MAJOR OPERATING CONTROLS AND THEIR FUNCTIONS
| Pause Button
Pauses the caseette tape recorder.
u OPERATE Button (OPERATE)
Turning on the power of the teacher console also auto­matically turns on the power of the master tape recorder.
v Cassette Cover
w COUNTER / Volume Indicator
Indicates the cassette tape position.

Record Button (REC / TRACK 2)
When this Button is pressed, simultaneously with the Playback Button (~), recording on both tracks are selected.

Notes:

2. The recording can function in the MTR2 only.
¢ Paragraph Repeat Listen Button (PRL)
With this button, the desired paragraph on the tape (maximum time is 20 minutes) is repeated five times. Pressing this Button once in the playback mode, "c" for informing the start point of the desired paragraph is dis­played on the COUNTER / Volume Indicator (w). Pressing this Button again, "c" for informing the end point of the desired paragraph is displayed on the COUNTER / Volume Indicator (w). Then "c" for informing the working of the Repeat Listen Function is displayed automatically on the COUNTER / Volume Indicator (w).
x Reset Button (RESET)
y Eject Button ( )
Ejects the cassette tape.
z VOLUME Controls
The volume change of 8 steps is available. This level is displayed on the COUNTER / Volume Indicator (w).
{ Skip Back Listen Button (SBL)
Press this Button during a sentence or right after a sen­tence has been heard, and the tape will automatically rewind itself to the beginning of the sentence and play it again. If this button is pressed again or the Skip Back Listen function is repeated 10 times in a now, then the original mode will automatically be resumed.
£ Memory Button (MEMORY)
Pressing this Button once will cause the Memory Indicator Lamp to light up, and the counter setting will be memorized. Pressing this Button again will erase the counter setting from the memory. Press the Rewind Button (ç) when the Memory Indicator Lamp is lit, and the tape will stop at the position of the counter setting that was memorized.

Connects with the Teacher Console WE-LL300CH.
DC IN
Connects with the Power Supply Unit WU-PS30CH.
Address Setting Buttons
These Buttons are used to set the address.
