Parrot MINIKIT

The Parrot MINIKIT is a Bluetooth hands-free kit: no need to hold your mobile phone to talk with the person on the other end of the line. Thanks to its built-in battery, you can use it anywhere, such as in the car, in the ofﬁce and at home.

Taking full advantage of the advanced signal processing system, calls are made in full duplex mode, along with background noise cancellation and echo reduction for enhanced listening quality.

Check out www.parrot.biz for details on all the compatible Bluetooth devices and how to use them with the Parrot MINIKIT.

If you ﬁnd that the Parrot MINIKIT is out of range while you are driving, stop the car in a safe place before making or receiving calls.

USING FOR THE FIRST TIME

Recharging the Parrot MINIKIT

Before using for the ﬁrst time, the Parrot MINIKIT needs to be recharged. To do so, plug the charger into your vehicle’s cigar lighter. The colour of the LED changes from orange to green when the device is fully charged (the LED is off when the charger is not connected).

When the battery level is low, the device issues a series of beeps.

Fitting the kit

A bracket is supplied for ﬁtting the Parrot MINIKIT to the sun visor, so that it can be used as a hands-free kit in your vehicle.

To use the device in the ofﬁce or at home, simply place it on a ﬂat surface and use it for your calls (tip: remove the sun visor bracket for greater stability).

Connecting your Bluetooth phone/PDA

To ensure that all the features on your phone can be used, a special pairing mode is built into the Parrot MINIKIT.

Generic pairing - applies to most phones (supporting the Hands-free proﬁle):

Once your Parrot MINIKIT has been fully recharged, you must pair your Bluetooth phone/ PDA.

• From your Bluetooth phone, search for Bluetooth peripherals (consult your phone’s user guide or refer to the «Support» heading on the www.parrot.biz website).

• Select «MINIKIT».

• Enter «1234» on your phone when prompted.

• The Parrot MINIKIT says «pairing successful» when both devices are connected. The

device sounds a beep when connected.

• The language is automatically selected if your phone supports this feature. Otherwise, you can adjust the language yourself.

Special pairing - for phones supporting the Headset proﬁle (consult your pho ne’s user guide or refer to the www.parrot.biz website):

• Press the red button and the rotary button at the same time for three seconds. The green and red LEDs both ﬂash. The Parrot MINIKIT is visible to all Bluetooth devices for three minutes.

• From your Bluetooth phone, search for Bluetooth peripherals (consult your phone’s user guide or refer to the «Support» heading on the www.parrot.biz website).

• Select «MINIKIT».

• Enter «1234» on your phone when prompted.

• The Parrot MINIKIT says «pairing successful» when both devices are paired. The

device sounds a beep when connected.

Description and use of the functions

Making a call manually

• Dial the number using the phone’s keypad and start the call.

• The call automatically changes to hands-free mode. Otherwise, press the green button

on the Parrot MINIKIT.

Making a call via the voice recognition feature

• Press the green button on the Parrot MINIKIT.

• Say the name of the person that you wish to call after

the «beep».

• IMPORTANT: you must have ﬁrst recorded the voiceprints on your phone or the kit (refer to the chapter entitled «Voice recognition»).

• When using the kit’s voice recognition feature, say «Home», «Work», «Mobile», «General» or «Other» after the second beep.

Receiving a call

• An incoming call is indicated by a ringtone and the green and red LEDs ﬂashing on the Parrot MINIKIT.

• Press the green button on the device to answer the call.

Ending a call

• To end a call, press the red button on the Parrot MINIKIT.

Redial function

• Hold down the green button on the kit for two seconds to redial the last number.

Adjusting the volume

• During a call, turn the scroll wheel on the Parrot MINIKIT or adjust the volume directly on your phone. The volume setting is saved for subsequent calls.

Changing to discreet mode

• During a call, if you want to continue the conversation on your phone (private conversation), press the green button on the Parrot MINIKIT. The call is transferred to the phone.

• If you want to switch back to the kit, press the green button again.

Sending DTMFs

• During a call, you can send DTMFs (Dual-Tone Multi-Frequency) for touch-tone dial ling. This feature can be used for managing your voice mail, for example.

• Press the rotary button - the kit says «0».

• Turn the wheel to scroll through the numbers.

• Press the scroll wheel to send the number to the phone.

• Repeat this sequence to send other DTMFs.

Clearing the memory

• You can pair up to ﬁve devices.

• If you attempt to pair a sixth phone, the kit says «memory full».

• You must clear the memory by holding down both the red and green buttons for three

seconds. Doing so also clears all the contacts and the associated voiceprints.

Voice menu structure

Accessing the kit’s menus

• Press the central scroll wheel to access the menus.

• Browse through the menus by turning the wheel and conﬁrm with the green button or

by pressing the scroll wheel.

Menu structure

• Language: select the language.

• Volume: adjust the volume of the voice menus.

• Add contact: enables you to prepare the Parrot MINIKIT for receiving a contact (sent

one by one - refer to the chapter entitled «Receiving contacts»).

• Record keywords: to use the voice recognition feature and all its possibilities, record the following keywords: «general», «mobile», «work», «home» and «other».

• Update: enable this option before updating via Bluetooth (www.parrot.biz, Down load section).

Voice recognition

To use the Parrot MINIKIT’s voice recognition feature, proceed as follows:

Recording the keywords

Click on the central button - the kit says «Language» and the name of the language currently used by the kit.

• Turn the scroll wheel until the kit says «Record keywords» and then conﬁrm.

• The kit says «Record all keywords».

• If one or more keywords are already recorded, the kit selects the ﬁrst keyword that

has not yet been recorded.

• Press the central button or the green button to start recording. Follow the prompts given by the kit.

• When a keyword is correctly recorded, the kit automatically goes to the next.

• As soon as all keywords are correctly recorded, the kit enables them automatically.

• You can exit the menu at any time by pressing the red button and then go back to

record or modify the keywords whenever required.

• If you do not wish to record all the keywords, turn the scroll wheel to select the required word.

Receiving contacts

To use the Parrot MINIKIT’s voice recognition feature, you must send the contacts from your phone to the Parrot MINIKIT via Bluetooth (if your phone supports this feature).

Proceed as follows

• Go to the «Receive contacts» menu.

• Press the scroll wheel or the green button: the Parrot MINIKIT and the phone discon-

nect - the Parrot MINIKIT is now ready to receive contacts.

• On your phone, go to the phonebook, select the contact, press Options and send by Bluetooth.

• Select Parrot MINIKIT from the list (enter 1234 as the PIN code if prompted by your phone).

• Once received, the kit asks you to record the name corresponding to the contact. The voiceprint is assigned to the contact.

From now on, to call this contact from the Parrot MINIKIT, proceed as follows

• Press the green button.

• After the beep, say the pre-recorded name.

• If your contact has several numbers, specify whether it is Home, Ofﬁce, Mobile, and so

on, after the beep.

• Your phone calls the contact and the call is established by the Parrot MINIKIT.

UPDATING

• The Parrot MINIKIT can be updated by Bluetooth. The update protocol is secure. Download the ﬂash utilities from our website at www.parrot.biz.

• Updating can make the Parrot MINIKIT compatible with more source devices.

Le Parrot MINIKIT est un kit mains-libres Bluetooth : nul besoin de tenir votre téléphone portable à la main pour communiquer avec votre correspondant. Grâce à sa batterie intégrée, vous pouvez l’utiliser aussi bien dans un véhicule, au bureau, dans votre maison…

Bénéﬁciant d’un traitement du signal avancé, les communications se font en full-duplex, avec suppression du bruit de fond et réduction d’écho pour un meilleur confort d’écoute.

PREMIERE UTILISATION

Charger le Parrot MINIKIT

Avant la première utilisation, le Parrot MINIKIT doit être chargé. Pour cela, utilisez la prise allume cigare de votre véhicule. La couleur de la LED passe de l’orange au vert lorsque la charge est complète (la LED n’est pas allumée lorsque le chargeur n’est pas branché).

Lorsque la batterie est faible, l’appareil émet une série de bips.

Connecter son téléphone/PDA Bluetooth

Aﬁn d’utiliser toutes les fonctions de votre téléphone, un mode d’appairage spécial est intégré sur le Parrot MINIKIT.

Appairage Générique, concerne la plupart des téléphones (supportant le proﬁle Handsfree) :

Une fois votre Parrot MINIKIT chargé, vous devez jumeler votre téléphone/PDA Bluetooth.

• Depuis votre téléphone Bluetooth, lancez une recherche de périphériques Bluetooth (référez-vous à la notice de votre téléphone ou connectez-vous sur www.parrot.biz, rubrique Support).

• Sélectionnez «MINIKIT».

• Entrez « 1234 » sur votre téléphone lorsque celui-ci vous y invite.

• Le Parrot MINIKIT annonce « appairage réussi » lorsque les deux appareils sont

connectés.

• La langue est sélectionnée automatiquement si votre téléphone supporte cette fonctionnalité. Sinon, vous pouvez régler la langue vous-même.

Appairage Spécial, pour les téléphone supportant le proﬁle Headset (référez vous à la notice de votre téléphone ou reportez à www.parrot.biz) :

• Appuyez simultanément sur le bouton rouge et le rotateur pendant 3 secondes. Les deux LEDs verte et rouge clignotent. Le Parrot MINIKIT est visible par Bluetooth pendant 3 minutes.

• Depuis votre téléphone Bluetooth, lancez une recherche de périphériques Bluetooth (référez-vous à la notice de votre téléphone ou connectez vous sur www.parrot.biz, rubrique Support).

• Sélectionnez «MINIKIT».

Description et utilisation des fonctionnalités

Passer un appel manuellement

• Composez le numéro en utilisant le clavier du téléphone et lancez l’appel.

• La communication passe automatiquement en mode mains libres. Si ce n’est pas le

cas, appuyez sur le bouton vert du Parrot MINIKIT.

Passer un appel en reconnaissance vocale

• Appuyez sur le bouton vert.

• Prononcez le nom de votre correspondant après le

« bip ».

• IMPORTANT: Vous devez avoir au préalable enregistré des empreintes vocales sur votre téléphone ou sur le kit (voir chapitre «Reconnaissance vocale»).

• Dans le cas de l’utilisation de la reconnaissance vocale du kit, prononcez «Domicile», «Travail», «Mobile», «Général» ou «Autre» après le

deuxième bip.

Recevoir un appel

• Un appel entrant est indiqué par une sonnerie et les LEDs verte et rouge clignotent sur le Parrot MINIKIT.

• Appuyez sur le bouton vert de l’appareil pour décrocher.

Raccrocher un appel

• Pour terminer une communication, appuyez sur le bouton rouge du Parrot MINIKIT.

Fonction Bis

• Appuyez deux secondes sur le bouton vert pour rappeler le dernier appelant.

Réglage du volume

• En cours de communication, tournez la molette du

Parrot MINIKIT, ou réglez le volume directement depuis votre téléphone. Le volume est sauvegardé pour les communications suivantes.

Mode discret

• En cours de communication, si vous voulez reprendre la comunication sur votre téléphone (communication privée), appuyez sur le bouton vert du Parrot MINIKIT. La communication bascule sur le téléphone.

• Si vous voulez repasser sur le kit, appuyez de nouveau sur le bouton vert.

Envoi de DTMF

• Pendant une communication, vous pouvez envoyer des DTMF (Dual-Tone Multi-Fre quency). Cela permet de gérer votre messagerie vocale par exemple.

• Appuyez sur le rotateur, le kit énonce « 0 ».

• Tournez la molette pour faire déﬁler les chiffres.

• Appuyez sur la molette pour envoyer ce numéro au téléphone.

• Répétez cette séquence pour envoyer d’autres DTMF.

Effacer la mémoire

• Vous pouvez jumeler jusqu’à 5 appareils.

• Si vous jumelez un sixième téléphone, le kit énonce « mémoire pleine ».

• Vous devez effacer la mémoire en appuyant sur vert et rouge simultanément pendant

3 secondes. Ceci efface aussi tous les contacts et empreintes vocales associées.

Accéder aux menus du kit

• Appuyez sur la molette centrale pour accéder aux menus.

• Naviguez dans les menus en tournant la molette, et validez avec le bouton vert ou en

appuyant sur la molette.

Arborescence des menus

• Langue : Sélection de la langue.

• Volume : Permet de régler le volume des menus vocaux.

• Ajouter un contact : Ce menu prépare le Parrot MINIKIT à recevoir un contact

(envoyés un par un, voir le chapitre « Recevoir des contacts »).

• Enregistrer les mots clés : Pour utiliser la reconnaissance vocale et toutes ses possi

-bilités, enregistrez les mots clés « général », « mobile », « travail », « maison », « autre ».

• Mise à jour : Activez cette option avant de faire la mise à jour par Bluetooth (www.parrot.biz, rubrique Téléchargement).

Reconnaissance vocale

Pour utiliser la reconnaissance vocale du Parrot MINIKIT, vous devez suivre les étapes suivantes :

Enregistrer les mots clés :

Cliquez sur le bouton central, le kit annonce «Langue» ainsi que le nom de la langue en cours d’utilisation par le kit.

• Tournez la molette jusqu’a ce que le kit annonce «Enregistrer les mots clés», et validez.

• Le kit annonce «Enregistrer tous les mots clés».

• Dans l’éventualité ou un ou plusieurs mots clés seraient déjà enregistrés, le kit se

positionne sur le premier mot clé non enregistré.

• Appuyez sur le bouton central ou le bouton vert pour commencer l’enregistrement. Suivez les indications données par le kit.

• Quand un mot clé est bien enregistré, le kit passe automatiquement au suivant.

• Dès que tous les mots clés sont correctement enregistrés, le kit les activera automa-

tiquement.

• Vous pouvez quitter le menu à tout moment en appuyant sur le bouton rouge et revenir enregistrer ou modiﬁer les mots clés quand vous le souhaitez.

• Si vous ne souhaitez pas enregistrer tous les mots clés, tournez la molette pour accéder au mot souhaité.

Recevoir des contacts

Pour utiliser la reconnaissance vocale du Parrot MINIKIT, vous devez envoyer les contacts par Bluetooth depuis votre mobile vers le Parrot MINIKIT (si votre téléphone le supporte).

Suivre les étapes suivantes :

• Allez dans le menu « Recevoir des contacts ».

• Pressez la molette ou appuyez sur le bouton vert : le Parrot MINIKIT et le téléphone se

déconnectent, le Parrot MINIKIT est prêt à recevoir des contacts.

• Depuis votre téléphone, allez dans répertoire, sélectionnez votre contact, faites

Option, et envoyez par Bluetooth.

• Sélectionnez Parrot MINIKIT dans la liste (entrez 1234 comme code PIN si votre téléphone vous le demande).

• Une fois reçu, le kit vous demande d’enregistrer le nom correspondant à ce contact. Cette empreinte vocale sera assignée à ce contact.

Dorénavant, pour appeler ce contact depuis le Parrot MINIKIT, voici la procé- dure :

• Pressez le bouton vert.

• Après le bip, dites le nom pré-enregistré.

• Si votre contact à plusieurs numéros, précisez Maison, Bureau, Mobile… après le bip.

• Votre téléphone appelle ce contact, et la communication se fait par le Parrot MINIKIT.

MISE À JOUR

• Il est possible de mettre à jour par Bluetooth le Parrot MINIKIT. Le protocole de mise à jour est sécurisé. Téléchargez depuis notre site web www.parrot.biz les utilitaires de ﬂashage.

• La mise à jour permet de rendre compatible plus d’appareils sources.

PRIMEROS PASOS

Cargar el Parrot MINIKIT

Antes de utilizar el Parrot MINIKIT por primera vez, deberá cargarlo. Utilice la del mechero de su vehículo. El color de la LED cambiará de naranja a verde cuando haya ﬁnalizado la carga (la LED no se encenderá hasta que no se conecte el cargador).

Cuando la carga de la batería se esté agotando, el dispositivo emitirá una serie de pitidos.

Instalación del equipo

Se incluye un enganche para colocar el Parrot MINIKIT en el parasol del vehículo y poder utilizarlo como manos libres.

Si desea utilizarlo en la oﬁcina o en casa, colóquelo sobre cualquier superﬁcie y conéctelo (se recomienda quitar el enganche para conseguir mayor estabilidad).

Conexión de un teléfono o una PDA Bluetooth

El Parrot MINIKIT incluye un modo de emparejamiento especial para poder utilizar todas las funciones de su teléfono.

Emparejamiento genérico: la mayoría de los teléfonos con perﬁl manos libres o

HFP (Handsfree) :

Una vez que haya cargado el Parrot MINIKIT, deberá emparejarlo con su teléfono o PDA Bluetooth.

• Busque los periféricos Bluetooth disponibles desde su teléfono (consulte el manual de instrucciones del móvil o entre en la sección Apoyo al cliente de la página www.parrot.biz).

• Seleccione «MINIKIT».

• Introduzca el código «1234» en su teléfono cuando se lo pida.

• El Parrot MINIKIT emitirá el mensaje «Acoplamiento realizado» cuando se conecten

los dos dispositivos. El equipo emitirá un bip cuando se haya realizado la conexión.

• Se seleccionará automáticamente el idioma si su teléfono admite esta función. De lo contrario, podrá seleccionarlo manualmente.

Emparejamiento especial: teléfonos con perﬁl HSP o Headset (consulte el manual del móvil o visite www.parrot.biz) :

• Pulse el botón rojo y la rueda al mismo tiempo durante 3 segundos. Las LEDs verde y rojo parpadean. Parrot MINIKIT podrá detectarse por Bluetooth durante 3 minutos.

Descripción y uso de las funciones

Realizar una llamada manualmente

• Introduzca el número en el teclado del teléfono y pulse el botón de llamada.

• La comunicación pasará automáticamente al modo manos libres. De lo contrario,

pulse el botón verde del Parrot MINIKIT.

Realizar una llamada mediante reconocimiento de voz

• Pulse el botón verde del Parrot MINIKIT.

• Después del bip, pronuncie el nombre del interlocutor.

• IMPORTANTE : Los nombres de los interlocutores de

su agenda deberán estar grabados previamente en el teléfono o en el equipo (consulte el capítulo «Reco nocimiento de voz»).

• Al utilizar el reconocimiento de voz, espere al segundo bip y pronuncie : «Domicilio», «Trabajo», «Móvil», «General» u «Otro».

Recibir llamadas

• En el Parrot MINIKIT, las llamadas entrantes se avisan mediante sonido y parpadeos de las LEDs verde y rojo.

• Pulse el botón verde del dispositivo para descolgar la llamada.

Colgar llamadas

• Para cortar la comunicación, pulse el botón rojo.

Rellamadas

• Pulse durante dos segundos el botón verde para volver a llamar al mismo número entrante.

Ajuste del volumen

• Durante la comunicación, gire la rueda del Parrot MINIKIT o ajuste el volumen directamente desde el móvil. El volumen se mantendrá en el mismo nivel para las siguientes llamadas.

Pasar a modo discreto

• Durante la comunicación, si desea continuar la conversa ción con el teléfono (en privado), pulse el botón verde del Parrot MINIKIT. La comunicación pasa a transmitirse desde el móvil.

• Si desea volver a utilizar el manos libres, pulse de nuevo el botón verde.

Envío DTMF

• Durante la comunicación es posible utilizar la marcación por tonos multifrecuencia (DTMF). Útil para manejar el contestador automático por ejemplo.

• Pulse la rueda para que aparezca en el equipo la cifra «0».

• Gire la rueda para que las demás cifras vayan desﬁlando.

• Pulse la rueda para seleccionar los números correspondientes y enviarlos al móvil.

• Repita la secuencia para cada número.

Borrar la memoria

• Es posible emparejar hasta cinco dispositivos diferentes.

• Al pretender emparejar un sexto dispositivo, el equipo mostrará el mensaje «memoria

llena».

• Puede borrar la memoria pulsando los botones verde y rojo al mismo tiempo durante

3 segundos. De este modo se borrarán todos los contactos y las grabaciones vocales de cada uno.

• Podrá navegar por ellos girando la rueda y validar pulsando el botón verde o la rueda.

Reconocimiento de voz

Para utilizar el reconocimiento de voz del Parrot MINIKIT, siga los siguientes pasos :

Grabar palabras clave :

Pulse le botón central, el equipo mostrará «Idioma» y la lengua correspondiente seleccionada.

• Gire la rueda hasta que aparezca «Grabar palabras clave» y acepte.

• Aparecerá «Grabar palabras clave».

• En el caso de que ya se hayan grabado algunas palabras clave, el equipo mostrará la

primera que todavía no lo esté.

• Pulse el botón central o el verde para iniciar la grabación. Siga las indicaciones del equipo.

• En cuanto una palabra esté bien grabada, el equipo pasará a la siguiente.

• Cuando estén todas grabadas, el equipo las activará automáticamente.

• Es posible abandonar el menú cuando lo desee con solo pulsar el botón rojo y volver

a grabar o modiﬁcar las palabras clave en otro momento.

• Si no desea grabar todas las palabras clave, gire la rueda para acceder al menú deseado.

Recibir contactos

Para utilizar el reconocimiento de voz de Parrot MINIKIT, es necesario enviar los contactos por Bluetooth desde el móvil (si este dispone del perﬁl adecuado).

Siga estas fases :

• Acceda al menú «Recibir contactos».

• Pulse la rueda o el botón verde. Los dispositivos se desconectan y el Parrot MINIKIT ya

puede recibir contactos.

• Desde el teléfono, acceda a la agenda, seleccione el contacto y en «Opciones», seleccione «Enviar por Bluetooth».

• Seleccione Parrot MINIKIT en la lista (introduzca «1234» como código PIN si móvil solicita uno).

• Una vez recibido, el equipo solicitará que se grabe el nombre correspondiente de

dicho contacto. La grabación quedará asociada a ese contacto.

A partir de ahora, para llamar a ese contacto desde el Parrot MINIKIT, proceda

como sigue :

• Pulse el botón verde.

• Después del bip, pronuncie el nombre que haya grabado.

• Si el contacto dispone de varios números grabados, espere al segundo bip y precise :

«Domicilio», «Oﬁcina», «Móvil», etcétera.

• El móvil procederá a llamar al contacto y la comunicación se realizará a través de Parrot MINIKIT.

ACTUALIZACIÓN

• Es posible actualizar el Parrot MINIKIT a través de Bluetooth mediante un protocolo de actualización seguro. Descargue desde nuestra página www.parrot.biz las utilida des de ﬂasheado.

• La actualización le permite mantener la compatibilidad con nuevos terminales.

ERSTE VERWENDUNG

Laden des Parrot MINIKIT

Vor der ersten Verwendung muss der Parrot MINIKIT aufgeladen werden. Dazu können Sie den Zigarettenanzünder Ihres Wagens verwenden.Sobald der Akku den vollen Ladestand erreicht hat, wechselt die Farbe der LED von orange zu grün (bei nicht angeschlossenem Ladegerät leuchtet die LED nicht).

Bei einem niedrigen Akkuladestand gibt das Gerät eine Reihe von Signaltönen aus.

Installation der Freisprecheinrichtung

Im Lieferumfang des Parrot MINIKIT ist eine Befestigungsvorrichtung enthalten, mit der Sie die Freisprecheinrichtung an der Sonnenblende Ihres Kraftfahrzeugs anbringen können. Damit wird eine Verwendung des Parrot MINIKIT auch unterwegs im Auto möglich. Kopplung Ihres Bluetooth-Mobiltelefons/-PDAs

Damit Ihnen alle Funktionen Ihres Mobiltelefons zur Verfügung stehen, stellt der Parrot MINIKIT einen speziellen, integrierten Kopplungsmodus bereit.

Allgemeine Kopplung – für den Großteil der Mobiltelefone (mit Unterstützung

des Proﬁls Handsfree) :

Wenn Sie Ihren Parrot MINIKIT aufgeladen haben, müssen Sie ihn mit Ihrem Bluetoothfähigen Mobiltelefon bzw. PDA koppeln.

• Starten Sie ausgehend von Ihrem Bluetooth-Telefon eine Suche nach Bluetooth-Pe ripheriegeräten (sehen Sie sich diesbezüglich die Bedienungsanleitung Ihres Telefons an oder besuchen Sie unsere Website www.parrot.biz, Rubrik «Kundenkontakt»).

• Wählen Sie «MINIKIT».

• Geben Sie bei der entsprechenden Aufforderung den Code «1234» auf Ihrem Telefon

ein.

• Sobald die zwei Geräte miteinander gekoppelt sind, gibt der Parrot MINIKIT den Hinweis «Kopplung erfolgreich!» aus. Eine erfolgreiche Kopplung wird durch einen Signalton ausgewiesen.

• Die Sprache wird automatisch gewählt, sofern diese Funktion von Ihrem Telefon unterstützt wird. Andernfalls müssen Sie die Sprache selbst einstellen.

Spezielle Kopplung – für Mobiltelefone mit Unterstützung des Proﬁls Headset (siehe hierzu die Bedienungsanleitung Ihres Telefons oder unsere Website www.parrot.biz) :

• Drücken Sie gleichzeitig die rote Taste und den Drehregler und halten Sie sie 3 Sekunden lang gedrückt. Die grüne und die rote LED blinken. Damit ist der Parrot MINIKIT 3 Minuten lang als Bluetooth-Gerät identiﬁzierbar.

Manuelles Tätigen eines Anrufs

• Geben Sie die Rufnummer über die Tastatur Ihres Telefons ein und starten Sie den Verbindungsaufbau.

• Das Gespräch wird automatisch in den Freisprechmodus geschaltet. Ist das nicht der Fall, dann drücken Sie die grüne Taste auf dem Parrot MINIKIT.

Tätigen eines Anrufs über die Spracherkennung

• Drücken Sie die grüne Taste auf dem Parrot MINIKIT.

• Sprechen Sie nach dem Signalton den Namen des

gewünschten Teilnehmers.

• WICHTIG : Sie müssen zuvor die entsprechenden Stimmabdrücke auf Ihrem Telefon oder der Freisprechein richtung gespeichert haben (siehe Kapitel «Spracher kennung»).

• Bei Verwendung der Spracherkennungsfunktion der Freispre cheinrichtung müssen Sie nach dem zweiten Signalton Ihre Auswahl präzisieren : «Privat», «Büro», «Handy», «Allgemein» oder «Sonstige».

Entgegennehmen eines Anrufs

• Ein eingehender Anruf wird durch einen Rufton und das Blinken der grünen und roten LED auf dem Parrot MINIKIT ausgewiesen.

Wahlwiederholung

• Drücken Sie die grüne Taste auf der Freisprecheinrich tung und halten Sie sie 2 Sekunden lang gedrückt, um die zuletzt gewählte Nummer erneut zu wählen.

Einstellen der Lautstärke

• Drehen Sie während des Gesprächs das Reglerrad auf dem Parrot MINIKIT oder stellen Sie die Lauts tärke direkt über Ihr Mobiltelefon ein. Die ein gestellte Lautstärke wird für alle folgenden Gesprä che gespeichert.

Wechseln in den «diskreten Modus»

• Wenn Sie ein laufendes Gespräch auf Ihr Telefon zurückschalten möchten (privates Gespräch), drücken Sie die grüne Taste auf dem Parrot MINIKIT. Das Gespräch wird dadurch auf Ihr Telefon umgeschaltet.

• Wenn Sie nach einer gewissen Zeit wieder die Freisprecheinrichtung verwenden möch- ten, drücken Sie die grüne Taste erneut.

Verwenden des Tonwahlverfahrens (MFV/DTMF)

• Bei aktiver Kommunikation können Sie nach Bedarf DTMF-Frequenzen senden (Dual- Tone Multi-Frequency). Das ermöglicht Ihnen z. B. die Steuerung Ihrer Sprachmailbox.

• Drücken Sie den Drehregler. Die Freisprecheinrichtung gibt daraufhin den Hinweis «0» aus.

• Drehen Sie das Reglerrad, um die verfügbaren Ziffern zu durchlaufen.

• Drücken Sie das Reglerrad, um die gewählte Ziffer an das Telefon zu senden.

• Wiederholen Sie diesen Vorgang, wenn Sie weitere DTMF-Wahltöne übertragen

möchten.

Löschen des Speichers

• Sie können die Freisprecheinrichtung mit bis zu 5 Geräten koppeln.

• Bei dem Versuch, ein sechstes Telefon zu koppeln, gibt die Freisprecheinrichtung den

Hinweis «Speicher voll» aus.

• Sie müssen in diesem Fall den Speicher leeren. Drücken Sie dazu gleichzeitig die rote und die grüne Taste und halten Sie sie 3 Sekunden lang gedrückt. Dabei werden ebenfalls alle Kontakte und zugehörigen Stimmabdrücke gelöscht.

Zugriff auf die Menüs der Freisprecheinrichtung

• Drücken Sie das zentrale Reglerrad, um auf die Menüs zuzugreifen.

• Die Fortbewegung in den Menüs erfolgt durch Drehen des Reglerrads, zur Bestätigung

einer Auswahl drücken Sie die grüne Taste oder das Reglerrad.

Aufbau der Menüs

Spracherkennung

Um die Spracherkennungsfunktion des Parrot MINIKIT heranziehen zu können, müssen Sie folgende Arbeitsschritte ausführen :

Speichern der Schlüsselwörter

Berühren Sie kurz die Mitteltaste. Die Freisprecheinrichtung gibt den Hinweis «Sprache» aus und identiﬁziert die derzeit verwendete Sprache.

• Drehen Sie das Reglerrad, bis der Hinweis «Schlüsselwörter speichern» ausgegeben wird, und bestätigen Sie Ihre Auswahl.

• Die Freisprecheinrichtung gibt daraufhin den Hinweis «Alle Schlüsselwörter spei- chern» aus.

• Wenn bereits eines oder mehrere Schlüsselwörter gespeichert wurden, identiﬁziert die Freisprecheinrichtung das erste noch nicht gespeicherte Schlüsselwort.

• Drücken Sie die Mitteltaste bzw. die grüne Taste, um die Aufzeichnung zu starten. Halten Sie sich an die von der Freisprecheinrichtung ausgegebenen Anweisungen.

• Sobald ein Schlüsselwort erfolgreich gespeichert wurde, geht die Freisprecheinrich- tung zum nächsten Schlüsselwort über.

• Nach der erfolgreichen Aufzeichnung aller Schlüsselwörter werden diese automatisch aktiviert.

• Sie können das Menü dann jederzeit verlassen, indem Sie die rote Taste drücken, und ganz nach Bedarf zu den Schlüsselwörtern zurückkehren, um sie aufzuzeichnen oder Änderungen vorzunehmen.

• Wenn Sie nur bestimmte Schlüsselwörter aufzeichnen möchten, drehen Sie das Reglerrad, bis Sie das gewünschte Schlüsselwort erreicht haben.

Übertragung der Kontakte

Sie Ihre Kontakte von Ihrem Mobiltelefon per Bluetooth an den Parrot MINIKIT übertra gen (sofern Ihr Telefon diesen Vorgang unterstützt).

Führen Sie folgende Arbeitsschritte aus :

• Rufen Sie das Menü «Kontakte empfangen» auf.

• Drücken Sie das Reglerrad oder die grüne Taste : Zwischen dem Parrot MINIKIT und

dem Telefon wird eine Verbindung hergestellt, der Parrot MINIKIT ist dann bereit für den Empfang der Kontakte.

• Rufen Sie auf Ihrem Telefon das Adressbuch auf, wählen Sie den gewünschten Kontakt und anschließend die Option für eine Übertragung per Bluetooth.

• Wählen Sie den Parrot MINIKIT in der verfügbaren Liste (geben Sie den PIN-Code «1234» ein, wenn Sie von Ihrem Telefon dazu aufgefordert werden).

• Nach Empfang des Kontakts werden Sie von der Freisprecheinrichtung zur Aufzeich- nung des zugehörigen Namens aufgefordert. Der gespeicherte Stimmabdruck wird dem Kontakt dann zugeordnet.

Ein auf diese Weise gespeicherter Kontakt kann über den Parrot MINIKIT dann

wie folgt angerufen werden :

• Drücken Sie die grüne Taste.

• Sprechen Sie nach dem Signalton den zuvor aufgezeichneten Namen.

• Wenn für den Kontakt mehrere Rufnummern gespeichert wurden, identiﬁzieren Sie die

gewünschte Nummer nach dem Signalton als «Privat», «Geschäftlich», «Handy» usw.

• Ihr Telefon stellt daraufhin eine Verbindung zu dem entsprechenden Teilnehmer her, das Gespräch wird über den Parrot MINIKIT geführt.

Parrot MINIKIT è un kit vivavoce Bluetooth, grazie al quale non è più necessario tenere il telefono cellulare a portata di mano per comunicare. La batteria integrata consente di utilizzarlo sia in auto, che in ufﬁcio o a casa.

Grazie ad un sistema avanzato di elaborazione dei segnali, le comunicazioni avvengono in full duplex, con soppressione dei disturbi di fondo e riduzione dell’eco per una migliore qualità d’ascolto.

PRIMO USO

Come caricare il Parrot MINIKIT

Prima di utilizzarlo per la prima volta, è necessario caricare il Parrot MINIKIT. Utilizzare la presa dell’accendisigari dell’auto. Una volta completato il processo di carica, il colore del LED cambia da arancione a verde (il LED non si illumina se il caricatore non è collegato).

Quando la batteria è quasi scarica, l’apparecchio emette una serie di segnali acustici.

Installazione del kit

Per poter utilizzare il Parrot MINIKIT come kit vivavoce durante la guida, viene fornito un gancio per ﬁssare il Parrot MINIKIT all’aletta parasole dell’auto.

Per utilizzarlo in ufﬁcio o a casa, è sufﬁciente collocare l’apparecchio nella posizione desiderata (per una maggiore stabilità, si consiglia di rimuovere il gancio per l’aletta parasole).

Connessione del telefono/PDA Bluetooth

Per consentire l’uso di tutte le funzioni del telefono, è stata integrata nel Parrot MINIKIT una modalità di associazione speciale.

Associazione generica, relativa alla maggior parte dei telefoni che supportano

il proﬁlo Handsfree (vivavoce)

Una volta caricato il Parrot MINIKIT, è necessario eseguire l’associazione del telefono/ PDA Bluetooth.

• Dal telefono Bluetooth, avviare una ricerca delle periferiche Bluetooth (consultare le istruzioni del telefono o la sezione Assistenza all’indirizzo www.parrot.biz).

• Selezionare «MINIKIT».

• Immettere «1234» sul telefono, quando richiesto.

• Quando i due apparecchi sono connessi, il Parrot MINIKIT emette un messaggio ad

indicare che l’associazione è stata eseguita. Una volta connesso, l’apparecchio emette un segnale acustico.

• La lingua viene selezionata automaticamente, se il telefono supporta tale funzione. Diversamente, è possibile selezionare manualmente la lingua.

Associazione speciale, relativa ai telefoni che supportano il proﬁlo Headset

(auricolare; consultare le istruzioni del telefono oppure visitare il sito Web www.parrot.biz) :

• Premere contemporaneamente il tasto rosso e la rotellina per 3 secondi. Il LED verde e il LED rosso cominciano a lampeggiare. Il Parrot MINIKIT risulta visibile mediante Bluetooth per 3 minuti.

• Dal telefono Bluetooth, avviare una ricerca delle periferiche Bluetooth (consultare le istruzioni del telefono o la sezione Assistenza all’indirizzo www.parrot.biz).

• Selezionare «MINIKIT».

Esecuzione manuale delle chiamate

• Comporre il numero utilizzando la tastiera del telefono ed effettuare la chiamata.

• La comunicazione passa automaticamente alla modalità vivavoce. Se ciò non avviene,

premere il tasto verde del Parrot MINIKIT.

Esecuzione delle chiamate mediante riconoscimento

vocale :

• Premere il tasto verde del Parrot MINIKIT.

• Dopo il segnale acustico, pronunciare il nome dell’in-

terlocutore desiderato.

• IMPORTANTE : è necessario avere precedentemente registrato i nomi vocali sul telefono o sul kit (vedere il capitolo “Riconoscimento vocale”).

• Se viene utilizzata la funzione di riconoscimento vocale del kit, dopo il secondo segnale acustico pronunciare “Casa”, “Lavoro”, “Cellulare”, “Generale” o “Altro”.

Ricezione delle chiamate

• La chiamata in arrivo è indicata da una suoneria e dai LED verde e rosso che lampeg- giano sul Parrot MINIKIT.

• Premere il tasto verde dell’apparecchio per rispondere alla chiamata.

Interruzione delle chiamate

• Per terminare una chiamata, premere il tasto rosso del Parrot MINIKIT.

Funzione di ripetizione degli ultimi numeri chiamati

• Premere per 2 secondi il tasto verde del kit per richia- mare l’ultimo numero composto.

Regolazione del volume

• Durante una chiamata, ruotare la rotellina del Parrot MINIKIT oppure regolare il volume direttamente dal telefono. Il volume viene mantenuto sullo stesso livello per le chiamate successive.

Passaggio alla modalità privata

• Se durante una chiamata si desidera riprendere la comunicazione sul telefono (comu- nicazione privata), premere il tasto verde del Parrot MINIKIT. La chiamata viene trasferita sul telefono.

• Se si desidera tornare al kit, premere di nuovo il tasto verde.

Invio di DTMF (Dual-Tone Multi-Frequency)

• Durante una chiamata è possibile inviare toni DTMF (Dual-Tone Multi-Frequency). Ciò consente ad esempio di gestire la messaggeria vocale.

• Premere la rotellina; il kit visualizza il seguente messaggio: “0”.

• Ruotare la rotellina per fare scorrere le cifre.

• Premere la rotellina per inviare il numero al telefono.

• Ripetere la procedura per inviare altri toni DTMF.

Come svuotare la memoria

• È possibile eseguire l’associazione di un massimo di 5 apparecchi.

• Se viene associato un sesto telefono, il kit visualizza un messaggio ad indicare che la

memoria è piena.

• È necessario svuotare la memoria premendo contemporaneamente il tasto verde e il tasto rosso per 3 secondi. Questa operazione elimina inoltre tutti i contatti e i relativi nomi vocali.

Nota : L’uso di alcune di queste funzioni (riconoscimento vocale, ripetizione degli ultimi numeri chiamati, modalità privata) dipende esclusivamente dal telefono in uso (supporto del proﬁlo Handsfree o Headset). • Registrazione delle parole chiave : per utilizzare la funzione di riconoscimento vocale e tutte le opzioni associate, registrare le seguenti parole chiave : “generale”, “cellulare”, “lavoro”, “casa”, “altro”.

• Aggiornamento : attivare questa opzione prima di eseguire l’aggiornamento tramite Bluetooth (accedere alla sezione per il download all’indirizzo Web www.parrot.biz).

Riconoscimento vocale

Per utilizzare la funzione di riconoscimento vocale del Parrot MINIKIT, è necessario attenersi alla procedura riportata di seguito.

Registrazione delle parole chiave

Fare clic sul tasto centrale, quindi il kit emette il messaggio “Lingua”, seguito dal nome della lingua attualmente in uso dal kit.

• Ruotare la rotellina ﬁno a quando il kit emette il messaggio “Registrare la parole chiave”, quindi confermare.

• Il kit emette il messaggio “Registrare tutte le parole chiave”.

• Se una o più parole chiave sono già state registrate, il kit si posiziona sulla prima

parola chiave non ancora registrata.

• Premere il tasto centrale o il tasto verde per avviare la registrazione. Seguire le indicazioni fornite dal kit.

• Se una parola chiave è stata registrata correttamente, il kit passa automaticamente alla successiva.

• Una volta registrate correttamente tutte le parole chiave, il kit le attiva automatica- mente.

• È possibile uscire dal menu premendo il tasto rosso e riprendere la registrazione/mo diﬁcare la parole chiave in qualsiasi momento.

• Se non si desidera registrare tutte le parole chiave, ruotare la rotellina per accedere alla parola desiderata.

Ricezione di contatti

Per utilizzare la funzione di riconoscimento vocale del Parrot MINIKIT, è necessario inviare i contatti tramite Bluetooth dal telefono cellulare in uso al Parrot MINIKIT (se il telefono supporta tale funzione).

Eseguire le operazioni descritte di seguito

• Accedere al menu “Ricezione di contatti”.

• Premere la rotellina o il tasto verde : il Parrot MINIKIT e il telefono si disconnettono,

quindi il Parrot MINIKIT è pronto a ricevere contatti.

• Dal telefono, accedere alla rubrica e selezionare il contatto desiderato, quindi selezio-

nare Opzioni e inviare tramite Bluetooth.

• Selezionare Parrot MINIKIT nell’elenco (se richiesto, inserire 1234 come codice PIN).

• Una volta ricevuto il contatto, il kit richiederà di registrare il nome corrispondente allo

stesso. Il nome vocale registrato verrà assegnato al contatto.

Una volta eseguite le suddette operazioni, per chiamare il contatto dal Parrot MINIKIT attenersi alla procedura riportata di seguito.

• Premere il tasto verde.

• Dopo il segnale acustico, pronunciare il nome precedentemente registrato.

• Se il contatto dispone di più numeri, dopo il segnale acustico speciﬁcare Casa, Ufﬁcio,

Cellulare e così via.

• Il telefono chiama il contatto, quindi la conversazione avviene tramite il Parrot MINIKIT.

AGGIORNAMENTO

• È possibile aggiornare il Parrot MINIKIT tramite Bluetooth. Il protocollo di aggiorna- mento è protetto. Scaricare i programmi di utilità di aggiornamento accedendo al sito Web www.parrot.biz.

• L’aggiornamento consente di rendere compatibili più dispositivi sorgente.

O Parrot MINIKIT integra um modo de emparelhamento especial que permite utilizar todas as funções do seu telefone.

Emparelhamento Genérico, diz respeito à maior parte dos telefones (compa-

tível com o Handsfree Proﬁle) :

Uma vez carregado o seu Parrot MINIKIT, deve emparelhar o seu telefone/PDA Bluetooth.

• No seu telefone Bluetooth, faça uma busca a periféricos Bluetooth (consulte a nota informativa do seu telefone ou visite o menu Support em www.parrot.biz).

• Seleccione «MINIKIT».

• Digite «1234» no seu telefone logo que este o pedir.

• O aviso do Parrot MINIKIT «emparelhamento concluído» indica que os dois aparelhos

estão ligados. O aparelho emite um sinal sonoro logo que a ligação é estabelecida.

• O idioma é seleccionado automaticamente caso o seu telefone suporte esta função. Caso contrário, poderá seleccionar você mesmo o idioma.

Emparelhamento Especial, para os telefones que suportem o Headset Proﬁle

(consulte a nota informativa do seu telefone ou visite www.parrot.biz):

• Prima simultaneamente o botão vermelho e o botão rotativo durante 3 segundos. Os dois LED, verde e vermelho, começam a piscar. O Parrot MINIKIT é detectado através de Bluetooth durante 3 minutos.

• No seu telefone Bluetooth, faça uma busca a periféricos Bluetooth (consulte a nota informativa do seu telefone ou visite o menu Support em www.parrot.biz).

• Seleccione «MINIKIT».

• Digite «1234» no seu telefone logo que este o pedir.

Descrição e utilização das respectivas funções

Fazer uma chamada manualmente

• Digite o número utilizando as teclas do telefone e proceda à ligação.

• A comunicação é imediatamente transferida para o modo mãos livres. Se isso não

acontecer, prima o botão verde do Parrot MINIKIT.

Fazer uma chamada por reconhecimento de voz

• Prima o botão verde do Parrot MINIKIT.

• Pronuncie o nome do seu interlocutor após o sinal

sonoro.

• IMPORTANTE : Deverá proceder, previamente, à gravação de comandos de voz no seu telefone ou no kit (consultar o capítulo «Reconhecimento de voz»).

• Se utilizar o reconhecimento de voz do kit, pronuncie «Casa», «Trabalho», «Telemóvel», «Geral» ou «Outro» após o segundo sinal.

Receber uma chamada

• A recepção de uma chamada é assinalada através de um sinal sonoro e dos LED verde e vermelho do Parrot MINIKIT, que começam a piscar.

• Para atender prima o botão verde.

Desligar uma chamada

• Para terminar uma comunicação, prima o botão vermelho do Parrot MINIKIT.

Função Bis (Remarcação)

• Prima o botão verde do kit durante dois segundos para voltar a ligar para o último interlocutor.

Regulação do volume

• Durante uma comunicação pode regular o volume do som utilizando o botão rotativo do Parrot MINIKIT, ou fazê-lo directamente a partir do seu telefone. Esse volume será mantido nas comunica ções que se seguirem.

Passar para o modo silencioso

• Durante uma comunicação, se pretender retomar a chamada no seu telefone (comunicação privada), deve premir o botão verde do Parrot MINIKIT. A comunicação é transferida para o telefone.

• Se pretender voltar a transferi-la para o kit, prima de novo o botão verde.

Envio de DTMF

• Durante uma comunicação, pode enviar sinais DTMF (Multifrequência bitonal - Dual- Tone Multi-Frequency). Isso permite, por exemplo, programar o envio de mensagens de voz.

• Prima o selector rotativo, o kit indicará «0».

• Mova o botão rotativo para aceder à lista de números.

• Prima o botão rotativo para enviar esse número para o telefone.

• Repita esta sequência para enviar outros sinais DTMF.

Apagar a memória

• Pode emparelhar um máximo de 5 aparelhos.

• Se tentar emparelhar um sexto aparelho, o kit indicará «memória cheia».

• Para apagar a memória, prima simultaneamente o botão verde e o botão vermelho durante 3 segundos. Esse procedimento apagará também todos os contactos e comandos de voz associados.

• Actualização : Deve activar esta opção antes de proceder à actualização através de Bluetooth (www.parrot.biz, menu Téléchargement).

Reconhecimento de voz

Para utilizar o reconhecimento de voz do Parrot MINIKIT, deve seguir as seguintes etapas :

Registar palavras-chave

Clique no botão central, o kit indicará «Idioma» bem como o idioma que está a ser utilizado pelo kit.

• Mova o botão rotativo até que no kit surja a indicação «Registar palavras-chave», e valide em seguida.

• O kit indicará «Registar todas as palavras-chave».

• No caso de se encontrarem já registadas uma ou mais palavras-chave, o kit posicio-

nar-se-á na primeira palavra não registada.

• Prima o botão central ou o botão verde para começar a registar. Siga as indicações dadas pelo kit.

• Quando uma palavra-chave é registada correctamente, o kit passa automaticamente para a palavra seguinte.

• Depois de registadas correctamente todas as palavras-chave, o kit activá-las-á automaticamente.

• Pode abandonar o menu a qualquer momento premindo o botão vermelho, e voltar a registar ou modiﬁcar as palavras-chave sempre que quiser.

• Se não quiser registar todas as palavras-chave, mova o botão rotativo para aceder à palavra pretendida.

Receber contactos

Para utilizar o reconhecimento de voz do Parrot MINIKIT, deve enviar os contactos através de Bluetooth a partir do seu telemóvel para o Parrot MINIKIT (caso seja suportado pelo seu telefone).

Seguir as seguintes etapas

• Aceda ao menu «Receber contactos».

• Prima o botão rotativo ou o botão verde: o Parrot MINIKIT e o telefone são desligados

e o Parrot MINIKIT está pronto para receber contactos.

• A partir do seu telefone, aceda ao directório, seleccione o seu contacto, escolha Option (Opção), e envie através de Bluetooth.

• Uma vez recebido, o kit pede-lhe para registar o nome que corresponde a este contacto. Este comando de voz será atribuído a este contacto.

Parrot MINIKIT

De Parrot MINIKIT is een Bluetooth handsfree-set. Voortaan hoeft u uw mobiele telefoon niet meer vast te houden tijdens een telefoongesprek. Dankzij de ingebouwde batterij kunt u hem evengoed in de auto, op kantoor of thuis gebruiken.

Dankzij de geavanceerde signaalverwerking vinden de gesprekken in full-duplex plaats, met ruis- en echo-onderdrukking voor optimaal luistercomfort.

EERSTE INGEBRUIKNEMING

De Parrot MINIKIT opladen

Voordat u de Parrot MINIKIT voor het eerst gaat gebruiken, moet hij worden opgeladen. U kunt dit doen op de sigarenaansteker met de hiertoe bestemde oplader. De kleur van de LED verandert van oranje in groen zodra de accu geladen is (de LED is niet verlicht wanneer de oplader niet is aangesloten).

Wanneer de accu bijna leeg is, laat het apparaat een serie pieptonen horen.

De handsfree-set installeren

Een clip om de Parrot MINIKIT aan de zonneklep te bevestigen is meegeleverd om de Parrot MINIKIT als handsfree-set in de auto te kunnen gebruiken.

Om de handsfree-set op kantoor of thuis te gebruiken kunt u het apparaat gewoon neerleggen en uw telefoongesprek voeren zonder het vast te houden (advies : verwijder de bevestigingsclip voor de zonneklep voor grotere stabiliteit).

Uw Bluetooth telefoon /PDA koppelen

Om alle functies van uw telefoon te kunnen gebruiken is een speciale koppelingsmodus in de Parrot MINIKIT geïntegreerd.

Algemene koppeling, betreft de meeste telefoons (die het Handsfree Proﬁle

ondersteunen) :

Zodra uw Parrot MINIKIT geladen is, moet u uw Bluetooth telefoon/PDA koppelen.

• Start op uw Bluetooth telefoon de functie Bluetooth randapparaten zoeken (zie de han dleiding van uw telefoon of kijk op onze website www.parrot.biz, rubriek ‘Support’).

• Selecteer ‘ MINIKIT’.

• Toets ‘1234’ in op uw telefoon, wanneer deze u dit vraagt.

• Zodra de twee apparaten gekoppeld zijn, meldt de Parrot MINIKIT dat de ‘koppeling

succesvol’ is. Nadat de koppeling tot stand is gebracht, laat het apparaat een pieptoon horen.

• De taal wordt automatisch geselecteerd, als uw telefoon deze functie ondersteunt. Anders kunt u zelf de taal instellen.

Speciale koppeling, voor telefoons die het Headset Proﬁle ondersteunen (zie de handleiding van uw telefoon of kijk op onze website www.parrot.biz) :

• Druk 3 seconden lang gelijktijdig op de rode toets en de draaiknop. De groene en de rode LED knipperen. De Parrot MINIKIT is gedurende 3 minuten zichtbaar voor Bluetooth.

• Start op uw Bluetooth telefoon de functie Bluetooth randapparaten zoeken (zie de han dleiding van uw telefoon of kijk op onze website www.parrot.biz, rubriek ‘Support’).

• Selecteer ‘ MINIKIT’.

• Toets ‘1234’ in op uw telefoon, wanneer deze u dit vraagt.

• Zodra de twee apparaten gekoppeld zijn, meldt de Parrot MINIKIT dat de ‘koppeling

succesvol’ is. Nadat de koppeling tot stand is gebracht, laat het apparaat een pieptoon horen.

FUNCTIES

Beschrijving en gebruik van de functies

Handmatig telefoneren

• Kies het nummer met de cijfertoetsen van de telefoon en start de oproep.

• Het gesprek wordt automatisch op de handsfree modus overgeschakeld. Is dit niet het

geval, druk dan op de groene toets van de Parrot MINIKIT.

Telefoneren via spraakherkenning

• Druk op de groene toets van de Parrot MINIKIT.

• Zeg na de pieptoon de naam van de persoon die u wilt

bellen.

• BELANGRIJK : U moet de gesproken namen van te- voren op uw telefoon of op de handsfree-set hebben opgenomen (zie hoofdstuk «Spraakherkenning»).

• Als u de spraakherkenning van de handsfree-set gebruikt, zegt u na de tweede pieptoon «Thuis», «Werk», «Mobiel», «Algemeen» of «Overige».

Oproep beantwoorden

• Een inkomend gesprek wordt gemeld door een beltoon en het knipperen van de groene en rode LED op de Parrot MINIKIT.

• Druk op de groene knop van het apparaat om het gesprek aan te nemen.

Gesprek beëindigen

• Om een gesprek te beëindigen, drukt u op de rode knop van de Parrot MINIKIT.

Herhaalfunctie

• Druk twee seconden op de groene toets van de set om de persoon die het laatst heeft gebeld terug te bellen.

Geluidssterkte instellen

• Draai tijdens het gesprek de draaiknop van de Parrot MINIKIT of stel de geluidssterkte direct in via uw tele foon. De geluidssterkte wordt in het geheugen opges lagen voor de daaropvolgende gesprekken.

Handsfree-modus uitschakelen

• Als u tijdens het gesprek de handsfree-modus wilt uitschakelen om direct via de telefoon een privé-gesprek te voeren, drukt u op de groene toets van de Parrot MINIKIT. Het gesprek wordt overges chakeld naar de telefoon.

• Om de handsfree-modus weer in te schakelen, drukt u opnieuw op de groene toets.

DTMF-signalen versturen

• Tijdens een gesprek kunt u DTMF-signalen (Dual-Tone Multi-Frequency) versturen. Hiermee kunt u bijvoorbeeld uw voice-mail beheren.

• Druk op de draaiknop, de handsfree-set toont ‘0’.

• Draai de draaiknop om de cijfers voorbij te laten schuiven.

• Druk op de draaiknop om dit nummer naar de telefoon te sturen.

• Herhaal deze handelingen om andere DTMF-signalen te versturen.

Het geheugen wissen

• U kunt maximaal 5 apparaten koppelen.

• Als u een zesde telefoon koppelt, meldt de set ‘geheugen vol’.

• U moet het geheugen wissen door 3 seconden lang tegelijk op de groene en de rode

knop te drukken. Dit wist eveneens alle bijbehorende telefoonnummers en gesproken namen.

NB! Het gebruik van bepaalde functies (Spraakherkenning, Nummerherhaling, Handsfree uitgeschakeld) is uitsluitend afhankelijk van uw telefoon (ondersteuning van Handsfree of Headset Proﬁle). Kijk op onze website www.parrot.biz rubriek ‘Support’ voor meer informatie.

Structuur van de spraakmenu’s

De menu’s van de set oproepen

• Druk op de draaitoets in het midden om de menu’s op te roepen.

• Navigeer in de menu’s door de draaiknop te draaien en bevestig uw keuzes door een druk

op de groene toets of op de draaiknop.

Structuur van de menu’s

• Taal : De taal kiezen.

• Volume : De geluidssterkte van de spraakmenu’s instellen.

• Een telefoonnummer toevoegen : Dit menu bereidt de Parrot MINIKIT voor op het

ontvangen van een telefoonnummer (één voor één verstuurd, zie het hoofdstuk ‘Telefoon nummers ontvangen’).

• Sleutelwoorden opnemen : Om de spraakherkenning en alle bijbehorende moge lijkheden te kunnen gebruiken, moet u de volgende sleutelwoorden opnemen ‘algemeen’, ‘mobiel’, ‘werk’, ‘thuis’, ‘overige’.

• Update : Activeer deze optie voordat u de update door Bluetooth uitvoert (www.parrot.biz), rubriek ‘Téléchargement’ (Downloaden).

Spraakherkenning

Om de spraakherkenning van de Parrot MINIKIT te kunnen gebruiken, moet u de volgende etappes volgen :

De sleutelwoorden opnemen

Klik op de middelste knop. De set meldt «Taal» evenals de naam van de huidige door de set gebruikte taal.

• Draai de draaiknop totdat de set meldt «Sleutelwoorden opnemen» en bevestig.

• De set meldt «Alle sleutelwoorden opnemen».

• Indien één of meer sleutelwoorden al eerder opgenomen zijn, plaatst de set zich op het

eerste niet opgenomen woord.

• Druk op de middelste knop of de groene toets om de opname te starten. Volg de door de set gegeven aanwijzingen.

• Wanneer een woord goed is opgenomen, gaat de set automatisch door naar het volgende woord.

• Zodra alle sleutelwoorden correct zijn opgenomen, zal de set ze automatisch activeren.

• U kunt het menu op ieder moment verlaten door op de rode knop te drukken en de

sleutelwoorden op een later tijdstip opnemen of wijzigen.

• Als u geen sleutelwoorden wilt opnemen, draait u de draaiknop om toegang te krijgen tot het gewenste woord.

Telefoonnummers ontvangen

Om de spraakherkenning van de Parrot MINIKIT te kunnen gebruiken, moet u de telefoonnummers uit uw mobiele telefoon via Bluetooth naar de Parrot MINIKIT sturen (als uw telefoon dit ondersteunt).

Ga als volgt te werk :

• Ga naar het menu ‘Telefoonnummers ontvangen’.

• Druk op de draaiknop of op de groene toets: de koppeling tussen de Parrot MINIKIT en

de telefoon wordt verbroken en de Parrot MINIKIT is klaar om telefoonnummers te ontvangen.

• Ga op uw telefoon naar het telefoonboek, selecteer het gewenste telefoonnummer, kies

Optie en versturen via Bluetooth.

• Selecteer Parrot MINIKIT in de lijst (toets 1234 in als pincode als uw telefoon u dit vraagt).

• Zodra de set deze ontvangen heeft, vraagt hij u de bij dit telefoonnummer behorende naam op te nemen. Deze spraakopname wordt aan dit telefoonnummer toegewezen.

Om dit telefoonnummer te bellen via de Parrot MINIKIT gaat u voortaan als volgt te werk

• Druk op de groene toets.

• Na de pieptoon zegt u de van tevoren opgenomen naam.

• Als onder dezelfde naam meerdere nummers staan, preciseert u na de pieptoon Thuis,

Werk, Mobiel enz.

• Uw telefoon belt dit telefoonnummer en het gesprek vindt plaats via de Parrot MINIKIT.

UPDATEN

• De Parrot MINIKIT kan via Bluetooth worden geüpdatet. Het updateprotocol is beveiligd. U kunt de ﬂash-tools downloaden op onze website op www.parrot.biz.

• Met de update kunt u meer bronapparaten compatibel maken.
