A battery incorporated in the equipment and a battery together with its associated components (including cells and electric power generators) shall be so constructed that an electric shock or fire safeguard failure (for example, flammable chemical leakage causing fire or insulation damage) is unlikely, taking all reasonably foreseeable conditions into account. If applicable, this shall include extreme conditions as specified by the manufacturer, such as:

- high or low extreme temperatures that a battery can be subjected to during use,

storage or transportation; and

- low air pressure at high altitude.

Where providing safety devices or design in a battery or equipment is not reasonably practical considering the functional nature of the battery or equipment containing a battery, instructional safeguards in accordance with Clause F.5 shall be provided to protect the battery from extreme conditions or user's abuse. Examples that shall be considered include:

- replacement of a battery with an incorrect type that can defeat a safeguard (for

example, in the case of some lithium battery types);

- disposal of a battery into fire or a hot oven, or mechanically crushing or cutting of a

battery, that can result in an explosion;

- leaving a battery in an extremely high temperature surrounding environment that can

result in an explosion or the leakage of flammable liquid o r gas;

- a battery subjected to extremely low air pressure that may result in an explosion or

the leakage of flammable liquid or gas.

GETTING STARTED

Installation using THE "SET-UP WIZARD"

Place Perfectpro Rockpro on a flat surface and plug the AC power plug into the AC mains power socket, be sure the voltage is correct.

IMPORTANT: In order to disconnect the Perfectpro Rockpro from the AC mains power completely, the AC power plug should be removed from the AC mains power socket completely and it shall remain readily operable and should not be obstructed during intended use.

When you apply power, the display on the sound system will light up.

After a few seconds the radio will then enter Standby and the clock will display '00:00' as shown.

To continue to setup Perfectpro Rockpro press the Power button. If this is the first time that you use Perfectpro Rockpro (or after a Factory Reset) the display will show 'Setup wizard' and 'YES' will be highlighted on the screen.

Press the Tuning/Seek/Select control to select 'YES' and to begin setting up Perfectpro Rockpro.

The Language menu will be shown on the screen for you to select your preferred language. By default Perfectpro Rockpro will display all menus and messages in English. Rotate the Tuning/Seek/Select control until the desired language is highlighted on the screen. Press the Tuning/Seek/Select control to select the chosen language option. The set up procedure will be continued with Date/Time menu shown up with your desired language.

Next, the way in which the radio updates its clock is set. A menu allowing you to specify the auto-update option for the clock will be shown. The 'Update from Network' or “Update from DAB” option will be good for most users.

Rotate the Tuning/Seek/Select control to highlight the time zone for your current location. Press the Tuning/Seek/Select control to enter the setting.

You will then need to set the Daylight Savings option according to your location (Daylight Savings is also known as Summer/Winter time or CEST/ECT adjustment). Rotate the Tuning/Seek/Select control to highlight 'ON' or 'OFF' as required. The asterisk shows the current setting. For example, in the Germany, 'ON' is equivalent to Central European Summer Time (CEST) and 'OFF' is equivalent to Central European Time (CET).

Rotate the Tuning/Seek/Select control to highlight the required option and then press the control to make the selection.

After setting the Keep Connected option, the display will show a list of supported WiFi regional options.

Rotate the Tuning/Seek/Select control to highlight the required region (for the European countries, choose ' Europe'), and then press the control to make the selection. Perfectpro Rockpro will then scan for available WiFi networks.

If you plan to use a WiFi connection, you will rst need to identify your network in the list

of network names presented by the Network Wizard. If no networks are found then you may have to get your wireless router working (please see the instructions supplied with the wireless router) or you may be too far from the router.

When the sound system nds your wireless network, it displays the Network Name

(SSID) for the wireless access point on the screen. This is a name that is allocated to the access point in your router by the person who set up the network - for example: 'Wilson' or 'Jame’s group'. If the router supports WiFi Protected Setup, then '[WPS]' will be shown in front of the SSID.

It is possible, and in some locations highly likely, that Perfectpro Rockpro will find more

than one wireless network, in which case you should choose which one you need to connect to.

Rotate the Tuning/Seek/Select control to see the SSID for each wireless network that has been found. If your network is shown proceed to step 6. If it is not shown then proceed to step 5. If you make a mistake at any point, use the Back button to go back to the previous screen.

If your network is not found, it may be because the router is configured not to broadcast the SSID. You should then use the Tuning/Seek/Select control to highlight and select the '[Manual config]' option in order to enter the network details manually. This is described in 'Manual Network Configuration'.

If your network name is being broadcast, and it was not found, then try re-scanning (press the Back button), and if necessary try moving Perfectpro Rockpro to a location closer to your access point / router.

When the SSID for the wireless network you wish to connect to is highlighted on the screen, press the Tuning/Seek/Select control. If WiFi Protected Setup (WPS) was indicated, you will see an additional menu at this point, otherwise proceed to step 7.

Choose one of the WPS menu options as required for your router (WPS may be via

push button, or using an identication number).

'WPS Button': the display prompts you to press the WPS button on your router and then the Select control on the sound system. The two devices should then connect with the encryption key sent automatically to the sound system.

'WPS PIN': the display shows an identication number which you must enter into your

router using a web browser (refer to your router's user documentation). You should then press the Select control on the sound system.

The two devices should then connect with the encryption key sent automatically to the sound system. 'Skip WPS' - if you wish to enter the encryption key yourself (or if it was previously entered). If you choose 'WPS Button' or 'WPS PIN' the screen will then show 'Connecting...' and then 'Setup wizard completed'. Press the Tuning/Seek/Select control to exit the setup wizard.

If your network is con

'Connecting...', and then 'Setup wizard completed'. Press the control to exit the setup wizard and show the Main menu. If this is the case then you have successfully connected Perfectpro Rockpro to your network.

If the screen displays 'Key:', it is because the network is using one of the encryption systems: Wired Equivalent Privacy (WEP) or WiFi Protected Access (WPA). You will need to enter the correct WEP or WPA key into the sound system to allow it to communicate with your wireless network. If you do not have the WEP or WPA key, then you should obtain it from the person who set up your network. Some wireless routers may come with an encryption key already set up by the supplier, in which case you should refer to the documentation provided with it. WPA is used here to also include WPA2.

WEP keys are 10 or 26 characters long (using 0 - 9, and A - F). Some wireless routers can also use pass-phrases for WEP but these are not supported by the sound system. WPA keys are usually set up using a pass-phrase of between 8 and 63 characters. Perfectpro Rockpro accepts pass-phrases for WPA keys.

The three controls on the right-hand side of the screen have special functions. You can quickly access these by pressing the Info button and then using the Tuning/Seek/ Select control as needed: select 'BKSP ' to erase a character just entered (long press to clear); select 'OK ' when the complete key has been entered select 'CANCEL ' to cancel and re-run the Network Wizard

If a WEP or WPA key has previously been entered for the selected SSID then the display will show 'Key: [Set]'. If you have previously entered a different key, you must clear this by selecting the 'BKSP ' symbol.

After the nal character of the WEP or WPA key has been entered, highlight the 'OK'

symbol and press the Tuning/Seek/Select control. The screen will show 'Connecting...' and then 'Setup wizard completed'. Press the Tuning/Seek/Select control to the exit setup wizard. The sound system should now be able to connect to the network.

Once you have connected Perfectpro Rockpro to the network (and therefore also to the Internet) it will display the Main menu. Press the Power button to put the sound system into Standby/Off mode. It should then display the time as obtained from the Internet. If the time display is not correct for any reason, it can easily be adjusted later, 'Manually setting the clock'.

INTERNET RADIO

Selecting a radio station by location

Press the Power button to switch the sound system on. Then press the Source button to select the Internet radio mode display.

Press the Menu button to enter the main Internet radio menu. Rotate the Tuning/Seek/ Select control until 'Station list' is highlighted on the display and then press the control to select the option.

Rotate the Tuning/Seek/Select control until 'Stations' is highlighted on the display and the press the control to select. Note that the menu may offer one or more local selections based upon the country in which the unit is being used, according to your internet IP address ('United Kingdom' and 'BBC' stations, for example).

Rotate the Tuning/Seek/Select control until 'Location' is highlighted on the display and then press the control to select.

Rotate the Tuning/Seek/Select control to scroll through the list of continents. When the desired continent is highlighted press the control to enter your selection.

The display will show a list of countries within the chosen continent. If there are many countries shown you can scroll through the list continually in either direction. For

example, if the chosen continent was Europe, then to nd the Netherlands scroll up

from the top of the list to the bottom by turning the Tuning/Seek/Select control anticlockwise. Press the Tuning/Seek/Select control to choose the desired country.

You will typically nd that you then have the option to select either 'All Stations' or one

of a number of categories. The lists are always sorted alphabetically, and long lists will wrap around from top to bottom or bottom to top.

Rotate the Tuning/Seek/Select control to highlight your chosen radio station and then press the control to enter your selection. The display will show 'Connecting...' while the sound system connects to the new station. The station should then start playing. Adjust the volume as needed.

SPOTIFY CONNECT

Spotify Connect - the basics

Spotify is all the music you’ll ever need. Millions of songs available instantly. Just search for the music you love, or let Spotify play you something great. Spotify works on your phone, tablet, computer and home speakers. So you’ll always have the perfect soundtrack for whatever you’re doing.

Spotify Connect allows your Spotify selections to be played through the radio, remotely controlled from your iPhone, iPad, Android device or any Desktop.

Connect also allows you to transfer the playing of the sound to other Spotify Connect enabled devices under the control of your smart-phone, tablet or any Desktop.

Once your Spotify account has been connected to your radio, you may start Spotify playing from the radio without needing to use the Spotify app.

To use Spotify with your Perfectpro Rockpro radio you will need to download the Spotify app and you will need a Spotify Premium account.

Playing music by Spotify Connect

Simply open Spotify on your Apple iOS / Android device and tap the Spotify Connect

icon on the play screen. When the Spotify app has identied other devices that are

compatible with Connect, the Connect icon will be shown with a circle. When another device is playing, the Spotify Connect icon will be become green. Tapping the Connect icon will show a list of Connect enabled devices and allow remote control of the volume. To select your radio choose Perfectpro Rockpro on the Spotify Connect devices screen. You are now ready to play music through your radio using Spotify Connect.

Controlling Spotify on your radio

The music can be controlled using the controls on your radio as well as by any Spotify enabled device.

MUSIC PLAYER

Accessing your audio les via a UPnP server

If your computer is running Windows (XP or Vista), then Windows Media Player version 11 includes a UPnP server which will make your files available to Perfectpro Rockpro. There are other UPnP server solutions available for non-Windows users and for Windows users who may wish to use an alternative (see the preceding page). It is beyond the scope of this instruction book to cover all possible options for UPnP.

We explain the use of Microsoft's Windows Media Player here since that will be the rst

choice for the majority of users. Rotate the Tuning/Seek/Select control until 'Shared media' is highlighted and press the control to select. The sound system will scan for all available UPnP servers. It may take a few seconds for the radio to complete its scan. The radio will display '<Empty>' if no UPnP servers are found.

After scanning, select your UPnP server using the Tuning/Seek/Select control. If you are using WMP 11 as the server, Perfectpro Rockpro will then normally display 'Unauthorised - Select to retry' at this stage.

USB PLAYER

Using USB memory devices

This section describes how to use your radio to access and playback your audio les via

USB memory devices. USB memory devices plug into the rectangular slot on the right hand side of your radio.

Important: Your radio is only designed to work with USB ash memory devices. It is not

intended to be connected to hard disk drives or any other type of USB device. The Prefectpro Rockpro radio has been tested with a range of USB memory devices of up to 128GB capacity. USB memory must use the FAT or FAT 32 filing system in order to operate with your radio. Your radio is unable to play from media formatted using the exFAT or NTFS formats. It is possible to use SD or SDHC cards for media storage and playback when held in a suitable USB adaptor. However, due to the wide variation of such adaptors, it is not possible to guarantee that all adaptor / card combinations will work in the radio. Audio formats supported are MP3, WMA, AAC, FLAC and WAV. USB playback does not

support les encoded using WMA Lossless, WMA Voice, WMA 10 Professional, nor les

of any format, which have DRM protection.

DAB Radio

Using DAB mode for the rst time

Carefully extend the rod antenna. Press the Power button to switch on the sound system. If the sound system has been used before the last used mode will be selected.

Press the Source button as needed so that DAB radio mode is selected on the display.

If this is the rst time, the display will show 'Scanning'. (If the sound system has been

used before the last used station will be selected instead.)

During the scanning process, as new stations are detected the station counter will increase and the stations will be added to the list which is stored in the sound system. The bar graph indicates the progress of the scan.

When scanning is completed the radio will list the stations found (in numeric-alpha order

0....9...A...Z), unless it has previously been tuned to a DAB station.

Rotate the Tuning/Seek/Select control to scroll through the list of available DAB radio stations.

Press the Tuning/Seek/Select control to select the highlighted station. The display may show 'Connecting...' while the radio re-tunes.

Use the Volume control to set the sound level as needed. If the station list is still empty after the scan the display will show 'Service not available'. If no stations are found it may be necessary to relocate Perfectpro Rockpro to a position giving better reception.

Selecting a DAB radio station

When playing a DAB radio station, the display normally shows the name of the current station with other related information.

Rotate the Tuning/Seek/Select control to access the radio station list and to scroll through the available stations.

Press the Tuning/Seek/Select control to select the highlighted station. The display may show 'Connecting...' while the radio re-tunes.

Use the Volume control to set the sound level as needed.

Note: If the display shows 'Station Not Available' it may be necessary to relocate Perfectpro Rockpro to a position giving better reception. A question mark in front of the station name merely indicates that the station has not recently been detected by the sound system. It may still be available.

FM RADIO

Operating in FM mode

Carefully adjust the rod antenna and press the Power button to switch on Perfectpro Rockpro.

Press the Source button as needed to select FM radio mode.

Rotate the Tuning/Seek/Select control in a clockwise direction. The displayed frequency will increase. Press the Tuning/Seek/Select control to carry out an autotune. Your radio will scan up the FM band from the currently displayed frequency and

will stop scanning when it nds a station of sufcient strength.

The display will show the frequency of the signal which has been found. If RDS information is available, after a few seconds the display will show the radio station name. If you only hear hiss or interference, simply press the Tuning/Seek/Select control to scan further. Perfectpro Rockpro may have found a spurious interference signal.

To nd more FM stations press the Tuning/Seek/Select control to repeat the scan operation. To scan down in frequency, rotate the Tuning/Seek/Select control in a anti-

clockwise direction rst and then press the control. Your radio will scan down the FM band from the currently displayed frequency and will stop scanning when it nds a signal of sufficient strength.

When the end of the waveband is reached Perfectpro Rockpro will recommence tuning from the opposite end of the waveband. Use the Volume control to adjust the sound level as needed.

PRESETTING RADIOSTATIONS

There are 40 memorypresets. They are used in the same way for each operating mode. The Perfectpro Rockpro has the unique function of Preset + and Preset – This enables you to quickly zap through your whole preset list. When performing a Factory Reset the whole Preset memory of the radio will be emptied. To store radio stations into 40 memory presets by using Preset button. Press the Power button to switch on Perfectpro Rockpro. Tune to the required radio station as previously described. To store the station as a preset station, press and hold the Preset button until the display shows a preset menu 'Save to Preset'.

Rotate the Tuning/Seek/Select control to the desired preset number until it is highlighted. Press the Tuning/Seek/Select control to conrm and the display shows ‘Preset Stored’. The station will be stored under the chosen preset button. Repeat this procedure as needed for the remaining presets.

Stations which are already stored in the presets may be over written by following the above procedure. Note: The radio station presets are retained in memory when the sound system is switched off and disconnected from the mains supply.

Recalling a preset radiostation

Press the Power button to switch on Perfectpro Rockpro

Select the required operating mode using the Source button.

You can briey press the Preset -/Skip Backward button to recall the previous one preset station. For example, if you are playing P2, the Preset -/Skip Backward button will recall the P1 station if it exists.

Note: If the P1 station is not existing in the preset menu, the sound system will directly search for the previous available station in the list, then play. Note: If there is no available station in the preset list, the sound system will display a pop-up screen with an announcement "Preset empty". or you can briey press the Preset +/Skip Forward button to recall the next one preset station in the list. For example, if you are playing P2, the Preset +/Skip Forward button will recall the P3 station if it exists.

Note: If the P3 station is not existing in the preset menu, the sound system will directly search for the next available station in the list, then play. Note: If there is no available station in the preset list, the sound system will display a pop-up screen with an announcement "Preset empty". Or press and release the Preset button until the display shows the “Recall from Preset” screen. Use the Tuning/Seek/Select control to scroll through the preset list until you reach the preset you want to select. Press and release the Tuning/Seek/Select control to select the preset.

BLUETOOTH

The Bluetooth mode on your sound system allows you to play audio, play sound from

video files and stream music from Bluetooth capable devices such as your mobile

phone, computer, tablet etc. through your Perfectpro Rockpro's loudspeakers.

Connecting Bluetooth devices

The sound system allows to be connected to one Bluetooth device via Bluetooth connection. Ensure that the Bluetooth capability on your phone, tablet or PC is enabled. Y need to refer to the user documentation for your device, since the method will vary with each device.

Press the Power button to switch on the Prefectpro Rockpro sound system.

Press the Source button on your sound system until the Bluetooth is selected.

Press the Menu button to enter Bluetooth menu;

Press the Tuning/Seek/Select control to select "Discoverable" and press the control to start enter Bluetooth discovery mode.

The Perfectpro Rockpro sound system will immediately enter discovery mode by flashing its Bluetooth icon, and showing "Bluetooth Discoverable", "Please connect with

a device to: Perfectpro Rockpro" on the display.

Using the Bluetooth settings of your phone, tablet or PC direct it to search for 'discoverable' devices. After a few seconds, you should see a device named 'Perfectpro Rockpro'. Just occasionally it may take longer for the sound system to be found by your device.

Select 'Perfectpro Rockpro' to cause your phone, tablet or PC to pair with your sound system and to establish a connection.

Once the connection is established, the Bluetooth icon on the LCD will stop ashing and will remain on. A message will be displayed briey conrming and followed by a display

with the name of the connected device.

You can now begin playing music from your smart-phone, tablet, etc.

Some Bluetooth devices may require a ‘Passkey’ (an authentication key) in order to establish a link between devices. A passkey is similar to a password, although you only need to use the passkey once to establish a link. If your device asks for a passkey to be able to pair with your radio then enter a code of 0000 (four zeroes).

ANSWERING INCOMING PHONE CALL

The Hands Free Calling feature allows you to answer an incoming phone call when the sound system has been connecting to a Bluetooth mobile phone.

Press the Tuning/Seek/Select control (Phone icon) on the right to pick up an incoming call.

Speak towards the microphone (MIC) located bottom side of the radio. Adjust the conversation volume by rotating the Volume control. A lower volume setting can reduce a possible echo in the phone conversation.

Press the Tuning/Seek/Select control again to hang up the phone call.

Note: The volume of ring tone will be increased to maximum after the phone rings for about 10 seconds. Note: The ringtone of iPhone will be streamed to the radio via Bluetooth. But because of Android system, the ringtone of Android phone or other phones will only be sounded on the mobile.

AUX INPUT

WARNING: Never use the AUX-IN socket in rainy or moist conditions to prevent moist from entering the radio. Keep the rubber cover well closed under these conditions.

A 3.5mm Auxiliary Input socket located on the right hand side of Perfectpro Rockpro is provided for connecting the audio signal from an external audio source such as an MP3 or CD player. Connect a stereo lead from the headphone output of your MP3 or CD player to the Aux In socket located at the rear of the sound system. Typically this lead will have a 3.5mm stereo plug at both ends. Switch on Perfectpro Rockpro by pressing the Power button briefly.

Press the Source button until AUX in mode is shown on the display.

Press the 'play' on the connected audio device. If you are using its headphone output for the connection, set its volume control to a level of somewhere between two-thirds and maximum (the objective is to get a strong audio signal but without too much distortion). Then adjust the volume on the sound system as required. Note, if using an iPod as the sound source, you may need to set its output to maximum to get an adequate audio signal level.

After use, disconnect your player in order to listen to Perfectpro Rockpro conventionally.

EQUALIZER FUNCTION

The sound on Perfectpro Rockpro can be adjusted to suit your personal taste for the material that you are listening to. The Perfectpro Rockpro has a range of equaliser modes. Alternatively you may set the treble and bass levels to your own preferences which can be accessed from the My EQ menu item. Press the Power button to switch on your radio. Access the menu for the current mode by pressing the Menu button.

Rotate the Tuning/Seek/Select control until 'System settings' is highlighted on the display. Press the control to enter the system settings menu.

Rotate the Tuning/Seek/Select control until 'Equaliser' is highlighted on the display. Press the control.

Rotate the Tuning/Seek/Select control to cycle through and highlight the various modes. Press the control to conrm your selection.

SETTING THE ALARM CLOCK

Prefectpro Rockpro has two separate alarms which can be set to wake you to either the radio or a buzzer alarm. In the event of a power interruption Perfectpro Rockpro has built in memory that will retain your alarm settings. Important note: In Standby mode the alarm function can only be used when the radio is operated on AC power. In Standby mode on battery power the radio will turn off fully after 30 seconds (battery power save mode) and will not be turned on by the alarm function/settings. Ensure that the time is set correctly before setting the alarms. With Perfectpro Rockpro switched on, press the Menu button to access the menu for the current mode. Rotate the Tuning/Seek/Select control until 'Main menu' is highlighted on the display. Press the control to enter the 'Main menu'. Rotate the Tuning/Seek/Select control until 'Alarms' is selected on the display. Press the control to see the current alarm settings. If no change is required, press the Menu or Back buttons to exit.

Rotate the Tuning/Seek/Select control until the desired alarm (1 or 2) is highlighted on the display. Press the control to enter alarm setup.

Rotate the Tuning/Seek/Select control until 'Time' is highlighted on the display. Press the control to adjust the alarm time.

Rotate the Tuning/Seek/Select control to choose the alarm hour. Press the control to

conrm the setting.

Rotate the Tuning/Seek/Select control to choose the alarm minute. Press the control

to conrm the setting. The display will then return to the alarm setting menu. If the sound

system has been set to use a 12 hour clock format, there will also be an option here for setting AM or PM for the alarm time.

Rotate the Tuning/Seek/Select control to highlight 'Enable' and press the control. The display will show the Frequency options for the alarm. The alarm frequency options are as follows: 'Off' - the alarm will be disabled 'Daily' - the alarm will sound everyday 'Once' - the alarm will sound once 'Weekends' - the alarm will sound only at weekends 'Weekdays' - the alarm will sound on weekdays only. Rotate the Tuning/Seek/Select control to choose the required alarm frequency option. Choosing Off will disable the

alarm. Press the control to conrm the selection. If you choose to set the alarm to Once

you will also need to set the date using the Tuning/Seek/Select control.

The alarm can be set to buzzer, Internet radio, DAB radio or FM radio. For whichever radio mode is selected, the radio alarm may be set to any of the stations, which have been stored as presets or to the station most recently listened to. Rotate the Tuning/

Seek/Select control to highlight the current 'Mode' option for the alarm, then press the control if you wish to change it. Rotate the Tuning/Seek/Select control to highlight

either 'Buzzer' or the required radio mode. Press the control to conrm the selection.

If setting the alarm to a radio option, rotate the Tuning/Seek/Select control to highlight the 'Preset:' option then press the control if you wish to change it. Choose from either the radio station 'Last listened' to, or from the presets 1 - 40. Scroll to the chosen option and press the control to conrm the selection. Note that you can only set the alarm to use a preset which has already been stored.

Rotate the Tuning/Seek/Select control until the 'Volume:' option is highlighted on the display and press the control if you wish to change it. The sound system uses the saved volume setting for each alarm when it sounds. Rotate the control to set the required volume and then press the control to conrm the setting.

In order to store the alarm settings rotate the Tuning/Seek/Select control until 'Save' is highlighted. Press the control to store the alarm settings. Your radio will show 'Alarm saved' and will then go back to the list of alarms with the new alarm setting shown in the display. If you decide not to save the settings, press the Back button. The display will show 'Save changes' with a 'YES' or 'NO' option. Rotate the Tuning/Seek/Select control to choose 'NO' and then press the control. 'Alarm not saved' will show on the display. Active alarms are shown using small alarm indicators at the bottom of the playing displays and on the clock display when in standby.

Note: If you make a mistake at any point while setting the alarms, use the Back button to go back to the previous screen.

FACTORY RESET

If you wish to completely reset Perfectpro Rockpro to its initial state this may be performed by following this procedure. By performing a factory reset, all user entered settings will be erased. Access the menu for the current mode by pressing the Menu button. Rotate the Tuning/Seek/Select control to highlight the 'Main menu' option, then press the control to select.

Rotate the Tuning/Seek/Select control until 'System settings' is highlighted and then press the control to select.

Rotate the Tuning/Seek/Select control until 'Factory Reset' is highlighted and then press the control. Rotate the Tuning/Seek/Select control and highlight 'YES' to proceed. If you do not wish to carry out a system reset, highlight the control. The display will revert to the previous menu.

With 'YES' highlighted, press the Tuning/Seek/Select control. A full reset will be

performed and the sound system will restart as if rst plugged in. The DAB stations list

together with any preset stations will be erased and your wireless network connection

details will be lost. All conguration settings will be restored to their defaults, the clock

and alarms will be reset.

'NO' and then press

In case of malfunction for any reason, reset the product as described above to resume normal operation. It may be necessary in some cases to disconnect the mains power, then reconnect power after 10 seconds.

In case of malfunction due to electrical fast transient (burst), reset the product as above (reconnection of the power source may be required) to resume normal operation.

Under the environment with Conducted Immunity disturbance / Radiated Immunity, the sample may malfunction. It will automatically recover to normal when the Conducted Immunity disturbance / Radiated Immunity stopped.

CHARGING A MOBILE PHONE

The USB socket on the right hand side can provide DC power of 5V/0.5A for charging a mobile phone. Connect the mobile phone to the USB socket with an appropriate cable (not included with Perfectpro Rockpro). The USB power is available in all the operating modes and including standby mode. Refer to the user manual or the manufacturer of the mobile phone to verify if it supports charging from an USB power. Warning: Never use the USB socket in rainy or moist conditions to prevent moist from entering the radio and so to prevent potential short circuit. Always keep the rubber cover well closed under these conditions.

It is recommended to use AC power while charging a mobile phone via USB socket. On battery power it is also possible to charge a mobile phone from the USB socket, however using battery power to charge a mobile phone will consume much energy from the battery and so drain the battery fast.

UNDOK APP

The Perfectpro Rockpro supports remote control from Apple iPhone, iPad and Android using the UNDOK app. The apps are available in Apple’s app store and Google’s android play.

The UNDOK app allows you to: Control all the modes of the Perfectpro Rockpro, including internet radio, Spotify, Media Player, USB playback, DAB, FM, Bluetooth and AUX-In; Adjust the volume level of current playback; Setting EQ for various audio presets; Setting Sleep timer; Editing the displayed name of the Prefectpro Rockpro.

ADDITIONAL METAL TELESCOPIC ANTENNA

You can use this as an alternative antenna for your radio in areas or locations where the radio signal (FM/DAB/DAB+) is weak to very weak.

ATTENTION: The standard antenna on the radio is exible. The metal antenna is not exible or bendable and should be used with care. Breaking or bending

antennas is not covered by warranty.

Installing: Carefully screw off the standard exible antenna. First carefully loosen the antenna with an open-end-wrench (size 14) – turn counter clockwise. Carefully screw on the metal telescopic antenna and softly tighten it with an open-end wrench key (size 14) – turn clockwise.

ATTENTION: do not use too much force when xing the antennas as this can

damage the screw threat of the antennas or make it break off.

The terms of the warranty of this radio do not cover the following:

SOURCE D’ALIMENTATION

UTILISATION SUR SECTEUR

1. Avant d’insérer la che du cordon d’alimentation de la radio dans une prise de

courant secteur, assurez-vous que la tension du courant secteur soit correcte.

2. N’utilisez jamais la che du cordon d'alimentation de la radio dans des conditions

pluvieuses ou humides an d’éviter un court-circuit ou d’empcher l’humidité de

pénétrer dans la radio. Dans ces conditions, gardez les protections en caoutchouc bien fermées.

REMARQUE:

A n de déconnecter la radio du courant secteur, la che du cordon d’alimentation doit tre retirée entièrement de la prise de courant. La che et le cordon d’alimentation

doivent rester accessibles à tout moment. En cas de perturbations provoquées par une décharge électrostatique ou une pointe

de tension, la che du cordon d’alimentation de la radio doit tre retirée de la prise de

courant et les piles doivent être déconnectées un bref instant.

UTILISATION SUR BATTERIE LITHIUM ET CHARGE

REMARQUE CONCERNANT LA PREMIÈRE UTILISATION : AVANT D’UTILISER L’Prefectpro Rockpro POUR LA PREMIÈRE FOIS, COMMENCEZ TOUJOURS PAR CHARGER COMPLÈTEMENT LA BATTERIE LITHIUM.

L’Prefectpro Rockpro peut être utilisée sur la batterie Lithium intégrée. Pendant l’utilisation sur piles, le niveau approximatif de la batterie sera signalé par l’icône batterie constitué de 4 segments dans le coin supérieur droit de l’écran LCD. Lorsque le niveau de la batterie est très faible, l’icône « vide » commencera  clignoter. Dans ce cas de figure, la batterie doit être rechargée aussi vite que possible pour permettre une utilisation normale de l’Prefectpro Rockpro.

Le temps de charge de la batterie pour passer de vide à pleine est d’environ 6 à 7 heures (à température ambiante et en mode Standby). L’Prefectpro Rockpro peut être aussi bien chargée en mode Standby (mode veille) qu’en mode On lorsque l’appareil diffuse de la musique. Lorsque l’appareil diffuse de la musique, le temps de charge peut-être plus long qu’une mode Standby. Lorsque l’appareil est en charge, les segments de l’icône de la batterie s’animeront.

Pour raison de sécurité supplémentaire, l’Prefectpro Rockpro ne commencera pas le processus de charge si la batterie est déjà pleine ou presque pleine.

MODE ECONOMIE D’ENERGIE

Lorsque l’ Perfectpro Rockpro est utilisée sur batterie, et mise en mode veille, l’ Perfectpro Rockpro s’éteindra complètement après 30 secondes. Cela pour éviter que la batterie se décharge complètement en mode veille. Lorsque la radio est rallumée en appuyant sur le bouton de mise en marche, la radio doit recommencer entièrement et le doit également se reconnecter au réseau WiFi. La radio tentera tout d’abord de se reconnecter au dernier réseau WiFi utilisé. Cela peut prendre jusqu’à une minute. Lorsque l’Prefectpro Rockpro est utilisée sur courant AC et mise en mode veille, la radio

restera en mode veille (affichage date et heure) et pourra rester connectée au réseau

WiFi.

Remarque: En mode Standby la fonction alarme peut seulement être utilisée lorsque la radio est utilisée sur alimentation secteur. En mode Standby (mode veille) et en utilisation sur batterie, la radio ne sera pas allumée par la fonction alarme/les réglages.

REMARQUE SUR LE TEMPS D’UTILISATION SUR BATTERIE: Le durée d’utilisation sur batterie dépend de plusieurs facteurs tels que : le niveau de volume sélectionné, le type de musique écouté ( la musique riche en basses consomme davantage d’énergie), la source de musique sélectionnée, le réglage EQ sélectionné, la température ambiante et l’âge de la batterie. En fonction de ces variables, un temps d’utilisation compris entre 12 et 16 heures peut être atteint à un niveau de volume moyen.

REMARQUE: Lorsque vous utilisez la radio sur batterie et que le niveau de la batterie

est vraiment faible, le son peut être distordu à un volume plus élevé et la connexion WiFi peut devenir instable.

REMARQUE SUR LA VIE DE LA BATTERIE LITHIUM: Si l’Perfectpro Rockpro n’est pas utilisée pendant une longue période, commencez toujours par charger complètement la batterie. La durée de vie optimale de la batterie intégrée sera atteinte en rechargeant complètement la batterie après chaque us même si elle n’est que partiellement déchargée. La durée de vie de la batterie sera amoindrie si la batterie est laissée longtemps déchargée.

AVERTISSEMENT:

Ne tentez pas de remplacer ou réparer la batterie lithium intégrée. Si vous avez des doutes concernant la batterie lithium intégrée, veuillez contacter le département service client pour plus d’assistance.

Informations de sécurité concernant la batterie interne rechargeable Lithium-polymère

La batterie rechargeable intégrée au Lithium-polymère utilisée dans cet appareil peut fournir de l’énergie pendant une longue période. Cependant même les batteries au Lithium-polymère atteignent un point où elles ne peuvent plus être rechargées. Si la batterie ne se recharge toujours pas après plusieurs tentatives, il est possible qu’elle n’ait plus d’énergie. Veuillez alors contacter service@prefectpro.eu pour les informations concernant la réparation. Cependant si vous ne souhaitez pas que nous remplacions la batterie, vous devrez recycler les batteries et appareils usagés selon les lois et les règles en vigueur dans votre région. Vous pouvez en plus contacter votre distributeur électronique local ou un centre de recyclage.

Précautions à l’attention de l’utilisateur

Vérifiez que la température de la pièce est comprise entre 0°C – 35° C (32° - 95°

Fahrenheit) avant de charger la batterie. Ne tentez pas de démonter la protection en plastique ou quelque partie de l’appareil que ce soit puisque le matériel situé à l’intérieur peut-être toxique et peut endommager la peau ou les vêtements.

Ne percez pas, n’écrasez pas, ne modifiez pas, ne jetez pas la batterie et ne lui causez

pas de choc particulier. En effet la batterie utilisée dans cet appareil peut risquer de

s’enflammer, présenter un risque d’explosion ou de brlure chimique en cas de mauvais

traitement. Ne laissez pas la batterie, ne la chargez pas et ne l’utilisez pas dans une voiture sous une exposition directe du soleil, près d’un feu ou d’une source de chaleur. N’immergez pas et ne jetez pas la batterie dans l’eau/dans la mer, ne la mouillez pas. N’utilisez pas la batterie si elle vous semble anormalement chaude, décolorée ou déformée ou si vous détectez des conditions anormales lorsque vous l’utilisez, la rechargez ou la stockez. Ne laissez pas une batterie en charge sans surveillance. Gardez la batterie éloignée des bébés et des enfants.

Instructions visant à prévenir les abus raisonnablement prévisibles

Une batterie incorporée dans un appareil et une batterie ainsi que ses composants associés (y compris les piles et les générateurs d'électricité) doivent être construits de telle sorte qu'une défaillance de la protection contre un choc électrique ou un incendie (par exemple, une fuite de produits chimiques inflammables provoquant un incendie ou des dommages à l'isolation) soient improbables, compte tenu de toutes les conditions raisonnablement prévisibles. Le cas échéant, cela inclut les conditions extrêmes spécifiées par le fabricant, telles que :

- La destruction d'une batterie par le feu ou dans un four chaud, ou la découpe

mécanique d'une batterie, qui peut entraîner une explosion ;

- Laisser une batterie dans un environnement à température extrêmement élevée qui

peut entraîner une explosion ou la fuite d'un liquide ou d'un gaz inflammable ;

- Une batterie soumise à une pression d'air extrêmement basse qui peut entraîner une

explosion ou la fuite d'un liquide ou d'un gaz inflammable.

PREMIÈRE UTILISATION

Installation en utilisant l’ assistant de réglages

Placez l’ Perfectpro Rockpro sur une surface plane. Insérez la fiche du cordon

d’alimentation dans une prise de courant.

IMPORTANT: An de déconnecter la radio du courant secteur, la che du cordon d’alimentation doit tre retirée entièrement de la prise de courant. La che et le cordon

d’alimentation doivent rester accessibles à tout moment. En cas de perturbations provoquées par une décharge électrostatique ou une pointe

de tension, la che du cordon d’alimentation de la radio doit tre retirée de la prise de

courant et les piles doivent être déconnectées un bref instant.

Lorsque vous alimentez la radio, l’écran s’allumera.

Après quelques secondes, la radio entrera en mode veille et l’écran afchera ’00:00'

comme montré ci-dessous.

Pour continuer à régler les options de l’ Perfectpro Rockpro, appuyez sur le bouton de Mise en marche. Si c’est la première fois que vous utilisez l' Perfectpro Rockpro (ou

après une réinitialisation Réglages d’usine), l’écran affichera 'Setup wizard' et ‘YES’ sera illuminé à l’écran.

Appuyez sur le bouton de Fréquences/Recherche/Sélection pour sélectionner 'YES' (OUI) et pour commencer les réglages de l’Prefectpro Rockpro.

Le Menu des langues sera affiché  l’écran pour que vous puissiez choisir votre langue préférée. L’ Prefectpro Rockpro affichera par défaut tous les messages et les menus en anglais.

Tournez le bouton de Fréquences/Recherche/Sélection jusqu’à ce que la langue souhaitée soit illuminée à l’écran. Appuyez sur le bouton de Fréquences/Recherche/ Sélection pour choisir l’option de la langue choisie. Le réglage suivant, à savoir le

réglage de la date et de l’heure, s’affichera  l’écran dans la langue que vous venez de

choisir.

Ensuite, il s’agit de choisir la façon dont vous souhaitez régler l’heure. Un menu vous

permettant de spécier l’option de mise  jour automatique s’afchera  l’écran. Les

options ,'Update from Network' (mettre à jour depuis le réseau) ou “Update from DAB” ( mettre à jour depuis DAB) seront adéquates pour la plupart des utilisateurs.

Tournez le bouton de Fréquences/Recherche/Sélection pour illuminer le fuseau horaire de votre lieu actuel. Appuyez sur le bouton de Fréquences/Recherche/ Sélection pour entrer dans le réglage.

Vous devrez ensuite choisir l’option heure d’été/heure d’hiver (également connu sous le nom CEST/ECT) en fonction de votre position géographique. Tournez le bouton de Fréquences/Recherche/Sélection pour illuminer « ON » ou « OFF » en fonction de votre choix. L’astérisque indique le réglage actif. Par exemple, en Allemagne, 'ON' équivaut à Central European Summer Time (CEST) et 'OFF' équivaut à Central European Time (CET).

Tournez le le bouton de Fréquences/Recherche/Sélection pour mettre en lumière l’option souhaitée puis appuyez sur le bouton pour faire votre sélection.

Après avoir réglé l’option « rester connecté », l’écran afchera une liste d’options

régionales WiFi.

Tournez le bouton de Fréquences/Recherche/Sélection pour mettre en lumière la région souhaitée (pour les pays européens, choisissez « Europe »), puis appuyez sur le bouton pour faire votre sélection. L’Prefectpro Rockpro balaiera ensuite les réseaux WiFi disponibles.

Si vous prévoyez d’utiliser une connexion WiFi, il vous faudra tout d’abord identier

votre réseau dans la liste des noms de réseaux présentés par l’assistant réseau. Si aucun réseau n’est détecté, il vous faudra certainement faire fonctionner correctement

votre routeur sans l (veuillez vous référer aux instructions fournies avec le routeur sans l) ou il possible que vous soyez trop éloigné du routeur sans l.

Lorsque le système son détecte votre réseau sans l, il afche  l’écran le nom du

réseau (SSID) pour le point d’accès à distance. Il s’agit d’un nom alloué par la personne qui a réglé le réseau - par exemple : 'Wilson' ou 'Jame’s group'. Si le routeur supporte le

WiFi Protected Setup, alors '[WPS]' s’afchera sous SSID.

Il est possible, et très probable dans certains lieux, que l’Perfectpro Rockpro détecte plus d’un réseau sans fil, auquel cas il vous faudra choisir celui auquel vous souhaitez vous connecter.

Tournez le bouton de Fréquences/Recherche/Sélection pour consulter le SSID pour

chaque réseau qui a été trouvé. Si votre réseau est affiché, allez  l’étape 6. S’il ne s’affiche pas, passez  l’étape 5.

Si vous faites une erreur pendant les réglages, vous pouvez à tout moment revenir en arrière en utilisant le bouton Back.

Si votre réseau n’est pas détecté, c’est peut-être parce que le routeur n’est pas

configuré pour diffuser le SSID. Vous devriez alors utiliser le bouton de Fréquences/ Recherche/Sélection pour illuminer et sélectionner l’option '[Manual config]' afin

d’entrer manuellement dans les détails du réseau. C’est décrit dans 'Manual Network

Configuration’ (Configuration manuelle du réseau).

Si le nom de votre réseau est diffusé mais n’a pas été détecté, tentez de balayer à nouveau les noms (appuyez sur le bouton Back), et si nécessaire, tentez de déplacer l’Perfectpro Rockpro plus près de votre point d’accès / routeur.

Lorsque le SSID du réseau sans l auquel vous voulez vous connecter est illuminé

à l’écran, appuyez sur le bouton de Fréquences/Recherche/Sélection. Si le WiFi Protected Setup (WPS) est indiqué, vous verrez un jeu additionnel. Sinon, passez à l’étape 7.

Choisissez l’une des options du menu WPS comme requis par votre routeur (WPS en

appuyant sur le bouton ou en utilisant un numéro d’identication).

'WPS Button': l’écran d’afchage vous indique d’appuyer sur le bouton WPS de votre

routeur pour d’appuyer sur le bouton Select du système son. Les deux appareils devraient alors se connecter et la clé d’encryption être envoyée directement au système son.

'WPS PIN': l’écran afche un numéro d’identication que vous devez entrer dans

votre routeur utilisant un navigateur web (veuillez vous référer à la documentation de l’utilisateur du routeur). Veuillez ensuite appuyer sur le bouton Select du système son.

Les deux appareils devraient ensuite se connecter et la clé d’encryption envoyée directement au système son. 'Skip WPS' - si vous souhaitez entrer la clé d’encryption vous-même ou si elle a déjà été entrée.

Si vous choisissez WPS Button ou WPS PIN , l’écran afchera ensuite 'Connecting...'

et puis 'Setup wizard completed'. Appuyez sur le bouton de Fréquences/Recherche/ Sélection pour sortir de l’assistant réglages.

Si votre réseau est configuré sans clé d’encryption, l’écran affichera 'Connecting...',

puis 'Setup wizard completed'. Appuyez sur le bouton de Fréquences/Recherche/ Sélection pour sortir de l’assistant réglages et afficher le menu principal. Si le Menu

principal s’affiche alors vous tes parvenu  connecter l’Perfectpro Rockpro  votre

réseau.

Si l’écran affiche 'Key:', c’est parce que le réseau utilise un des systèmes d’encryption : Wired Equivalent Privacy (WEP) ou WiFi Protected Access (WPA). Il vous faudra entrer la clé WEP ou WPA correcte dans le système son pour communiquer avec votre

réseau sans fil. Si vous n’avez pas la clé WEP ou WPA alors vous devez l’obtenir de la personne qui a réglé votre réseau. Certains routeurs sans fil peuvent tre livrés

avec une clé d’encryption réglée auparavant par le fournisseur, auquel cas il vous faudra consulter la documentation fournie avec le routeur. WPA est utilisé pour inclure également WPA2.

Les clés WEP sont longues de 10 à 26 caractères (utilisant 0 - 9, et A - F). Certains

routeurs sans l peuvent également utiliser des mots de passe pour WEP mais celles-

ci ne sont pas supportées par le système son. Les clés WPA sont souvent réglées pour utiliser un mot de passe comprenant 8 à 63 caractères. L’Perfectpro Rockpro accepte les mots de passe pour clés WPA.

Pour entrer la clé WEP ou WPA, les caractères sont sélectionnés et entrés en utilisant le bouton de Fréquences/Recherche/Sélection. Lorsque vous tournez le bouton, les différents caractères sont illuminés ainsi que les 3 cadres sur la droite. Le caractère illuminé est celui qui sera entré lorsque vous appuyez sur le bouton de Fréquences/ Recherche/Sélection.

Continuez ce processus jusqu’à ce que la clé ait été entièrement entrée. Les clés WEP n’utilisent que les nombre 0-9 et les lettres A-F. Les clés WPA comportent les minuscules et des majuscules, il vous faudra entrer la clé exacte ou le système son ne se connectera pas au réseau.

Les trois contrôles situés à droite de l’écran possèdent des fonctions spéciales. Vous pouvez rapidement y accéder en appuyant sur la touche Info et en utilisant ensuite le bouton de Fréquences/Recherche/Sélection : sélectionnez 'BKSP ' pour effacer un caractère venant d’être entré (appuyez longtemps pour effacer) ; sélectionnez 'OK ' lorsque la clé complète a été entrée sélectionnez 'CANCEL ' pour annuler et relancer l’Assistant réseau.

Si une clé WEP ou CAP a été entrée dans le système auparavant pour le SSID

sélectionné, alors l’écran afchera 'Key: [Set]'. Si vous avez entré une clé différente

auparavant, vous devez l’effacer en utilisant le symbole 'BKSP '.

Après que le dernier caractère de la clé WEP ou WAP ait été rentré, illuminez le symbole « OK » puis appuyez sur le bouton de Fréquences/Recherche/Sélection.

L’écran afchera 'Connecting...' puis 'Setup wizard completed'. Appuyez sur le bouton de Fréquences/Recherche/Sélection pour sortir de l’assistant réglages. Le système

son devrait désormais pouvoir se connecter au réseau.

Une fois que vous avez connecté l’ Perfectpro Rockpro au réseau (et donc ainsi à

internet) le Menu Principal sera affiché  l’écran. Appuyez sur le bouton de mise en marche pour passer le système son en mode veille. L’heure obtenue par

internet s’affichera alors  l’écran. Si l’heure n’est pas correcte, vous pourrez la modifier facilement en suivant « Régler l’heure manuellement ».

RADIO INTERNET

Sélectionner une station de radio par lieux géographiques

Appuyez sur le bouton de mise en marche pour allumer le système son. Puis appuyez sur la touche Source pour sélectionner la radio internet.

Appuyez sur la touche Menu pour entrer dans le menu principal de la radio internet. Tournez le bouton de Fréquences/Recherche/Sélection jusqu’à ce que 'Station list'

(liste des stations) soit illuminé à l’écran puis appuyez sur le bouton pour sélectionner une option.

Tournez le bouton de Fréquences/Recherche/Sélection jusqu’à ce que 'Stations' soit illuminé puis appuyez sur le bouton pour sélectionner. Notez que le menu peut proposer une ou plusieurs sélections locales en fonction du pays dans lequel l’appareil est utilisé, selon votre adresse IP ('United Kingdom' et 'BBC' stations, par exemple).

Tournez le bouton de Fréquences/Recherche/Sélection jusqu’à ce que 'Location' soit illuminé à l’écran puis appuyez sur le bouton pour sélectionner.

Tournez le bouton de Fréquences/Recherche/Sélection pour naviguer entre les différents continents. Lorsque le continent souhaité est illuminé, appuyez sur le bouton pour entrer votre sélection.

L’écran afchera une liste de pays situés sur le continent sélectionné. Si de nombreux pays sont afchés lors de votre recherche, vous pouvez effectuer la recherche de haut

en bas ou de bas en haut. Par exemple, si vous choisissez le continent « Europe » et que vous souhaitez sélectionner les Pays-Bas, naviguez de bas en haut en tournant le bouton de Fréquences/Recherche/Sélection dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d’une montre. Appuyez sur le bouton de Fréquences/Recherche/Sélection pour choisir le pays souhaité.

Ensuite vous aurez le choix de sélectionner soit 'All Stations' (toutes stations) ou une des nombreuses catégories disponibles. Les listes sont toujours rangées par ordre alphabétique, et les longues listes peuvent être parcourues de haut en bas et de bas en haut.

Tournez le bouton de Fréquences/Recherche/Sélection pour illuminer la radio

de votre choix puis appuyez sur le bouton pour entrer votre choix. L’écran afchera

'Connecting...' pendant que le système son se connecte à la nouvelle station. Puis la station devrait commencer à diffuser. Ajustez le niveau du volume selon votre préférence.

SPOTIFY CONNECT

Spotify Connect - les bases

Spotify regroupe toute la musique dont vous aurez besoin. Des millions de chansons disponibles instantanément. Recherchez la musique que vous aimez ou laissez Spotify vous recommander quelque chose. Spotify fonctionne sur votre téléphone, tablette, ordinateur et haut-parleurs chez vous. Donc vous aurez toujours la chanson parfaite pour vos activités.

Spotify Connect vous permet d’écouter vos sélections Spotify sur votre radio et de contrôler le tout à distance depuis votre iPhone, iPad, appareil Android ou autre Desktop.

Connect vous permet également de transférer la chanson en écoute sur d’autres appareils dotés de Spotify Connect contrôlés par votre téléphone, tablette ou autre.

Une fois que votre compte Spotify a été connecté à votre radio, vous pouvez commencer à utiliser Spotify depuis la radio sans utiliser l’app Spotify.

Ecouter de la musique depuis Spotify Connect

Ouvrez simplement Spotify sur votre appareil Apple iOS / Android puis activez l’icône

Spotify Connect sur l’écran. Lorsque l’app Spotify a identié d’autres appareils compatibles avec connect, l’icône Connect s’afche avec un cercle. Quand un autre

appareil est en cours d’utilisation, l’icône Spotify Connect devient vert. En appuyant sur l’icône Spotify Connect, vous obtiendrez une liste des appareils supportant Connect et

vous pourrez modifier le volume. Pour choisir votre radio, sélectionnez Perfectpro Rockpro sur l’écran des appareils Spotify Connect. Vous êtes désormais prêts à

écouter de la musique depuis votre radio en utilisant Spotify Connect.

Contrôler Spotify sur votre radio

La musique peut être contrôlée en utilisant les boutons de votre radio ainsi que l’appareil connecté Spotify.

MUSIC PLAYER

Accéder à vos chiers audio via un serveur UPnP

Si votre ordinateur est sous Windows (XP or Vista), alors Windows Media Player version 11 inclut un serveur UPnP qui rendent vos fichiers lisibles par Perfectpro

Rockpro. Il y

a d’autres solutions serveur UPnP disponibles pour les non utilisateurs de Windows et pour les utilisateurs Windows qui souhaitent utiliser une alternative (voir la page précédente). C’est au delà du champ de ce manuel de couvrir toutes les options possibles de UPnP. Nous expliquons l’utilisation du Windows Media Player de Microsoft ici puisqu’il est le plus répandu.

Tournez le bouton de Fréquences/Recherche/Sélection jusqu’à ce que 'Shared media' (media partagé) soit illuminé puis appuyez pour sélectionner. Le système son effectuera un balayage pour les serveurs UPnP disponibles. Cela peut prendre quelques secondes pour que la radio termine le balayage. La radio affichera '<Empty>' si aucun serveur UPnP n’est détecté.

Après le balayage, sélectionnez votre serveur UPnP en utilisant le bouton de Fréquences/Recherche/Sélection. Si vous utiliser le serveur WMP 11, l’Perfectpro Rockpro affichera normalement 'Unauthorised - Select to retry' (non autorisé - sélectionner pour réessayer) à cette étape.

LECTEUR USB

Utilisez des appareils de mémoire USB

Cette section décrit comment utiliser votre radio pour accéder et lire les chiers audios

depuis des appareils de mémoire USB.

Les appareils de mémoire USB se branchent dans la prise rectangulaire située à droit de votre radio. Important: Votre radio est conçue pour fonctionner avec des clés de mémoire USB. Et non pour être connectée à des disques durs externes ou d’autres types d’appareils USB. La radio Prefectpro Rockpro a été testée avec de nombreux appareils USB allant jusqu’à une capacité de mémoire de 128GB. La clé USB doit utiliser le système de fichiers FAT ou FAT 32 pour fonctionner avec votre radio. Votre radio n’est pas capable de lire des fichiers medias formatés en exFAT ou NTFS. Il est possible d’utiliser des cartes SD ou SDHC lorsqu’elles sont insérées dans un adaptateur USB correspondant. Cependant, compte tenu des variations profondes de ces adaptateurs, il n’est pas possible de garantir que toutes les combinaisons cartes/ adaptateur fonctionneront sur la radio. Les formats audio supportés sont les suivants : MP3, WMA, AAC, FLAC and WAV. Le

lecteur USB ne supporte pas les chiers encodés utilisant WMA Lossless, WMA Voice, WMA 10 Professional, ou aucun chier d’aucun format utilisant une protection DRM.

RADIO NUMÉRIQUE DAB+

DAB Radio Utiliser le mode DAB pour la première fois

Relevez l’antenne souple située au-dessus de la radio. Orientez l’antenne verticalement par rapport à la radio.

Appuyez sur la touche de mise en marche pour allumer le système son. S’il a été utilisé auparavant, le dernier mode utilisé sera activé.

Appuyez sur la touche Source jusqu’à ce que DAB soit sélectionné à l’écran.

Si le mode DAB est utilisé pour la première fois, la radio procédera à un balayage des stations et afchera 'Scanning'. (Si le système son a été utilisé auparavant, la station dernièrement écoutée sera activée.)

Pendant le balayage, comme de nouvelles stations sont détectées, le compteur augmentera et les stations seront ajoutées à la liste qui est enregistrée dans le système son. Le graphique par barre indique la progression du balayage.

Lorsque le balayage est terminé, la radio liste les stations trouvées (par ordre alphanumérique (0….9...A...Z), à moins qu’elle ait été précédemment réglée sur une station DAB. Tournez le bouton de Fréquences/Recherche/Sélection pour faire déler les stations DAB disponibles.

Appuyez sur le bouton de Fréquences/Recherche/Sélection pour selectionner la station illuminée. L’écran afchera 'Connecting...'.

Utilisez le bouton de volume pour régler le son à votre guise.

Si la liste des stations est toujours vide après le balayage, l’écran afchera 'Service not available’ (service non disponible). Si aucune station n’est trouvée, il peut être

nécessaire de déplacer votre Perfectpro Rockpro dans un endroit avec une meilleure réception.

Sélectionner une station DAB

Lorsque vous écoutez une station DAB, l’écran afche le nom de la station ainsi que

certaines informations.

Tournez le bouton de Fréquences/Recherche/Sélection pour accéder à la liste de

stations de radio et pour faire déler les stations disponibles.

Appuyez sur le bouton de Fréquences/Recherche/Sélection pour sélectionner la

station illuminée. L’écran pourra afcher 'Connecting...'.

Utilisez le bouton de Volume pour ajuster le niveau sonore.

Remarque: Si l’écran affiche 'Station Not Available' (stations non disponibles) il peut

être nécessaire de déplacer l’Perfectpro Rockpro dans un endroit avec une meilleure réception.

Un point d’interrogation situé devant un nom de stations signifie que la station n’a pas été détectée récemment par le système son. Elle peut être encore disponible.

RADIO FM

Utilisation en mode FM

Ajustez avec précaution l’antenne et appuyer sur le bouton de mise en marche de l’ Perfectpro Rockpro.

Appuyez sur la touche Source pour sélectionner le mode FM.

Tournez le bouton de Fréquences/Recherche/Sélection dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre. La fréquence écoutée augmentera. Appuyez sur le bouton de Fréquences/Recherche/Sélection pour effectuer un balayage automatique. Votre radio balaiera la bande FM et s’arrêtera lorsqu’elle trouvera une station avec un signal

sufsamment fort.

L’écran afchera la fréquence du signal qui a été trouvé. Si des informations RDS sont disponibles, l’écran af

Si vous entendez seulement des interférences, appuyez simplement sur le bouton de Fréquences/Recherche/Sélection pour balayer encore les fréquences. L’ Perfectpro

Pour trouver davantage de stations FM, appuyez sur le bouton de Fréquences/ Recherche/Sélection pour répéter l’opération de balayage. Pour descendre les

fréquences, tournez le bouton de Fréquences/Recherche/Sélection dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d’une montre puis appuyez sur le bouton. Votre radio balaiera vers le bas la bande FM depuis la fréquence à l’écoute et arrêtera le balayage lorsqu’elle

aura trouvé un signal de force suffisante. Lorsque la fin de la bande est atteinte, l’Perfectpro Rockpro recommencera  rechercher depuis la fin opposée de la bande.

Utilisez le bouton de volume pour ajuster le niveau souhaité.

Pré régler des stations de radio

Il y a 40 présélections mémorisées. Elles sont utilisées de la même façon, quelque soit le mode utilisé. L’Prefectpro Rockpro possède l’unique fonction de Preset + et Preset – Cela vous permet de naviguer rapidement dans votre liste de présélections. Lorsque vous effectuez une réinitialisation du système, toutes les présélections mémorisées seront effacées. Pour enregistrer des stations de radios dans les presets, utilisez le bouton Preset. Appuyez sur la touche de mise en marche pour allumer l’ Perfectpro Rockpro. Sélectionnez la station de radio souhaitée comme décrit précédemment. Pour enregistrer une station en station mémorisée, appuyez et maintenez appuyée la touche Preset jusqu’ ce que l’écran afche

présélection).

Tournez le bouton de Fréquences/Recherche/Sélection pour que le numéro de présélection souhaité soit illuminé. Appuyez sur le bouton de Fréquences/Recherche/

Sélection pour conrmer et l’écran afchera : ‘Preset Stored’ (présélection enregistrée).

La station sera enregistrée sous le numéro de présélection choisi. Répétez cette procédure aussi souvent que nécessaire.

Les stations déjà enregistrées dans les présélections peuvent être écrasées en suivant la procédure décrite ci-dessus. Remarque : Les présélections mémorisées sont conservées lorsque le système son est éteint et déconnecté du courant secteur.

Rappeler une présélection de station de radio

Appuyez sur la touche de mise en marche pour allumer l’ Perfectpro Rockpro.

Sélectionnez le mode en utilisant la touche Source.

Vous pouvez appuyer brièvement sur la touche Preset -/Passer au précédent pour rappeler la station présélectionnée précédente. Par exemple, si vous écoutez P2, la touche Preset -/Passer au précédent rappellera la station P1 si elle existe.

Remarque: Si la station P1 n’existe pas dans le menu des présélections, le système son cherchera directement la station précédente disponible dans la liste, puis la diffusera. Remarque: S’il n’y a pas de stations présélectionnées dans la liste, le système son

afchera un message pop-up "Preset empty » (présélections vides).

Ou vous pouvez appuyez brièvement sur la touche Preset -/Passer au suivant pour appeler la prochaine station dans la liste. Par exemple, si vous écoutez P2, la touche Preset -/Passer au suivant rappellera la présélection P3 si elle existe.

Remarque: Si la station P3 n’existe pas dans le menu des présélections, le système son cherchera directement la station suivante disponible dans la liste, puis la diffusera. Remarque: S’il n’y a pas de stations présélectionnées dans la liste, le système son

afchera un message pop-up "Preset empty » (présélections vides).

Ou appuyez puis relâchez la touche Preset jusqu’à ce que “Recall from Preset” soit

afché  l’écran.

Utilisez le bouton de Fréquences/Recherche/Sélection pour faire déler la liste des présélections jusqu’à ce que vous atteigniez la présélection que vous souhaitez écouter. Appuyez et maintenez appuyé le bouton de Fréquences/Recherche/Sélection pour sélectionner la présélection.

BLUETOOTH

Le mode Bluetooth de votre système son vous permet d’écouter des morceaux, du son

de fichiers vidéo et d’écouter de la musique en continu depuis votre téléphone portable, ordinateur, tablette etc. à travers les haut-parleurs de votre Perfectpro

Rockpro.

Connecter les appareils Bluetooth

Le système son permet d’être connecté à un appareil Bluetooth via une connexion Bluetooth.

Veuillez vérifier la capacité Bluetooth de votre téléphone, tablette ou PC. Vous pouvez

être amené à vous référer au manuel d’utilisation de vos appareils, puisque la méthode varie selon chaque modèle.

Appuyez sur la touche de mise en marche pour allumer l’ Perfectpro Rockpro.

Sélectionnez le mode Bluetooth en utilisant la touche Source.

Appuyez sur la touche Menu pour entrer dans le menu du Bluetooth;

Appuyez sur le bouton de Fréquences/Recherche/Sélection pour sélectionner "Discoverable" (détectable) et appuyez sur le bouton pour entrer dans le menu de détection du Bluetooth.

L’Prefectpro Rockpro entrera directement en mode détectable et l’icône Bluetooth clignotera et "Bluetooth Discoverable » (Bluetooth détectable), "Please connect with a device to: Prefectpro Rockpro" (veuillez connecter un appareil à Perfectpro Rockpro) s’affichera  l’écran.

Utilisez les réglages de votre téléphone, tablette ou PC pour rechercher des appareils détectables. Après quelques secondes, vous devriez voir apparaître 'Perfectpro Rockpro'. Cela peut prendre un peu plus longtemps pour un système son de rechercher un appareil détectable.

Sélectionnez 'Perfectpro Rockpro' pour appairer votre téléphone, tablette ou PC à votre système son et établir la connexion. Une fois la connexion établie, l’icône Bluetooth de l’écran LCD cessera de clignoter et

restera allumé. Un message s’afchera brièvement pour conrmer la connexion et sera

suivi du nom de l’appareil connecté.

Vous pouvez désormais commencer à écouter de la musique depuis votre téléphone, tablette ou PC.

Certains appareils Bluetooth requièrent un « Passkey » pour établir un lien entre deux appareils. Un passkey est similaire à un mot de passe bien qu’il vous faille utiliser le passkey seulement une fois pour établir le lien. Si votre appareil demande un passkey, entrez le code 0000.

RÉPONDRE À UN APPEL ENTRANT

La fonction appel kit mains libres vous permet de prendre un appel entrant lorsque votre système son a été connecté via Bluetooth à un téléphone.

Appuyez sur le bouton de Fréquences/Recherche/Sélection (icône téléphone) pour répondre à un appel entrant.

Parlez à travers le microphone (MIC) situé en bas de la radio. Ajustez le niveau de volume de la conversation en tournant le bouton de volume. Un volume réglé plus bas peut permettre de réduire un éventuel echo de la conversation.

Appuyez sur le bouton de Fréquences/Recherche/Sélection pour raccrocher.

Remarque: Le volume de la sonnerie sera augmenté au maximum après que le téléphone sonne depuis 10 secondes. Remarque: La sonnerie d’un iPhone retentira dans la radio via Bluetooth. Mais à cause du système Android, la sonnerie d’un téléphone Android ou d’autres téléphones retentira seulement sur le téléphone.

ENTRÉE AUX

AVERTISSEMENT : N’utilisez jamais la prise Aux-in dans des conditions pluvieuses ou humides pour éviter que l’humidité pénètre dans la radio. Gardez la protection en caoutchouc fermée dans de telles conditions.

Une prise auxiliaire de 3.5mm située à droit de la radio est fournie pour connecter un

signal audio depuis une source audio externe telle qu’un lecteur CD ou MP3. Connectez un câble depuis la sortie écouteurs de votre MP3 ou lecteur CD jusqu’à l’entrée Aux-in située à l’arrière du système son. Ce câble aura une prise stereo de

3.5mm à chaque extrémité.

Allumez l’Prefectpro Rockpro en appuyant sur la touche de mise en marche brièvement.

Appuyez sur la touche Source jusqu’ ce que AUX in s’afche  l’écran.

Appuyez sur la touche play de votre appareil connecté. Si vous utilisez la sortie écouteurs de l’appareil, réglez le volume des 2/3 au maximum (l’objectif étant d’obtenir

un signal audio sufsamment fort sans trop de distorsion). Puis ajustez le volume sur

le système son. Si vous utilisez un iPod comme source extérieure vous pouvez être amené à pousser son volume jusqu’au maximum pour avoir un niveau de signal audio adéquat.

Après usage, déconnectez votre lecteur pour utiliser votre Perfectpro Rockpro dans un autre mode.

FONCTION EQUALIZER

Le son de l’ Perfectpro Rockpro peut être ajusté pour convenir à vos goûts personnels. L’ Perfectpro Rockpro possède une gamme de modes equalizer. Vous pouvez également régler les basses et les aiguës en utilisant le Menu My EQ. Appuyez sur la touche de mise en marche pour allumer votre radio. Accédez au menu du mode en cours d’utilisation en appuyant sur la touche Menu.

Tournez le bouton de Fréquences/Recherche/Sélection jusqu’à ce que 'System settings' (réglages système) soit illuminé à l’écran. Appuyez sur le bouton pour entrer dans le menu.

Tournez le bouton de Fréquences/Recherche/Sélection jusqu’à ce que 'Equalizer' soit illuminé à l’écran. Appuyez sur le bouton.

Tournez le bouton de Fréquences/Recherche/Sélection pour circuler entre les

différents modes et illuminer les modes. Appuyez sur le bouton pour conrmer votre

réglage.

RÉGLER L’HEURE DE L’ALARME

L’ Perfectpro Rockpro possède deux alarmes séparées qui peuvent être réglées pour vous réveiller en mode radio ou en mode buzzer. En cas de coupure de courant, l’Perfectpro Rockpro possède une mémoire intégrée qui lui permet de conserver vos réglages d’alarmes. Remarque importante : en mode veille, la fonction alarme peut seulement être utilisée quand la radio fonctionne sur secteur. En mode veille et en utilisation sur batterie, la radio s’éteindra complètement après 30 secondes (mode économie d’énergie de la batterie) et ne sera pas rallumée par l’alarme. Assurez-vous que l’heure est correctement réglée avant de régler l’alarme. Lorsque la radio est allumée, appuyez sur la touche Menu pour accéder au menu du mode en utilisation. Tournez le bouton de Fréquences/Recherche/Sélection jusqu’à ce que 'Main menu' (Menu principal) soit illuminé à l’écran. Appuyez sur le bouton pour entrer dans le menu principal. Tournez le bouton de Fréquences/Recherche/Sélection jusqu’à ce que 'Alarms' soit sélectionné à l’écran. Appuyez sur le bouton pour voir les réglages enregistrés. Si aucun changement n’est nécessaire, appuyez sur la touche Menu ou sur la touche Retour.

Tournez le bouton de Fréquences/Recherche/Sélection jusqu’à ce que l’alarme souhaitée (1 ou 2) soit illuminée à l’écran. Appuyez sur le bouton pour entrer dans le réglage de l’alarme.

Tournez le bouton de Fréquences/Recherche/Sélection jusqu’à ce que 'Time' (heure)

soit afché  l’écran. Appuyez sur le bouton pour régler l’heure.

Tournez le bouton de Fréquences/Recherche/Sélection pour choisir l’heure de

l’alarme. Appuyez sur le bouton pour conrmer le réglage.

Tournez le bouton de Fréquences/Recherche/Sélection pour choisir les minutes de

l’alarme. Appuyez sur le bouton pour conrmer le réglage. L’écran retournera au menu

de réglage de l’alarme. Si le système son a été réglé en format heure 12 heures, il y aura une option pour régler AM ou PM sur l’alarme.

Tournez le bouton de Fréquences/Recherche/Sélection pour illuminer 'Enable' (activer) et appuyez sur le bouton. L’écran afchera les options de fréquence pour

l’alarme. Les options de fréquences pour l’alarme sont les suivantes : 'Off' - l’alarme sera désactivée, ’Daily' - l’alarme sonnera tous les jours 'Once' - l’alarme sonnera une fois 'Weekends' - l’alarme sonnera seulement les week-ends 'Weekdays' - l’alarme sonnera seulement les jours de la semaine. Tournez le bouton de Fréquences/Recherche/ Sélection pour choisir la fréquence de l’alarme souhaitée. Choisir OFF désactivera

l’alarme. Appuyez sur le bouton pour conrmer la sélection. Si vous choisissez de régler

l’alarme sur Once (une fois), vous aurez également besoin de régler la date en utilisant le bouton de Fréquences/Recherche/Sélection.

L’alarme peut être réglée sur buzzer (vibreur), radio Internet, radio DAB ou FM. Quelque soit le mode sélectionné, l’alarme de la radio peut être réglée sur toutes les stations qui ont été enregistrées comme preset ou sur la dernière station écoutée. Tournez le bouton de Fréquences/Recherche/Sélection pour illuminer le mode pour l’alarme, puis appuyez sur le bouton si vous souhaitez changer de mode. Tournez le bouton de Fréquences/Recherche/Sélection pour illuminer soit Buzzer soit le mode de radio

requis. Appuyez sur le bouton pour conrmer la sélection.

Si vous choisissez de régler l’alarme sur une option radio, tournez le bouton de Fréquences/Recherche/Sélection pour illuminer la présélection puis appuyez sur

le bouton si vous souhaitez la modier. Choisissez la dernière station écoutée 'Last listened' to, ou une des présélections comprises entre 1 - 40. Faites déler les options et appuyez sur le bouton pour conrmer la sélection. Notez que vous pouvez

uniquement régler l’alarme sur une présélection qui a déjà été enregistrée.

Tournez le

illuminé  l’écran puis appuyez sur le bouton si vous souhaitez le modier.

Le système son utilise le volume enregistré pour chaque alarme. Tournez le bouton pour régler le volume et appuyez sur le bouton pour enregistrer le réglage.

An d’enregistrer les réglages de l’alarme, tournez le bouton de Fréquences/ Recherche/Sélection jusqu’à ce que 'Save' soit illuminé. Appuyez sur le bouton

pour enregistrer les réglages de l’alarme. Votre radio afchera 'Alarm saved' (alarme enregistrée) et reviendra ensuite  la liste des alarmes avec le nouveau réglage afché

sur l’écran. Si vous décidez de ne pas enregistrer ces réglages, appuyez sur le bouton

retour. L’écran afchera 'Save changes' (enregistrer les changements) avec une option 'YES' or 'NO' . Tournez le bouton de Fréquences/Recherche/Sélection pour choisir NO' et appuyez sur le bouton. 'Alarm not saved' (alarme non enregistrée) s’afchera 

l’écran . Les alarmes actives sont afchées avec de petits indicateurs alarme au bas de l’écran et sur l’afchage de l’heure quand la radio est en mode veille

Remarque: Si vous faites une erreur à une étape du réglage de l’alarme, vous pouvez à tout moment revenir à l’écran précédent grâce à la touche Back - Retour.

RÉGLAGES D’USINE

Si vous souhaitez complètement réinitialiser l’ Perfectpro Rockpro, vous pouvez le faire en suivant cette procédure/ En effectuant une réinitialisation totale, tous les réglages de l’utilisateur seront effacés. Accédez au menu du mode en cours d’utilisation en appuyant sur la touche Menu. Tournez le bouton de Fréquences/Recherche/Sélection pour activer l’option 'Main menu’, puis appuyez sur le bouton pour sélectionner.

Tournez le bouton de Fréquences/Recherche/Sélection jusqu’à ce que 'System settings' (Réglages système) soit illuminé, puis appuyez le bouton pour sélectionner.

Tournez le bouton de Fréquences/Recherche/Sélection jusqu’à ce que 'Factory Reset' (Réglages d’usine) soit illuminé puis appuyez sur le bouton.

Tournez le bouton de Fréquences/Recherche/Sélection et illuminez ‘YES' (OUI) pour poursuivre . Si vous ne souhaitez pas réaliser une réinitialisation du système, illuminez 'NO' (NON) puis appuyez sur le bouton. L’écran reviendra au menu précédent.

En illuminant 'YES' (OUI), appuyez sur le bouton de Fréquences/Recherche/ Sélection. Une réinitialisation complète sera réalisée et le système son recommencera à zéro comme lorsque vous l’avez allumé pour la première fois. La liste des stations DAB ainsi que les stations présélectionnées seront effacées et vos détails de connexion

sans l seront perdus. Tous les réglages seront restaurés  l’origine, l’heure et les

alarmes seront remises à zéro.

En cas de dysfonctionnement du produit, réinitialisez le produit comme décrit ci-dessus. Il peut parfois s’avérer nécessaire de déconnecter le produit du courant secteur puis de le reconnecter après 10 secondes.

En cas de dysfonctionnement du produit dû à une coupure électrique rapide, réinitialisez le produit comme décrit ci-dessus (il peut s’avérer nécessaire de reconnecter à la source d’alimentation) pour revenir à une utilisation normale.

Sous l'environnement avec une perturbation de l'immunité conduite / Immunité rayonnée, l'échantillon peut mal fonctionner. Il se récupérera automatiquement à la normale lorsque la perturbation de l'immunité entraînée / l'immunité rayonnée s'est arrêtée.

CHARGER UN TELEPHONE PORTABLE

La prise USB située à droit de l’appareil vous permet de recharger un téléphone portable grâce à l’alimentation 5V/0.5A. Connectez le téléphone portable au port USB grâce à un câble approprié (non fourni avec l’Prefectpro Rockpro). L’alimentation USB est disponible dans tous les modes utilisés et également en mode Standby. Veuillez vous référer au manuel d’utilisation de votre téléphone portable pour vérifier qu’il peut tre chargé depuis une alimentation USB.

Avertissement: N’utilisez jamais la prise USB dans des conditions pluvieuses ou

humides pour éviter que l’humidité pénètre dans la radio et an d’éviter un éventuel

court-circuit. Gardez toujours la protection en caoutchouc fermée dans de telles conditions.

Il est recommandé d’utiliser une alimentation sur courant AC lorsque vous chargez un téléphone via la prise USB. Sur une alimentation sur batterie, il est également possible de charger un téléphone portable depuis la prise USB mais cela consommera beaucoup d’énergie de la batterie et déchargera la batterie de la radio rapidement.

L’APP UNDOCK

L’ Perfectpro Rockpro peut être contrôlée à distance depuis un iPhone Apple, un iPad and Android utilisant l’app UNDOK. Les apps sont disponibles dans l’app store d’Apple et dans l’android play de Google.

L’app UNDOK vous permet de: Contrôler tous les modes de l’Prefectpro Rockpro, ce qui inclut la radio internet, Spotify, le Player Media, le module USB, la radio numérique DAB, la radio FM, le Bluetooth et le mode AUX-In; Ajuster le niveau de volume de la musique en cours de lecture; Régler les modes EQ pour des présélections variées; Régler le minuteur Sleep;

ANTENNE TELESCOPIQUE EN METAL

L’antenne télescopique en métal peut être utilisée dans des endroits où le signal de réception (FM/DAB/DAB+) est faible à très faible.

ATTENTION : L’antenne standard de la radio est une antenne souple. L’antenne télescopique en métal est par contre une antenne rigide. Celle-ci doit être manipulée avec précaution. Le bris ou la courbure excessive de l’antenne télescopique en métal n’est pas couvert par la garantie.

Montage : Dévissez l’antenne souple standard. Desserrez d’abord celle-ci avec précaution à l’aide d’une clé plate de 14. Tournez dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d’une montre. Vissez ensuite avec précaution l’antenne télescopique en métal. Serrez légèrement celle-ci à l’aide d’une clé plate de 14. Tournez dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre.

ATTENTION : Evitez de serrer exagérément les antennes avec la clé plate de 14 au risque d’endommager ou de briser la partie letée des antennes.

WICHTIGE SICHERHEITSHINWEISE

7. Installieren Sie das Gerät nicht in der Nähe von Wärmequellen wie Heizkörpern,

Wärmespeichern, Öfen oder anderen wärmeerzeugenden Geräten (einschließlich Verstärkern).

8. Verwenden Sie nur vom Hersteller vorgegebenes Zubehör.

9. Verwenden Sie das Gerät nur mit den vom Hersteller empfohlenen bzw. im

Lieferumfang des Geräts enthaltenen Wagen, Gestellen, Stativen, Halterungen oder Tischen. Falls Sie einen Wagen verwenden, ist Vorsicht beim Umstellen des Wagens mit dem Gerät geboten, um Verletzungen durch Umkippen zu vermeiden.

10. Trennen Sie das Gerät während Gewittern oder längeren Zeiten des

Nichtgebrauchs vom Netzstrom.

11. Lassen Sie Wartungsarbeiten nur von qualizierten Wartungstechnikern

durchführen. Wartung ist erforderlich, falls das Gerät und das Netzkabel oder der Netzstecker beschädigt sind, Flüssigkeit oder Gegenstände in das Gerät eingedrungen sind, oder das Gerät Regen oder Feuchtigkeit ausgesetzt war, nicht ordnungsgemäß funktioniert oder fallengelassen wurde.

12. Um die Feuer- oder Stromschlaggefahr zu reduzieren, muss das Gerät während

des Netzbetriebs vor Regen und Feuchtigkeit geschützt werden.

13. Nicht die Abdeckung entfernen; es benden sich keine vom Nutzer zu wartenden

Teile im Inneren.

14. Stellen Sie kein offenes Feuer auf das Gerät.

15. Um während des Gebrauchs im Freien Stromschläge zu vermeiden, verwenden

Sie das Gerät bei Regen oder feuchtem Wetter nur mit Batterien. Falls das Gerät Regen oder Nässe ausgesetzt war, trennen Sie umgehend den Netzstecker bzw. das Netzkabel und lassen Sie das Gerät bis zum nächsten Anschluss an die Stromversorgung vollständig trocknen, um Stromschläge zu vermeiden.

16. Der Netzstecker sollte sich in der Nähe des Geräts benden und während

eines Notfalls leicht zugänglich sein, um das Gerät vom Netzstrom trennen zu können. Trennen Sie die Stromversorgung, indem Sie den Netzstecker aus der AC-

Anschlussbuchse ziehen.

17. Das Typenschild bendet sich an der Unterseite.

18. Dieses Gerät verfügt über eine Vorrichtung gegen Spritzwasser (IP65); diese ist nur

für den Batteriebetrieb geeignet.

19. Falls Fehlfunktionen aufgrund elektrostatischer Entladung oder transienter

Störungen auftreten, trennen und verbinden Sie das Netzkabel.

20. Verwenden Sie das Gerät nur in moderaten Klimazonen.

21. Um mögliche Gehörschäden zu vermeiden, hören Sie nicht über längere Zeiträume

bei hoher Lautstärke Musik.

STROMVERSORGUNG

AC-NETZBETRIEB

1. Überprüfen Sie vor dem Anschluss des Netzkabels, dass die Spannung geeignet

ist.

2. Verwenden Sie das Netzkabels nicht bei Regen oder unter nassen

Bedingungen, da anderenfalls Kurzschlüsse verursacht werden oder Feuchtigkeit in das Gerät eindringen könnten. Verwenden Sie das Gerät unter solchen Bedingungen nur mit der Batterie und lassen Sie alle Gummiabdeckungen geschlossen.

HINWEIS:

Um das Gerät vollständig von der Netzstromversorgung zu trennen, muss der Netzstecker ganz aus der Steckdose gezogen werden. Der Netzstecker muss immer betriebsbereit sein und darf während des bestimmungsgemäßen Gebrauchs nicht blockiert werden. Falls das Gerät aufgrund elektrostatischer Entladung oder schneller Stoßspannung nicht DE mehr ordnungsgemäß funktioniert, trennen Sie das Gerät vom Netz und entnehmen Sie alle Batterien. Legen Sie dann die Batterien erneut ein und schließen Sie das Gerät wieder ans Netz an.

LITHIUM-BATTERIE VERWENDEN UND AUFLADEN

HINWEIS FÜR DEN ERSTMALIGEN GEBRAUCH: VOR DEM ERSTMALIGEN GEBRAUCH DES Prefectpro Rockpro LADEN SIE DIE LITHIUM-BATTERIE VOLLSTÄNDIG AUF.

Das Perfectpro Rockpro kann über die integrierte Lithium-Batterie betrieben werden. Während des Batteriebetriebs wird die ungefähre Batteriekapazität anhand eines 4-teiligen Batteriesymbols oben rechts im LCD angezeigt. Bei sehr niedriger Batteriekapazität fängt das „leere“ Batteriesymbol an zu blinken. In solch einem Fall muss die Batterie so schnell wie möglich aufgeladen werden, um den weiteren normalen Betrieb des Perfectpro Rockpro zu gewährleisten.

Es dauert 6-7 Stunden, um eine leere Batterie vollständig aufzuladen (bei Raumtemperatur im Standby-Modus). Das Perfectpro Rockpro kann sowohl im Standby-

Modus als auch während der Musikwiedergabe aufgeladen werden, wobei die Aufladung während der Wiedergabe länger dauert als im Standby-Modus. Während der Aufladung

sind alle 4 Balken des Batteriesymbols animiert.

Das Perfectpro Rockpro verfügt über eine zusätzliche Sicherheitsvorkehrung, die den Start des Ladevorgangs verhindert, sofern die Batterie bereits voll bzw. fast vollständig geladen ist.

ENERGIESPARMODUS WÄHREND BATTERIEBETRIEB

Sobald am Perfectpro Rockpro während des Batteriebetriebs der Standby-Modus aktiviert wird, schaltet sich das Gerät nach weiteren 30 Sekunden vollständig aus. Dies geschieht, da das Gerät im Standby-Modus die Batteriekapazität weiter verringern würde. Wenn Sie das Radio danach wieder einschalten, muss das Gerät er und die Wi-Fi-Verbindung herstellen. Das Gerät versucht zunächst, das zuletzt verbundene Netzwerk erneut zu verbinden. Dies kann bis zu eine Minute lang dauern. Wenn am Perfectpro Rockpro während des AC-Netzbetriebs der Standby-Modus aktiviert wird, verbleibt das Gerät in diesem Modus (Datums- und Uhrzeitanzeige) und die Wi-Fi-Verbindung bleibt ebenfalls verbunden.

Hinweis: Im Standby-Modus ist die Weckruffunktion nur verfügbar, falls das Radio via AC-Netzstrom betrieben wird. Während des Batteriebetriebs wird das Radio nicht über die Weckruffunktion/-einstellungen eingeschaltet, falls der Standby-Modus aktiviert ist.

HINWEIS ZUR WIEDERGABEDAUER WÄHREND DES BATTERIEBETRIEBS: Die tatsächliche Wiedergabedauer während des Batteriebetriebs ist von mehreren Faktoren abhängig, u.a.: Lautstärkeeinstellung, Art der Musik (Bass bzw. schwere Musik verbraucht mehr Energie), Musikquelle, EQ-Einstellungen, Umgebungstemperatur sowie Alter der Batterie. Abhängig von diesen Faktoren variiert die Wiedergabedauer zwischen 12 und 16 Stunden bei mittlerer Lautstärke.

HINWEISE ZUR NUTZUNGSDAUER VON LITHIUM-BATTERIEN: Falls Sie das

Perfectpro Rockpro längere Zeit nicht verwenden werden, laden Sie die integrierte Batterie zunächst vollständig auf. Die optimale Nutzungsdauer der integrierten Batterie erreichen Sie, indem Sie die Batterie nach jedem Gebrauch des Perfectpro Rockpro

aufladen, auch wenn diese dann nur teilweise entladen ist. Die Nutzungsdauer der

Batterie wird beeinträchtigt, falls das Gerät längere Zeit im entladenen Zustand verbleibt.

WARNUNG:

Versuchen Sie nicht, die integrierte Lithium-Batterie zu ersetzen oder zu reparieren. Falls Sie Zweifel bzgl. der integrierten Lithium-Batterie haben, wenden Sie sich bitte an den Kundendienst.

WARNUNG:

Bei unsachgemäßem Austausch der Batterie besteht Explosionsgefahr. Schützen Sie die Batterie vor übermäßiger Wärme wie Sonneneinstrahlung, Feuer oder ähnlichem. Batterien dürfen nicht ins Feuer geworfen oder über den Hausmüll entsorgt werden. Geben Sie verbrauchte Batterien an entsprechenden Sammelstellen für das Recycling ab.

Sicherheitshinweise zur integrierten wiederauadbaren Lithium-polymer-

Batterie

Die integrierte wiederaufladbare Lithium-polymer-Batterie kann das Gerät über einen

langen Zeitraum mit Strom versorgen. Nichtsdestotrotz erreichen auch Lithium-polymerBatterien einen Zeitpunkt, an dem sie nicht mehr aufgeladen werden können. Falls sich die Batterie auch nach mehreren Versuchen nicht mehr aufladen lässt, ist sie möglicherweise leer (Kapazität zu gering); wenden Sie sich zwecks Reparatur an service@perfectpro.eu. Falls Sie die Batterie nicht von uns ersetzen lassen möchten, müssen Sie die Batterie/ das Gerät gemäß örtlich geltenden Gesetzen und Vorschriften entsorgen. Sie können sich auch an Ihren Elektronikhändler oder Ihre Abfallbehörde wenden.

Sicherheitsvorkehrungen für den Gebrauch

Überprüfen Sie vor dem Aufladen die Raumtemperatur; diese muss bei zwischen 0°C

und 35°C (32° - 95° Fahrenheit) liegen. Versuchen Sie nicht, die Kunststoffabdeckung oder andere Teile des Geräts zu demontieren. Die Materialien im Inneren des Geräts können giftig sein und Hautverletzungen verursachen bzw. Ihre Kleidung beschädigen.

Die Batterie nicht durchstechen, zerschlagen, modifizieren, werfen oder Schock

aussetzen. Bei falscher Handhabung der Batterie besteht die Gefahr von Feuer, Explosion oder Verätzungen. Die Batterie nicht im Auto bei direkter Sonneneinstrahlung, in der Nähe von Feuer oder

anderen Wärmequellen aufbewahren, aufladen oder verwenden.

Batterie nicht in Wasser/Gewässer eintauchen, hineinwerfen oder damit befeuchten. Verwenden oder laden Sie die Batterie nicht, falls diese ungewöhnlich heiß, verfärbt,

verformt ist bzw. falls während des Gebrauchs, der Aufladung oder der Lagerung

abnormale Situationen auftreten.

Lassen Sie die Batterie während der Aufladung nicht unbeaufsichtigt. Batterie von Babys

und Kindern fernhalten.

Anleitungen zur Vermeidung von vernünftigerweise vorhersehbaren Fehlanwendungen

Eine im Gerät integrierte Batterie und eine Batterie mit ihren dazugehörigen Komponenten (einschließlich Zellen und elektrische Stromerzeuger) müssen so gebaut sein, dass ein Stromschlag oder der Ausfall einer Brandschutzvorrichtung (z.B. Feuer oder Dämmschäden aufgrund brennbarer chemischer Leckagen) unter Berücksichtigung aller vernünftigerweise vorhersehbaren Bedingungen unwahrscheinlich ist. Sofern zutreffend, sind vom Hersteller vorgegebene extreme Bedingungen mit eingeschlossen, wie z.B.:

- Extrem hohe bzw. niedrige Temperaturen, denen eine Batterie während Nutzung,

Lagerung oder Transport ausgesetzt wird; und

- Niedriger Luftdruck in großer Höhe.

Falls die in einer Batterie oder Ausrüstung vorhandenen Sicherheitsvorkehrungen oder Konstruktionen im Hinblick auf die funktionale Natur der Batterie bzw. der Ausrüstung mit Batterie nicht hinreichend zweckmäßg sind, müssen Schutzvorrichtungen gemäß Abschnitt F.5 zum Schutz der Batterie vor extremen Bedingungen oder Missbrauch durch den Benutzer bereitgestellt werden. Folgende Beispiele sind dabei in Erwägung zu ziehen:

- Ersatz einer Batterie durch eine Batterie des falschen Typs; dadurch könnte eine

Schutzvorrichtung außer Kraft gesetzt werden (z.B. bei einigen Lithiumbatterietypen);

- Entsorgung einer Batterie im Feuer oder in einem heißen Ofen, oder das mechanische

Zertrennen einer Batterie; es besteht Explosionsgefahr;

- Lagerung einer Batterie bei extrem hohen Umgebungstemperaturen; dadurch können

Explosionen verursacht werden oder brennbare Flüssigkeiten bzw. Gase austreten;

- Eine Batterie wird extrem niedrigem Luftdruck ausgesetzt; dadurch können

Explosionen verursacht werden oder brennbare Flüssigkeiten bzw. Gase austreten.

KONFIGURATIONEN “SET-UP WIZARD”

Gerät anschließen und Sprache auswählen

1. Stellen Sie das Perfectpro Rockpro auf einen flachen Untergrund und schließen Sie

das Kabel des Netzteils an. Überprüfen Sie vor dem Anschluss des Netzteils, dass die Spannung geeignet ist.

2. Schließen Sie das Netzteil an eine Steckdose an und schalten Sie die Steckdose ein.

WICHTIG: Das Netzteil ist die Verbindungsvorrichtung mit der Stromversorgung. Die mit dem Gerät verwendete Steckdose muss während des normalen Gebrauchs immer zugänglich sein. Um das Radio vom Netzstrom zu trennen, ziehen Sie das Netzteil vollständig aus der Steckdose.

3. Wenn Sie die Stromzufuhr einschalten, leuchtet das Display auf.

Nach ein paar Sekunden aktiviert das Radio den Standby-Modus und es erscheint die Uhrzeitanzeige „00:00“.

Setzen Sie den Setup des Perfectpro Rockpro fort, indem Sie die Betriebstaste drücken. Falls Sie das Perfectpro Rockpro das erste Mal (oder nach einer Rückstellung) verwenden, erscheinen im Display der „Setup-Wizard“ sowie die Anzeige „JA“.

4. Drücken Sie die Taste

Setup des Perfectpro Rockpro zu starten.

5. Im Display erscheint das Sprachen-Menü zur Auswahl der bevorzugten Sprache.

Per Werkseinstellung zeigt das Perfectpro Rockpro alle Menüs und Nachrichten in English an. Drehen Sie die Taste Tuning/Suche/Auswahl, bis die gewünschte Sprache markiert ist. Drücken Sie dann die T der ausgewählten Sprache. Der Setup-Vorgang wird in der ausgewählten Sprache mit dem Menü Datum/Uhrzeit fortgesetzt.

Uhrzeiteinstellungen

Die nachfolgenden Anleitungen gehen davon aus, dass Sie das Perfectpro Rockpro das erste Mal angeschlossen oder eben erst die Sprache für die Menüanzeige ausgewählt haben.

Anderenfalls müssen Sie erst die richtige Zeitzone und die Sommerzeit einstellen; siehe nachfolgende Schritte. Falls Sie die Option „Nicht aktualisieren“ auswählen, müssen Sie die Uhrzeit später manuell einstellen. Drücken Sie den

Einstellung.

oder CEST/ECT genannt) ein. Drehen Sie den Regler zum Markieren der Option „EIN“ oder „AUS“. Das Sternchen weist auf die aktuelle Einstellung hin. Falls Sie z.B. Deutschland auswählen, entspricht die Option „EIN“ der Mitteleuropäischen Sommerzeit (CEST) und „AUS“ der Mitteleuropäischen Zeit (CET).

Drehen Sie den Regler Tuning/Suche/Auswahl zur Markierung der gewünschten Option und drücken Sie dann den Regler, um die Auswahl zu bestätigen.

Nachdem Sie die Option zur Aufrechterhaltung der Verbindung ausgewählt haben, erscheint im Display eine Liste unterstützter regionaler Wi-Fi-Optionen.

Drehen Sie den Regler Tuning/Suche/Auswahl zur Markierung der gewünschten Region (wählen Sie „Europa“ für europäische Länder) und drücken Sie dann den Regler, um die Auswahl zu bestätigen. Das Perfectpro Rockpro sucht dann nach verfügbaren Wi-Fi-Netzwerken.

3. Falls Sie eine Wi-Fi-Verbindung verwenden möchten, suchen Sie zunächst Ihr

Netzwerk in der vom Netzwerk-Wizard geöffneten Liste. Falls keine Netzwerke gefunden wurden, müssen Sie möglicherweise Ihren schnurlosen Router einschalten (siehe Anleitungen des Routers) oder Sie sind eventuell zu weit vom Router entfernt.

Falls das Soundsystem Ihr Netzwerk gefunden hat, wird der Netzwerkname (SSID) des schnurlosen Zugangspunkts angezeigt. Dies ist der Name, der dem Zugangspunkt in Ihrem Router von der Person zugewiesen wurde, die das Netzwerk eingerichtet hat – z.B. „Wilson“ oder „Jame´s Gruppe“. Falls der Router WPS (WiFi Protected Setup) unterstützt, erscheint vor SSID die Anzeige „[WPS]“.

Es ist möglich, und an manchen Orten sehr wahrscheinlich, dass das Perfectpro

Rockpro mehr als ein schnurloses Netzwerk findet. Wählen Sie in solch einem Fall das

entsprechende Netzwerk für die Verbindung aus.

4. Drehen Sie den Regler

„WPS Taste“: Im Display erscheint die Aufforderung, die WPS-Taste an Ihrem Router zu drücken und dann den Auswahl-Regler am Soundsystem zu drücken. Die zwei Geräte sollten dann mit dem Verschlüsselungscode, der automatisch an das Soundsystem gesendet wird, verbunden werden.

„WPS PIN“: Im Display erscheint eine ID-Nummer, die Sie an Ihrem Router für die Verwendung eines Web-Browsers eingeben müssen (siehe Anleitungen des Routers). Drücken Sie dann den Auswahl-Regler am Soundsystem.

Die zwei Geräte sollten dann mit dem Verschlüsselungscode, der automatisch an das Soundsystem gesendet wird, verbunden werden. „WPS überspringen“ – falls Sie den Verschlüsselungscode manuell eingeben möchten (oder dieser bereits früher eingegeben wurde).

Falls Sie „WPS Taste“ oder „WPS PIN“ auswählen, erscheint im Display „Wird verbunden“ und anschließend „Setup-Wizard abgeschlossen“. Drücken Sie den Regler Tuning/Suche/Auswahl , um den Setup-Wizard zu beenden.

7. Falls Ihr Netzwerk ohne Verschlüsselungscode konfiguriert wurde, erscheint

im Display die Anzeige „Wird verbunden“ und anschließend „Setup-Wizard abgeschlossen“. Drücken Sie den Regler Tuning/Suche/Auswahl, um den SetupWizard zu beenden und das Hauptmenü anzuzeigen. Falls dies der Fall ist, haben Sie das Perfectpro Rockpro erfolgreich mit Ihrem Netzwerk verbunden.

8. Falls im Display die Anzeige „Code“ erscheint, dann verwendet das Netzwerk

ein Verschlüsselungssystem: WEP (Wired Equivalent Privacy) oder WPA (WiFi Protected Access). Sie müssen dass richtige WEP- oder WPA-Passwort am Soundsystem eingeben, damit dieses mit dem schnurlosen Netzwerk kommunizieren kann. Falls Sie das WEP- oder WPA-Passwort nicht kennen, sollten Sie die Person kontaktieren, die Ihr Netzwerk eingerichtet hat. Einige schnurlose Router haben bereits ein vom Hersteller eingestelltes Passwort; informieren Sie sich in solch einem Fall in der entsprechenden Bedienungsanleitung. WPA bezieht sich hier ebenfalls auf WPA2.

WEP-Passwörter sind 10 bis 26 Zeichen lang (enthalten 0-9, A-F). Einige schnurlose Router verwenden auch Passphrasen für WEP, werden jedoch nicht vom Soundsystem unterstützt. WPA-Passwörter bestehen normalerweise aus einer 8 bis 63 Zeichen langen

Passphrase. Das Perfectpro Rockpro unterstützt Passphrasen für WPA-

Passwörter.

9. Um das WEP- oder WPA-Passwort eingeben zu können, verwenden Sie den

WPA-Passwörter können Klein- und Großbuchstaben enthalten. Sie müssen das Passwort korrekt eingeben, da das Soundsystem anderenfalls nicht mit dem Netzwerk verbunden wird. Die drei Steuerungen rechts vom Bildschirm haben spezielle Funktionen. Sie erhalten Zugriff auf diese Funktionen, indem Sie die Info-Taste drücken und dann die gewünschte Option mit dem Regler Tuning/Suche/Auswahl auswählen: Wählen Sie „BKSP“, um ein eben eingegebenes Zeichen zu löschen (zum Löschen aller Zeichen gedrückt halten); Wählen Sie „OK“, nachdem Sie das gesamte Passwort eingegeben haben. Wählen Sie „ABBRECHEN“, um abzubrechen und den Netzwerk-Wizard erneut zu starten.

Falls das WEP- oder WPA-Passwort für eine ausgewählte SSID bereits zu einem früheren Zeitpunkt eingegeben wurde, erscheint im Display die Anzeige „Passwort: [Einstellen]“. Falls Sie bereits früher ein Passwort eingegeben haben, müssen Sie dies durch Auswahl des Symbols „BKSP“ löschen.

N achdem Sie das letzte Zeichen des WEP- oder WPA-Passworts eingegeben haben, markieren Sie die Option „OK“ und drücken Sie dann den Regler Tuning/Suche/ Auswahl. Im Display erscheint „Wird verbunden...“ und anschließend „Setup-Wizard abgeschlossen“. Drücken Sie den Regler Tuning/Suche/Auswahl, um den SetupWizard zu beenden. Das Soundsystem sollte nun mit dem Netzwerk verbunden sein.

Hinweis: Wenn Sie Internet Radio spielen, ist es nicht erforderlich, die Teleskopantenne

Drücken Sie die Betriebstaste, um das Soundsystem einzuschalten. Drücken Sie dann die Taste Quelle, bis die Anzeige des Internetradio-Modus erscheint.

Europa ausgewählt haben, können Sie zur Auswahl der Niederlande vom Anfang bis zum Ende der Liste aufwärts scrollen, indem Sie den Regler Tuning/Suche/Auswahl entgegen dem Uhrzeigersinn drehen. Drücken Sie den Regler Tuning/Suche/Auswahl, um das gewünschte Land auszuwählen.

Sie haben dann die Möglichkeit, „Alle Sender“ oder einen Sender aus einer Anzahl von Kategorien auszuwählen. Die Listen sind immer alphabetisch geordnet, und lange Listen können sowohl aufwärts als auch abwärts umgeblättert werden.

Drehen Sie den Regler Tuning/Suche/Auswahl zur Auswahl des gewünschten Radiosenders und bestätigen Sie Ihre Auswahl durch Drücken des Reglers. Im Display erscheint „Wird verbunden...“ während das Soundsystem die Verbindung mit dem neuen Sender herstellt. Der Sender wird dann wiedergegeben. Stellen Sie die Lautstärke entsprechend ein.
