Thank you for purchasing Multi Visual Revolving Warning Light. Before using the product, please read this instruction manual carefully for proper use. For maintenance, inspection and repair, be sure to read this manual. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact the sales offices given on the last page of this manual.
NOTES TO BE OBSERVED FOR SAFE OPERATION
Note to be followed to prevent any damage to the user and other personnel or to assets are as follows:
■The indications for warning are divided into the following classes according to the degree
of danger or damage incurred when the warning is not taken into consideration and the product is not corrently used.

The following instructions are of special importance for safety and must be followed:

●When installing the unit, be sure to choose a place that sufficiently supports the weight.
If it is not robust enough, the mounting may be deformed and the unit may fall off.
Especially, measures to prevent fallin while in motion shall be taken.
In order to keep the installation tabs secured, make sure to re-tighten the hexagon bolts on the car mounting brackets once or twice a year.
Caution
●Use of multi visual revolving warning light on a vehicle while in motion may be regulated by
law depending on the country. Be sure to see if it requires permission before use.
●For repair including replacement of the battery, be sure to turn OFF the power supply of
the multi visual revolving warning light and the electronic siren amplifier and wait until the bulb is cooled in order to prevent short circuit and burns.
●Do not leave the product unattended or use it with the globe removed or broken. It may
result in a short circuit or burn due to the heat of the bulb, which is very dangerous.
●Bulbs, reflectors and globes (plastic items) are easily broken. Handle them with caution to
prevent injury.

Product Warranty Provision
This warranty provision specifies the warranty of PATLITE Corporation (hereinafter called PATLITE or we) for the products purchased from our company.

■ Product warranty  In the event of a product failure under proper service conditions according to the instructions of the instruction manuals within the warranty period, we will repair the defective part or replace the product without charge to the customer.  The principle purpose of the product warranty is repair of the defective part.
■ Warranty period  The product is under warranty for 12 months from the date of purchase.  We will repair the device at cost of custamer after the warranty period.  Even if the product has been repaired or replaced within the warranty period, the warranty period will terminate 12 months from the date of the original purchase.
■ Warranty information  The warranty is limited to the repair and replacement of the defective product.  The warranty does not cover costs other than the cost for the product itself such as failure investigation costs, labor costs, traffic costs and auxiliary part costs.
■ Cases not covered by the warranty The following cases or cases deemed to fall under the following cases shall not be covered by the warranty for warranty repair or replacement.
  ・Burned out bulbs, as they are a consumable item.   ・Failure or damage caused by fire, earthquake, lightening strike, salt damage, wind/water/snow damage, or other by trouble such as abnormal voltage.   ・Failure or damage caused by power failure due to electrical outages and the failure of parts such as the power supply and cables.   ・Unusual malfunctions or failure occurring between this product and customer-provided items including devices, appliances, vehicles and marine vessels to which this product is installed or connected.   ・Defects and failure arising from use in any environment other than the specified and recommended environment.   ・Defects and failure due to an environment or usage that exceeds the product performance.   ・Failure and damage caused by improper use or unauthorized modification, repair, or part replacement.   ・Product damage caused by replacement/installation work (e.g. physical damage, damage of devices due to static electricity)   ・Failure and damage arising from improper handling such as physical shock to the product during transportation/relocation.   ・Intentional or accidental product failure or breakages.   ・Use of the product in countries other than Japan.
■ Disclaimer
 We will not be held responsible for any injury/damage, damage to equipment and property, damage to the customer's products/ systems or products/systems belonging to third parties related to the customer, and collapse of the credit from the customer's customers that are directly or indirectly caused by the failure or malfunction of the product (including the software) purchased as well as the costs incurred to correct them (e.g. personnel costs, traffic costs, recovery costs).

■ Liability limitation
 ・Our liability is limited to the repair and replacement of the defective part of the product. Therefore, we are in no way responsible for any direct or indirect damage caused by the product itself or the use of the product unless there is intentional or serious misconduct on our part. Even in the case that we are responsible for damage, we are not liable beyond the cost exceeding the price of the product purchased by the customer unless serious personal damage has been incurred.  ・We are not responsible for direct or indirect loss or damage as well as lost earnings arising from the fact that the product has not been repaired or replaced within the service response time.  ・In the event that a printing/clerical error or other error or any omission is found in a PATLINE published product instruction manual or any other document or information, we can correct them without being held responsible.
We do not take any responsibility for any loss or damage arising from such corrections.

This warranty is intended to guarantee warranty repairs and replacement under the period and conditions specified in this manual. It does not limit the legal rights of the customers.
