Installation and Use

I. Install the Software

Note that the installation of the TVCenter for Android app an Internet connection is required.

 On your Android device open the Google Play™ app.
 Search for the TVCenter for Android app.
 Now follow the installation instructions displayed on the screen.
 Alternatively you can download the TVCenter for Android app from our homepage at

http://www.pctvsystems.com/support

Note in this case make sure to allow installing non-market apps or apps from unknown sources on
your Android device.

II. Attach antenna (see image I)

 Connect the provided telescopic antenna to the antenna port of your AndroiDTV.

Alternatively you can use the provided antenna adapter to connect your rooftop antenna or the
additional provided rod antenna to the antenna port of your AndroiDTV.

Note: if you use the additional rod antenna provided, position it as high and as close to the window
as possible. Reception depends on your location and can be impaired by steel-reinforced walls as
well as tall neighboring buildings. In this type of environment, a rooftop antenna is required. Please
connect AndroiDTV to your rooftop antenna using a double shielded antenna cable in order to get
the best possible signal quality.

In Great Britain, in most cases indoor reception with the rod antenna provided will not be possible.
Mobile reception of DVB-T, e.g., in a car or train, is generally not possible.
To avoid possible damage from the magnetic field surrounding the antenna base, maintain a
sufficient distance from any components that are sensitive to magnetic forces.

III. Connect to your Android Device (see image II)

 Plug the AndroiDTV into the micro USB port of your Android device.

IV. The TVCenter for Android App – Overview

Note that DVB-T2 broadcasts, HD and/or encrypted TV-channels are not supported.

V. Alternative: Use AndroiDTV with a Windows PC

Note: to use the AndroiDTV with your Windows PC following system requirements must be fulfilled:

 Microsoft® Windows 8, Windows 7, Vista, or Windows XP (32bit) with latest Service Pack, 1 GB RAM
 PC with 1.5 GHz processor
 Internet connection for software download, updates and activations

 Use the supplied micro USB adapter cable to connect your AndoiDTV to a free USB port of your PC.
 Download the TVCenter software from our homepage at: www.pctvsystems.com/support
 Use the file explorer on your PC to navigate to the downloaded file.
 Double click on the downloaded file and follow the installation instructions displayed on the screen.

Note: You need to have Administrator rights to be able to install TVCenter on your Windows PC.
If the Add new hardware dialog window appears during installation, press Cancel.
Make sure to insert the serial number when prompted to do so.

 After installation, you might be prompted to restart your computer. This restart needs to be done in

order for the software to function properly.

Installation und Verwendung

I. Software installieren

Hinweis: für die Installation der TVCenter for Android App ist eine Internetverbindung erforderlich.

 Auf Ihrem Android Gerät öffnen Sie die Google Play™ App.
 Suchen Sie die TVCenter for Android App.
 Folgen Sie den Installationsanweisungen.
 Alternativ können Sie die TVCenter for Android App von unserer Internetseite

Hinweis: in diesem Fall stellen Sie sicher, dass die Installation von nicht-Market-Apps oder Apps mit
unbekannter Herkunft auf Ihrem Android Gerät zugelassen ist.

II. Antenne anschließen (siehe Abbildung I)

 Verbinden Sie die mitgelieferte Teleskopantenne mit dem Antenneneingang des AndroiDTV.

Alternativ können Sie den Antennenadapter verwenden, um Ihre Hausantenne oder die zusätzlich
mitgelieferte Stabantenne an AndroiDTV anzuschließen.

Hinweis: Wenn Sie die zusätzlich mitgelieferte Stabantenne verwenden, positionieren Sie diese
bitte möglichst hoch und möglichst nah am Fenster. Der Empfang hängt vom Standort ab und kann
durch dicke oder stahlverstärkte Wände sowie Nachbargebäude beeinträchtigt sein. In solchen
Umgebungen ist eine Außen-/Dachantenne erforderlich. Für einen bestmöglichen Empfang
empfehlen wir Ihnen AndroiDTV mit Hilfe eines doppelt geschirmten Antennenkabels mit Ihrer

ußen-/Dachantenne zu verbinden.

Mobiler Empfang von DVB-T, z.B. im Auto oder Zug, ist im Allgemeinen nicht möglich.
Um mögliche Schäden durch das magnetische Feld des Antennenfußes zu vermeiden, achten Sie
bitte auf ausreichenden Abstand zu magnetisch empfindlichen Komponenten.

III. Android Gerät anschließen (siehe Abbildung II)

 Schließen Sie AndroiDTV an einen Micro-USB Port Ihres Android Gerätes an.

IV. Die TVCenter for Android App – Überblick

Installation et utilisation

I. Installation de l’application

Remarque : pour l'installation de l’application TVCenter for Android une connexion Internet est
nécessaire.

 Sur votre appareil Android, ouvrez l'application Google Play™.
 Recherchez et sélectionnez l'application TVCenter for Android.
 Suivez les instructions d'installation affichées à l'écran.
 Sinon, vous pouvez télécharger l'application TVCenter for Android depuis notre page

www.pctvsystems.com/support

Remarque : dans ce cas, veillez à autoriser l'installation des applications provenant de sources
inconnues sur votre appareil Android.

II. Fixez l'antenne (voir l'image I)

 Raccordez l'antenne télescopique fournie au connecteur d'antenne de l’AndroiDTV.

Alternativement, vous pouvez utiliser l'adaptateur d'antenne fourni pour brancher votre antenne de
toît ou l'antenne passive fournie.

Remarque : si vous utilisez l'antenne passive, placez-la aussi haut et aussi près de la fenêtre que
possible. La réception dépend de votre emplacement et peut être perturbée par les murs ou les
bâtiments voisins. Dans ce type d'environnement, une antenne de toît est nécessaire. Veuilez
connecter votre antenne de toit à AndroiDTV à l'aide d'un câble d'antenne à double blindage pour
obtenir la meilleure qualité de signal possible.

La réception mobile de la TNT, par exemple dans une voiture ou en train, n'est pas possible.
Pour éviter tout dommage causé par le champ magnétique qui entoure le pied de l'antenne
magnétique, maintenez une distance suffisante entre l'antenne et tous composants sensibles aux
forces magnétiques (comme un disque dur).

III. Mettez en route votre Smartphone ou Tablette Android (voir l’image II)

 Branchez AndroiDTV dans le port Micro-USB de votre appareil Android.

IV. L'application TVCenter for Android – Vue d'ensemble

RAM

 Processeur 1.5 GHz
 Connexion Internet pour le téléchargement de logiciel, mise à jour et activation

 Utilisez le câble adaptateur micro USB fourni pour connecter votre AndroiDTV à un port USB de

votre PC.

 Télécharger le logiciel TVCenter sur notre site internet: www.pctvsystems.com/support
 Utiliser l'explorateur de fichiers sur votre PC pour naviguer vers le fichier téléchargé.
 Double-cliquez sur le fichier téléchargé et suivez les instructions d'installation affichées à l'écran.

Remarque : vous devez disposer des droits d'administrateur pour pouvoir installer TVCenter sur
votre PC. Si la boîte de dialogue Ajouter un nouveau matériel apparaît lors de l'installation du
matériel, appuyez sur Annuler.
Assurez-vous d'insérer le numéro de série lorsque vous êtes invité à le faire.

 Après l'installation, vous pourriez être invité à redémarrer votre ordinateur. Ce redémarrage doit être

fait pour que le logiciel fonctionne correctement.

Installazione ed uso

I. Installare il Software

Note: per l’installazione dell’applicazione TV Center for Android è neccessaria una connessione
Internet.

 Tramite la vostra periferica Android aprite l'app Google Play™.
 Cercate TVCenter for Android software.
 Ora seguite le istruzioni riguardanti l'installazione.
 Alternativamente potete scaricare l'applicazione TVCenter for Android dalla nostra homepage

presso www.pctvsystems.com/support

Note: altre fonti alternative che permetto l'installazione della app sono sconosciute e non abilitate
all'utilizzo.

II. Collegamento antenna (vedere immagine I)

 Collegare l'antenna telescopica in dotazione alla presa d'antenna del vostro AndroiDTV.

Alternativamente potete collegare la vostra antenna centralizzata da tetto utilizzando l'adattatore
d'antenna alla porta del vostro AndroiDTV.

Note: se utilizzate la mini antenna portatile in dotazione, assicuratevi di posizionarla più in alto
possibile oppure vicino ad una finestra. La ricezione del segnale TV dipende dalla vostra posizione,
muri di cemento armato, vetrate ed alti palazzi nelle vicinanze possono diminuire la qualità di
ricezione. In questo tipo di caso si raccomanda il collegamento di una antenna amplificata o da
tetto. Collegate il vostro AndroiDTV all'antenna da tetto utilizzando un cavo a schermatura doppia
schermatura per avere una migliore qualità di ricezione.

La ricezione della TV DVB-T in movimento, es. in auto, in treno, normalmente non è possibile.
Per evitare possibili danneggiamenti provocati dalla base magnetica dell'antenna, e sufficiente
tenere lontano la stessa base magnetica dell'antenna in dotazione da periferiche sensibili al
magnetismo (come Hard disk etc).

III. Colegare la vostra periferica Android (vedere immagine II)

 Collegare AndroiDTV nella porta micro USB della vostra periferica Android.

IV. L'applicazione TVCenter for Android – Specifiche

Note: la ricezione di trasmissioni TV trasmesse in DVB-T2, HD o criptate non sono supportate.

 PC con processore da min. 1.5 GHz
 Collegamento internet attivo per il download del software, aggiornamenti ed attivazioni.

 Per collegare il tuo AndroiDTV ad una delle porte USB libere del vostro PC windows, utilizzare il

cavo adattatore micro USB incluso.

 Scaricare il software TVCenter dalla nostra homepage: www.pctvsystems.com/support
 Utilizzare il sistema di gestione file del vostro PC per navigare nei file scaricati.
 Cliccate due volte sul file scaricato e seguire le istruzioni di installazione che verranno mostrate a

video.

Note: per una corretta installazione del software TVCenter dovete disporre di tutti i diritti di
amministratore del vostro PC Windows.
Se durante l’installazione appare la finestra di dialogo indicante Installazione nuovo hardware,
premere Cancella.
Quando vi verrà chiesto , ricordatevi di inserire il seriale.

 Dopo l’installazione, vi verrà chiesto di riavviare il computer. Questo riavvio è necessario per poter

attivare le funzionalità del software appena installato nel vostro sistema.

Instalación y uso

I. Instalación del software

Nota: para la instalación del TVCenter for Android app es neceario tener una conexión a internet.

 En su dispositivo Android abrir el Google Play™ app.
 Busque la aplicación TVCenter for Android.
 A continuación, siga las instrucciones de instalación que aparecerán en pantalla.
 Alternativamente, usted puede descargar la aplicación TVCenter for Android de nuestra página

web en www.pctvsystems.com/support

Nota: tenga en cuenta que la opción que permite instalar aplicaciones de fuentes desconocidas
tiene que estar activado en su dispositivo.

II. Conecte la antena (véase la imagen I)

 Conectar la antena telescópica proporcionada al puerto de antena de su AndroiDTV.

Alternativamente, puede utilizar el adaptador de antena para conectar la antena del edificio o la
mini antena de varilla para el puerto de la antena de su AndroiDTV.

Nota: Si utiliza la antena mini-barra siempre, colóquela lo más alto y lo más cerca posible de la
ventana cuando sea posible. La recepción depende de su ubicación y puede verse afectada por las
paredes, así como por los edificios vecinos. En este tipo de ambiente, una antena de pared es
necesaria. Por favor, conecte AndroiDTV a su antena del edificio con un cable blindado de antena
para obtener la mejor calidad de señal posible.

La recepción móvil de DVB-T, por ejemplo, en un coche o en tren, generalmente no es posible.

 Utilice el explorador de archivos en su PC para navegar hasta el archivo descargado.
 Haga doble clic en el archivo descargado y siga las instrucciones de instalación que aparecerán en

pantalla.

Nota: Es necesario tener derechos de administrador para poder instalar TVCenter en su PC
Windows.
Si la ventana Agregar nuevo hardware de diálogo durante la instalación, presione Cancelar.
