Features

• Design takes minimal space. Rack can be used for free-standing
applications or millwork designs-like inside wood podiums,
credenzas, etc.

• FFR racks can have systems equipment congured and
populated off-site, then delivered to the installation site – where
it is slid into place and bolted to the furniture.

• Racks features formed steel corner posts, welded construction
and individual RU markings on the #10-32 tapped posts for easy
equipment Identication.

• Two welded horizontal lacing strips are located between top and
bottom of rack for cable management.

• Rack is available in panel opening heights from 8RU-14RU, and
in 16”and 18” rack depths.

• Rack slides easily in/out of cabinet without scratching surfaces
as each rack contains 2ea. Delrin runners that run front-to-rear
of the rack.

• FFR racks can accommodate standard Peerless-AV accessories
– horizontal power strips, digital fan panels, blanking panels, shelves and cable lacing bars…

• Anchoring holes are available in top/bottom/sides of rack for installation exibility.

Specification

Peerless-AV model number F-xx-xx (refer to part number chart for specic part number) is an EIA
compliant 19” (483mm). Overall dimensions of rack shall be ___”H x 19.25”W x ___”D (refer to
drawing chart). Useable height shall be ___rack units, useable depth shall be ___” (refer to drawing
chart). This rack features a multi-formed, welded construction that provides a static load capacity
of 412 lbs (187 kg). Rack shall be constructed of the following components: top and bottom shall
be 16-gauge (1.9mm) steel; main rail 11-gauge (3.0mm) steel with tapped 10-32 mounting holes in
universal EIA spacing, black powder-coat nish and numbered rack units. All structural elements
shall be pre-treated w/ iron phosphate (5 stages wash) and nished in a black powder coat.

Rack shall include two welded horizontal lacing strips. Under normal use and conditions,
Peerless-AV warranties the FFR rack to be free from defects in material or workmanship, under
normal use (original owner) for ten years.
