CAPITOLO 1
GENERALITÀ
Le elettropompe della serie VERSAILLES sono state progettate per la realizzazione di fontane, giochi d'acqua e cascate in giardini
acquatici, sono professionali, robuste, silenziose, adabili e sicure.
Sono interamente costruite in acciaio INOX. Sono fornite complete di un ampio ltro in aspirazione che ne garantisce il buon
funzionamento per lunghi periodi. Di serie sono prodotte con alimentazione a 230 V - 50 Hz pronte per l'utilizzo essendo già corredate
del condensatore interno e del cavo di alimentazione elettrica. A richiesta possono esser fornite in bassa tensione a 24 e 42 V. in
corrente alternata, senza la dotazione dei condensatori e del quadro di comando.
Ogni elettropompa all'atto del montaggio viene sottoposta a collaudo ed imballaggio con la massima cura.
Al momento della consegna vericare che l'elettropompa non abbia subito danni durante il trasporto; in tale caso avvertire
immediatamente il rivenditore. In ogni caso entro e non oltre otto giorni dalla data di acquisto.

LIMITI D'IMPIEGO
AVVERTENZA
L’elettropompa non è idonea al pompaggio di liquidi inammabili o pericolosi.

Evitare tassativamente il funzionamento a secco dell’elettropompa.

CAPITOLO 3
INSTALLAZIONE
PERICOLO - RISCHIO SCARICHE ELETTRICHE
Tutte le operazioni relative alla installazione devono essere effettuate con gruppo scollegato dalla rete di
alimentazione.
AVVERTENZA
Non è previsto l’uso di questo apparecchio da parte di persone (bambini compresi) con capacità siche,
sensoriali o mentali ridotte, o prive di esperienza e conoscenza, tranne in caso di supervisione o istruzione
sull'uso dell’apparecchio di una persona responsabile per la loro sicurezza.
E' necessario controllare che i bambini non giochino con questo apparecchio.
• Avvitare sulla bocca di uscita

data la consistenza della pompa,

intorno alla pompa che consenta
agevolmente di smontare e rimuovere
la parte ltrante
• Il kit spugna è fornito a parte ed è
consigliabile il suo utilizzo solo per
spruzzi che richiedono un passaggio
libero inferiore a 1,5 mm di diametro

ALLACCIAMENTO ELETTRICO
AVVERTENZA
Accertarsi che la tensione e la frequenza di targa corrispondano a quelle della rete di alimentazione disponibile.

Sarà cura dell’installatore accertarsi che l’impianto di alimentazione elettrica sia provvisto di un eciente
impianto di terra secondo le vigenti normative.

Occorre vericare che l'impianto di alimentazione elettrica sia dotato di un interruttore differenziale ad alta
sensibilità ∆=30 mA (DIN VDE 0100T739).

• Montare la pompa secondo le
istruzioni con la massima cautela,
possibilmente da personale specializzato, escludendo per precauzione la
presenza dei bambini
• Non collegare la spina, se il cavo
elettrico di alimentazione o la
pompa risultassero in qualche modo
danneggiati
• Attenzione non mettere mai le mani e
non introdursi nell'acqua senza aver
prima scollegato elettricamente, oltre
alla pompa, tutti gli altri accessori
elettrici, prima di qualsiasi intervento
• La pompa può esser messa in funzione
in vasche, laghetti o altro, in luoghi
chiusi o aperti a condizione che non vi
siano persone a contatto con l'acqua
VERSIONE MONOFASE
Le versioni monofase a 230 V 50 Hz sono dotate di spina con doppio contatto di terra all'estremità del cavo di alimentazione;
in questo caso la messa a terra viene effettuata inserendo la spina nella presa di corrente.
Le versioni a 24 o 42 V 50 Hz non sono munite di condensatore e spina, in questo caso sarà compito dell'installatore provvedere
all'allestimento del quadro elettrico di alimentazione completandolo di condensatore.
VERSIONE TRIFASE
Nelle versioni trifase il conduttore di terra (giallo verde) del cavo di alimentazione deve essere collegato all'impianto di terra della rete
di alimentazione. Allacciarsi alla rete di alimentazione tramite un interruttore di sezionamento onnipolare di tipo magnetotermico che
assicuri una adeguata disinserzione dalla rete elettrica.
PROTEZIONE DA SOVRACCARICO
Le pompe VERSAILLES monofase hanno incorporato un motoprotettore termico a reinserimento automatico, pertanto non necessitano
di ulteriori protezioni esterne. Per la protezione della pompa VERSAILLES trifase utilizzare un salvamotore magnetotermico o un
contattore con relè termico opportunamente tarati alla corrente nominale indicata in targa.
CONTROLLO DEL SENSO DI ROTAZIONE NEL CASO DI POMPE TRIFASE
La rotazione in senso contrario provoca una notevole riduzione sia della portata che della prevalenza. Il corretto senso di rotazione è
quello orario, guardando la pompa dall'alto. Azionando l'interruttore di marcia, la pompa subirà un contraccolpo, in senso contrario a
quello di rotazione; pertanto l'esito del controllo sarà positivo quando il contraccolpo è in senso antiorario.
In caso contrario, a pompa disinserita dalla rete di alimentazione elettrica, invertire tra loro due delle tre fasi.

MESSA IN FUNZIONE
AVVERTENZA
Utilizzare l’elettropompa nel campo di prestazioni riportato sulla targhetta dati.
AVVERTENZA
Non fare funzionare l'elettropompa a secco, si possono danneggiare le parti idrauliche e la tenuta.
Prima di avviare l'elettropompa della serie VERSAILLES, eseguire il montaggio degli accessori;
posizionarla completamente immersa, lasciando lo spruzzo fuori dall'acqua.

MANUTENZIONE

Prima di effettuare qualsiasi operazione di manutenzione, disinserire l'elettropompa dalla rete di alimentazione
elettrica.
PERICOLO - RISCHIO SCARICHE ELETTRICHE
Il cavo di alimentazione deve essere sostituito dal costruttore o dal servizio assistenza tramite attrezzi speciali.
In condizioni normali di lavoro le elettropompe della serie VERSAILLES non necessitano di alcuna manutenzione, ma a titolo di
prevenzione ed in funzione di uso saltuario, continuo o gravoso:
• Prevedere delle revisioni
programmate, per controllare
periodicamente l'usura della tenuta,
lo stato generale della pompa e del
cavo elettrico, tramite personale
specializzato
• Vericare periodicamente lo stato di
pulizia della parte ltrante, questo più
frequentemente se nell'acqua o nelle
immediate vicinanze sono collocati dei
ori o delle piante ornamentali
• Per la pulizia generale della parte
aspirante della pompa e dei ltri
contenuti al suo interno svitare i 3
dadi a farfalla sul lato posteriore della
pompa, rimuovere lo sporco con uno
spazzolino, con un getto d'acqua pulita
o con aria compressa
• Per queste operazioni non utilizzare
prodotti chimici
Occasionalmente si può rendere necessaria la pulizia della parte idraulica o la sostituzione della girante.

CHAPTER 1
GENERAL
The VERSAILLES electropumps has been designed for use in fountains, waterworks and waterfalls in water parks, they are professional,
strong, noiseless, reliable and safe. They are completely made of STAINLESS steel.
They are provided with a large intake lter that ensures a good operation of the pump for a long time.
As a standard, they are provided with 230 V - 50 Hz power supply, ready to use since they already have an internal condenser and a
power supply cable.On request, they can be supplied with 24V and 42 V low voltage, alternated current, without condensers and control
panel. At assembly, every electropump is carefully tested and packaged.
Upon delivery, check the electropump for damages; if it has suffered damages during shipment, immediately contact the retailer, in any
case no later than eight days from the date of purchase.

LIMITATIONS
WARNING
The electropump is not suitable for pumping ammable or hazardous uids.

Use of the electropump without uids is strictly forbidden.

Pumps with power supply cable measuring less than 10 m long must not be used outdoors.

CHAPTER 3
INSTALLATION
DANGER - ELECTRIC SHOCK RISK
All operations required for installing the pump must be carried out with the pump disconnected from the power
supply system.
WARNING
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
• Screw the selected accessory to the
outlet of the electropump
• Fit the lter sponge kit in the intake
section, if required
• Place the pump inside the tank; it must
be completely under water
• During handling, do not use the power
supply cable to lift the pump
• Fit the sprayer on the pump, always
above water level
• The pump can be secured to the
resting table inside the tank, using the
anchor plate, but because of the pump
size this may be skipped
CHAPTER 4
ELECTRICAL CONNECTION

• Take care of leaving a gap around the
pump so that the ltering section can
be easily disassembled and removed
• The sponge kit is separately supplied;
it should be used only when the
sprayers need a gap of less than 1.5
mm in diameter

SINGLE-PHASE MODEL
230 V, 50 Hz single-phase models are equipped with a double-earthing plug at the end of the power supply cable; in this case, the pump
is earthed when the plug is tted into the socket. 24 or 42 V, 50 Hz models do not have either condenser or plug; in this case, it will be
the installer's responsibility to prepare the power board and complete it with a condenser.
THREE-PHASE MODEL
In three-phase models, the earthing wire (yellow green) of the power supply cable must be connected to the earthing system of the
power supply.
To connect the pump to the power supply, use a magnetothermal omnipolar disconnecting switch, which disconnects eciently from
the power system.
OVERLOAD PROTECTION
The VERSAILLES single-phase pumps features a thermal motor-protector with an automatic resetting function, so they do not need
any external protection. For protecting VERSAILLES three-phase pumps, use a magnetothermal motor protector or a contactor with a
thermal relay, both suitably gauged to the rated power.
CHECK OF DIRECTION OF ROTATION IN THREE-PHASE PUMPS
If the pump rotates in reverse, both its ow rate and head remarkably decrease. The correct direction of rotation is clockwise, looking
at the pump from above. When pressing the Start switch, the pump will recoil in the opposite direction to its rotation; the pump will be
rotating in the correct direction, therefore, if it recoils anticlockwise.
Otherwise, disconnect the pump from the power supply, and invert two of its three phases.

Use the electropump within its rated performance range.

Do not operate the pump without uids, since this could damage its hydraulic components and seals.
Before starting a VERSAILLES electropump, install the accessories; plunge it in water, leaving the sprayer above water level.

MAINTENANCE

Before servicing the pump, disconnect it from the power supply.

The powersupply cable must be replaced by the manufacturer or by the assistance service by means of special
tools.
Under standard service conditions, the VERSAILLES electropumps does not need any maintenance, but, for prevention and depending
on its use (occasional, non-stop or heavy-duty):
• Provide for planned inspections,
to have skilled personnel check, at
regular intervals, the wearing of seals
and the general state of the pump and
power cable
Occasionally, clean the hydraulic components or replace the impeller as required.
• Check the ltering section at regular
intervals to see if it is dirty; do it
more often if there are owers or
ornamental plants in the water or
nearby

2) The plug has not been correctly tted in. Check the power supply and t the plug well into the socket.

CHAPITRE 1
GÉNÉRALITÉS
Les électropompes de la série VERSAILLES ont été projetées pour la réalisation de fontaines, jeux d'eau et cascades dans les jardins
aquatiques. Elles ont été conçues pour un usage professionnel, elles sont robustes, silencieuses et ables.
Elle sont construites entièrement en acier INOX. Elles sont fournies avec un large ltre d'aspiration qui en garantit le bon
fonctionnement et une durée de vie longue. Elles sont produites de série avec une alimentation à 230 V - 50 Hz et sont prêtes à
l'utilisation avec condensateur interne et câble d'alimentation électrique.
Sur demande, il est possible de les commander à basse tension 24 et 42 V, en courant alternatif, sans condensateurs et sans tableau de
commande.
Chaque électropompe est soumise à un test au moment du montage et emballée avec le plus grand soin.
Au moment de la livraison, contrôler que l'électropompe n'a pas été endommagée pendant le transport; le cas échéant, avertir
immédiatement le revendeur, au maximum huit jours après la data d'achat.

Les versions monophasées à 230 V 50 Hz sont pourvues d'une che bipolaire avec terre à l'extrémité du câble d'alimentation; dans ce
cas, la mise à la terre est garantie en insérant la che dans la prise de courant.
Les versions à 24 ou 42 V 50 Hz ne sont pas pourvues du condensateur ni de la che, et l'installateur sera chargé d'installer le tableau
d'alimentation et de l'équiper d'un condensateur.
VERSION TRIPHASÉE
Dans les versions triphasées le l de terre (jaune vert) du câble d'alimentation doit être relié à la prise de terre du réseau électrique.
Installer un disjoncteur omnipolaire de type magnéto-thermique garantissant la coupure de l'alimentation électrique.
PROTECTION CONTRE LES SURCHARGES
Les pompes VERSAILLES monophasées sont pourvues d'une protection thermique incorporée à réarmement automatique, ne
nécessitant donc aucune protection ultérieure. Pour la protection de la pompe VERSAILLES triphasée, utiliser une protection magnétothermique ou un contacteur avec relais thermique réglés à la tension nominale indiquée sur la plaque.
CONTRÔLE DU SENS DE ROTATION DES POMPES TRIPHASÉES
La rotation en sens contraire provoque une importante réduction du débit et de la hauteur de refoulement. La rotation correcte se fait
dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre en regardant la pompe d'en haut. En appuyant sur le bouton de marche/arrêt, la pompe subit un
"contre-coup", dans le sens contraire des aiguilles d'une montre; le contrôle du sens de rotation résultera donc positif si le "contre-coup"
est bien dans le sens contraire des aiguilles d'une montre.
Dans le cas contraire, débrancher la pompe et inverser deux des trois phases.

MISE EN MARCHE
ATTENTION
Utiliser l'électropompe dans le cadre des utilisations prévues sur la plaque.
ATTENTION
Ne jamais faire fonctionner l'électropompe à sec, cela provoquerait l'endommagement des parties hydrauliques et

Avant de mettre en marche l'électropompe série VERSAILLES, assembler les accessoires et immerger totalement la pompe, laissant

Avant d'effectuer toute opération d'entretien, débrancher l'électropompe de la prise électrique.

KAPITEL 1
ALLGEMEINES
Die Elektropumpen der Serie VERSAILLES sind für die Herstellung von Springbrunnen, Wasserspielen und Wasserfällen in
Wassergärten entwickelt worden. Sie sind professionell, robust, leise, zuverlässig und sicher. Sie sind vollständig aus INOX-Edelstahl
hergestellt. Sie werden komplett mit einem großen Ansauglter geliefert, der einen guten Betrieb auch über längere Zeit sicherstellt.
Serienmäßig werden sie für eine Stromversorgung mit 220V – 50Hz hergestellt. Sie sind betriebsbereit, weil sie bereits mit einem
inneren Kondensator und Anschlusskabel ausgestattet sind.
Auf Wunsch können sie für Niederspannung 24V oder 42V ohne Kondensatoren und Schalttafel geliefert werden.
Jede Elektropumpe wird während der Montage einer Abnahmeprüfung unterzogen und sehr sorgfältig eingepackt. Bei Lieferung
prüfen, dass die Elektropumpe keinen Transportschaden erlitten hat. Andernfalls muss der Einzelhändler unverzüglich, höchstens aber
innerhalb von 8 Tagen ab Kaufdatum benachrichtigt werden.

EINPHASEN-MODELL
Die Einphasen-Modelle mit 230V 50Hz sind mit Steckern mit doppeltem Erdkontakt am Ende des Anschlusskabels ausgestattet, in
diesem Fall erfolgt die Erdung, wenn der Stecker in die Steckdose gesteckt wird. Die Modelle mit 24V oder 42V 50Hz sind nicht mit
Kondensator und Stecker ausgestattet. In diesem Fall ist es Aufgabe des Installateurs die Schalttafel komplett mit Kondensator
auszustatten.
DREIPHASEN-MODELL
Bei der Dreiphasen-Modellen muss die Erdleitung (gelb grün) des Anschlusskabels an die Erdung des Stromnetzes angeschlossen
werden. Der Anschluss an die Stromversorgung muss über einen omnipolaren magnetthermischen Trennschalter erfolgen, der ein
ausreichendes Trennen der Stromversorgung sicherstellt.
ÜBERLASTSCHUTZ
Die Pumpen der Serie VERSAILLES haben einen eingebauten thermischen Motorschutzschalter mit automatischer
Wiedereinschaltvorrichtung, weitere außen angebrachte Schutzvorrichtungen sind daher nicht erforderlich. Für die Absicherung der
Pumpe VERSAILLES Dreiphasen-Modell wird ein magnetthermischer Motorschutzschalter oder ein Schütz mit Thermorelais verwendet,
der auf die am Typenschild angegebene Nominalspannung geeicht ist.
KONTROLLE DER DREHRICHTUNG BEI DREIPHASEN-PUMPEN
Eine gegenläuge Drehrichtung verursacht eine beachtliche Verringerung der Förderleistung und Förderhöhe. Mit Blick von oben auf
die Pumpe ist die richtige Drehrichtung in Uhrzeigersinn. Bei Betätigung des Betriebsschalters kommt es an der Pumpe zu einem
Rückschlag in Gegenrichtung zur Drehrichtung. Die Kontrolle ist daher in Ordnung, wenn der Rückschlag gegen den Uhrzeigersinn ist.
Andernfalls müssen bei von der Stromversorgung getrennter Pumpe zwei der drei Phasen vertauscht werden.
KAPITOL 5
INBETRIEBNAHME
ACHTUNG
Die Elektropumpe nur innerhalb des auf dem Typenschild angegebenen Leistungsbereichs verwenden.
ACHTUNG
Die Elektropumpe nie trocken laufen lassen, andernfalls können hydraulische Teile und die Dichtungen beschädigt werden.
Vorm Einschalten der Elektropumpe der Serie VERSAILLES, die Zubehörteile anbringen, die Pumpe vollständig im Wasser eingetaucht
aufstellen, die Düse muss dabei oberhalb des Wasserspiegels bleiben.

WARTUNG

Vor jeglichen Wartungsarbeiten muss die Elektropumpe von der Stromversorgung getrennt werden.

abhängig vom Einsatz gelegentlich, Dauerbetrieb oder bei besonderer Beanspruchung:
• Das Wartungsprogramm von

regelmäßig den Verschleißzustand der
Dichtungen, den allgemeinen Zustand
der Pumpe und des Anschlusskabels
zu überprüfen
• Regelmäßig den Reinigungszustand
des Filterteils prüfen. Das Filterteil
muss häuger geprüft werden, wenn
sich im Wasser oder in Wassernähe
Blumen oder Zierpanzen benden
• Zur allgemeinen Reinigung des
Pumpen-Ansaugteils und der in
ihm enthaltenen Filter müssen die

ai vizi e difetti di fabbricazione e/o del materiale impiegato. La garanzia si limita alla riparazione o alla sostituzione, presso i Centri
Assistenza autorizzati da PENTAIR INTERNATIONAL S.a.r.l., della pompa o delle parti riconosciute mal funzionanti o difettose.
I componenti soggetti ad usura quali, ad esempio, tenuta meccanica e controfaccia, anelli e guarnizioni di tenuta, girante e parte
idraulica, membrane e cavi elettrici sono garantiti per un periodo non superiore alla loro vita utile. Per il corretto utilizzo e durata del
prodotto, nonché per usufruire del diritto alla garanzia, è necessario far revisionare ed eventualmente sostituire dai centri assistenza
autorizzati tali parti, in funzione del loro utilizzo. Per esercitare il diritto di garanzia, in caso di guasto, rivolgetevi direttamente al Vostro
rivenditore e/o al Centro Assistenza autorizzato.
L’eventuale denuncia del prodotto ritenuto difettoso deve essere avanzata non appena viene riscontrata l’anomalia e comunque entro
e non oltre i termini previsti dalla legge. Il diritto alla garanzia decorre dalla data di acquisto e deve essere dimostrato dall’acquirente
mediante presentazione contestuale del documento comprovante l’acquisto: scontrino scale, fattura o documento di consegna.
La garanzia decade: se il guasto è provocato da trattamenti o operazioni improprie e messa in opera o magazzinaggio errati, errori
di collegamento elettrico o idraulico, mancata o inadeguata protezione. Se l’impianto o l’installazione dell’apparecchio non sono stati
eseguiti correttamente. Se il guasto è dovuto a cause di forza maggiore o altri fattori esterni ed incontrollabili. Se il prodotto è utilizzato
con liquidi abrasivi o corrosivi o diversi da quelli consentiti e comunque non compatibili con i materiali impiegati nella costruzione
delle pompe. Nel caso di utilizzo del prodotto oltre i limiti dichiarati in targa o in condizioni non consentite e di interventi da parte
dell’acquirente o di personale non autorizzato per smontaggio anche parziale del prodotto, modiche o manomissioni.
Se i materiali sono avariati a seguito del naturale logoramento. Ogni uso diverso da quello indicato sul manuale d’uso e manutenzione
non è garantito se non espressamente indicato per iscritto dal produttore. Si raccomanda sempre di leggere attentamente e
preventivamente il libretto di istruzioni.

ermächtigtem Personal für die selbst teilweise Demontage des Produkts, Änderungen oder Aufbrechen. Wenn die Materialien
beschädigt werden in Folge natürlicher Abnutzung. Jeder in der Gebrauchs- und Wartungsanweisung nicht vorgesehene Gebrauch ist
nur garantiert, wenn er vomProduzenten schriftlich bestätigt wird. Man empehlt, das Bedienungsbüchlein stets achtsam und sorgsam
