Belangrijke Infomatie

Van harte gefeliciteerd met de aanschaf van uw Panasonic digitale celtelefoon. Deze telefoon werd ontworpen voor gebruik op de volgende GSM-netwerken: - GSM900, GSM1800 en GSM1900. De telefoon ondersteunt tevens GPRS voor pakkettransmissie. Zorg ervoor dat de batterij voor het gebruik volledig is opgeladen. Deze mobiele telefoon van Panasonic werd ontworpen, vervaardigd en getest om aan de vereisten te voldoen van de richtlijn inzake blootstelling aan radiofrequentie die van kracht waren op de fabricagedatum overeenkomstig de reglementering van de Europese Unie en de Amerikaanse FCC en Australische ACA reglementering.

Lees de volgende informatie aandachtig door om vertrouwd te raken met de werking van uw telefoon en deze op een veilige en milieuvriendelijke wijze en overeenkomstig de statutaire vereisten voor mobiele telefoons te gebruiken.

De telefoon mag uitsluitend door goedgekeurde oplaadapparaten worden opgeladen om een optimale prestatie te garanderen en beschadiging van uw telefoon te voorkomen. De conformiteitsverklaring vervalt bij onoordeelkundig gebruik dat gevaarlijk kan zijn voor de gebruiker. Verifieer of de spanning van de snellader compatibel is met het spanningsbereik van het land waar u vertoeft. Een snellader (EB-CAX70UK of EBCAX70EU) wordt met de telefoon meegeleverd. Andere aanbevolen oplaadapparatuur is de autolader (EB-CDX70).

Het gebruik van andere dan de door de fabrikant aanbevolen batterijen kan een gevaar voor de veiligheid vormen. Als u een functie gebruikt waarbij de toetsverlichting gedurende lange tijd wordt gebruikt, zoals een spelletje of de browser, dan wordt de levensduur van de batterij hierdoor aanzienlijk verkort. Zet de toetsverlichting uit om de levensduur van uw batterij te verhogen. Gebruik deze telefoon niet zonder de batterijdeksel.

Schakel uw celtelefoon uit wanneer u zich in een vliegtuig bevindt. Het gebruik van mobiele telefoons in een vliegtuig kan gevaar opleveren voor de werking van het vliegtuig, het cellulaire netwerk ontwrichten en is illegaal. Het niet naleven van deze voorschriften kan ertoe leiden dat de overtreder het gebruik van mobiele telefoondiensten tijdelijk of permanent wordt ontzegd en/of leiden tot rechtsvervolging of beide.

De batterij niet verbranden of als gewoon huisvuil wegwerpen. De batterij moet overeenkomstig de plaatselijke wetgeving worden vernietigd of gerecycleerd.

Het is aangeraden de telefoon uit te schakelen wanneer u zich bij een benzinestation bevindt. Wij herinneren gebruikers eraan dat zij zich moeten houden aan de beperkingen inzake het gebruik van radioapparatuur bij brandstofopslagplaatsen, chemische bedrijven en op plaatsen waar met springstoffen wordt gewerkt. De batterijen nooit aan extreme temperaturen (hoger dan 60°C) blootstellen.

Gebruikers moeten te allen tijde in controle blijven van hun motorvoertuig. Neem de telefoon niet op tijdens het autorijden maar vind eerst een veilige plaats om te stoppen. Spreek niet in een handsfree microfoon als u hierdoor uw aandacht niet op de weg kunt houden. U dient altijd volledig op de hoogte te zijn van bijzondere beperkingen inzake het gebruik van mobiele telefoons in het gebied waar u doorheen rijdt en u dient deze te allen tijde na te leven.

Wees voorzichtig wanneer u de telefoon dichtbij medische apparaten zoals pacemakers en gehoorapparaten gebruikt.

Vergeet niet om de alarmfunctie uit te schakelen als u zich in een vliegtuig of in een ziekenhuis bevindt om te voorkomen dat de telefoon automatisch wordt ingeschakeld.

Houd de telefoon vast zoals een gewone telefoon om deze zo efficiënt mogelijk te gebruiken. De antenne niet aanraken of met beide handen afschermen terwijl de telefoon is ingeschakeld om verslechtering van de signaalkwaliteit of antenneprestatie te voorkomen. De camera niet aan direct zonlicht blootstellen zodat de prestatie van de camera niet wordt verslechterd. Het zonder toestemming ombouwen of gebruiken van hulpstukken kan de telefoon beschadigen en inbreuk plegen op de heersende reglementering. Het zonder toestemming ombouwen van de telefoon of gebruiken van hulpstukken kan uw garantie doen vervallen - dit doet geen afbreuk aan uw statutaire rechten.

Als uw telefoon, de batterij of de oplader nat zijn, mag u ze niet in een verwarmingsapparaat leggen, zoals een magnetron, een hogedrukcontainer, een droger of een dergelijk apparaat. Hierdoor kan de batterij, de telefoon en/of de oplader gaan lekken, warm worden, opzwellen, ontploffen en/of in brand vliegen. Bovendien kunnen de telefoon of de accessoires rook verspreiden en de elektrische circuits kunnen beschadigd worden en de werking van de telefoon nadelig beïnvloeden. Panasonic aanvaardt geen enkele aansprakelijkheid voor enige schade, hetzij direct of indirect, die door onoordeelkundig gebruik wordt veroorzaakt.

Wij raden u aan om een kopie of reservekopie maakt van alle belangrijke informatie of gegevens die u in het geheugen van uw telefoon opslaat. Volg alle onderhouds- en gebruiksvoorschriften voor uw telefoon en de batterij om het per abuis verliezen van gegevens te vermijden. Panasonic aanvaardt geen enkele aansprakelijkheid voor enig verlies, van welke aard dan ook, voortvloeiende uit het verlies van data, met inbegrip van maar niet beperkt tot direct en indirect verlies (met inbegrip maar niet beperkt tot gevolgschade en winstderving).

Uw telefoon kan persoonlijke informatie opslaan en versturen. Wij raden u aan om persoonlijke of financiële informatie ergens anders dan in uw telefoon te bewaren. U dient de beveiligingsfuncties zoals telefoonblokkering en/of SIM-kaart blokkering van de telefoon voor het beveiligen van opgeslagen informatie te gebruiken. Panasonic aanvaardt geen enkele aansprakelijkheid voor enig verlies, van welke aard dan ook, voortvloeiende uit het verlies van data, met inbegrip van maar niet beperkt tot direct en indirect verlies (met inbegrip maar niet beperkt tot gevolgschade en winstderving).

Uw telefoon kan informatie en data uit externe bronnen downloaden en opslaan. Het is uw verantwoordelijkheid om ervoor te zorgen dat u geen inbreuk pleegt op het hierop rustende auteursrecht of andere toepasselijke wetgeving. Panasonic aanvaardt geen enkele aansprakelijkheid voor enig verlies, van welke aard dan ook, voortvloeiende uit het verlies van data of inbreuk op auteursrecht of intellectuele eigendomsrechten, met inbegrip van maar niet beperkt tot direct en indirect verlies (met inbegrip maar niet beperkt tot gevolgschade en winstderving).

Als uw telefoon voorzien is van een inbouw- of aanbouwcamera, dan raden wij u aan om de camera gepast te gebruiken. Het is uw verantwoordelijkheid om ervoor te zorgen dat u toestemming heeft om foto's te maken van personen en voorwerpen en dat u door het gebruik van de camera geen inbreuk pleegt op persoonlijke en publieke rechten. U dient de toepasselijke internationale of nationale reglementering inzake het gebruik van de camera in bepaalde situaties en omgevingen na te leven. Dit heeft tevens betrekking op het gebruik van de camera op plaatsen waar camera's en videoapparatuur verboden zijn. Panasonic aanvaardt geen enkele aansprakelijkheid voor enig verlies, van welke aard dan ook, voortvloeiende uit de inbreuk of auteursrecht of intellectuele eigendomsrechten, met inbegrip van maar niet beperkt tot directe en indirecte schade.

De telefoon mag uitsluitend met door Panasonic goedgekeurde accessoires worden gebruikt om een optimale prestatie te garanderen en beschadiging van uw telefoon te voorkomen. Deze telefoon moet overeenkomstig de toepasselijke internationale of nationale reglementering of eventuele restricties inzake het gebruik hiervan voor specifieke toepassingen en in specifieke omgevingen worden gebruikt. Dit met inbegrip maar niet beperkt tot het gebruik van de telefoon in ziekenhuizen, vliegtuigen, tijdens het rijden in auto's etc. en ander beperkt gebruik.

De schermindelingen en schermbeelden in dit document zijn uitsluitend voor illustratiedoeleinden en kunnen verschillen van de werkelijke beelden op uw telefoon. Panasonic behoudt zich het recht voor om de informatie in dit document zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving te wijzigen.

Het kleuren LCD-display maakt gebruik van hoge precisie productietechnologie en in bepaalde omstandigheden kunnen de pixels er lichter of donkerder uitzien. Dit wordt veroorzaakt door de eigenschappen van de LCD en is geen fabricagefout.

Het drukken op de toetsen kan een luide toon produceren. Houd de telefoon niet dichtbij uw oor als u op de toetsen drukt.

Buitengewoon hoge of lage temperaturen kunnen een voorbijgaand effect hebben op de werking van uw telefoon. Dit is normaal en duidt geen fout aan. De displaykwaliteit kan verslechteren als u de telefoon gedurende lange tijd gebruikt in een omgeving met een temperatuur van meer dan 40°C.

De telefoon niet veranderen of demonteren. De telefoon bevat geen onderdelen die door de gebruiker onderhouden moeten worden.

De telefoon niet aan buitensporige trillingen of schokken blootstellen. De batterij niet laten vallen.

Contact met vloeistoffen vermijden. De batterij onmiddellijk verwijderen als de telefoon nat wordt en contact opnemen met uw leverancier.

De telefoon niet aan direct zonlicht blootstellen of in een vochtige, stoffige of warme omgeving laten liggen.

De batterij nooit in vuur wegwerpen. De batterij kan exploderen.

Metalen voorwerpen die contact kunnen maken met de klemaansluitingen uit de buurt van de telefoon/batterij houden.

De batterijen kunnen uw bezittingen beschadigen en letsel of brandwonden veroorzaken als de aansluitklemmen van de batterij met een geleidend materiaal (zoals metalen sieraden, sleutels e.d.) in contact komen.

De batterij altijd in een goed geventileerde ruimte en niet in direct zonlicht bij een temperatuur van +5°C tot +35° C opladen. De batterij kan niet buiten dit temperatuurbereik worden opgeladen.

Voor het aansluiten van de telefoon op een externe bron moet u altijd de gebruiksaanwijzing van het apparaat voor aansluitinstructies en de veiligheidsvoorschriften lezen. Verifiëren of de telefoon compatibel is met het apparaat waarop deze wordt aangesloten.

De plaatselijke autoriteiten raadplegen omtrent informatie over recycling als u de verpakking of oude apparaten wilt wegwerpen.

DEZE TELEFOON VAN PANSONIC (MODEL EB-P342i) VOLDOET AAN DE EU-NORMEN VOOR BLOOTSTELLING AAN RADIOGOLVEN. Uw mobiele telefoon is een radiozender en -ontvanger. Bij het ontwerp en de

productie is het uitgangspunt geweest dat het apparaat niet de normen voor blootstelling aan energie van radiofrequenties (RF) overschrijdt zoals die zijn aanbevolen door de Raad van de Europese Unie. Deze beperkingen maken deel uit van uitgebreide richtlijnen en vastgestelde getolereerde niveaus van RF-energie voor het publiek. De richtlijnen zijn ontwikkeld door onafhankelijke wetenschappelijke organisaties met behulp van periodieke en grondige evaluaties van wetenschappelijk onderzoek. In de normen is een ruime veiligheidsmarge opgenomen om de veiligheid te verzekeren van iedere gebruiker, ongeacht leeftijd of gezondheid.

Voor de norm voor blootstelling aan deze energie in het geval van mobiele telefoons wordt gebruik gemaakt van een maateenheid die bekend is onder de naam SAR (Specifiek Absorptieratio, het geabsorbeerde vermogen per massaeenheid van weefsel uitgedrukt in Watt per kilogram (W/kg) . De door de Raad van de Europese Unie aanbevolen SAR-grens is 2,0 W/kg*. Er zijn SAR-tests uitgevoerd waarbij de normale bedieningsposities zijn gebruikt en de telefoon op het hoogst toegestane vermogen radiogolven uitzond over alle geteste frequentiebanden. Hoewel de SAR is vastgesteld op basis van het hoogst gecertificeerde vermogen, kan het werkelijke SAR-niveau van de telefoon bij gebruik beduidend lager zijn dan deze maximumwaarde. Dit heeft te maken met het feit dat de telefoon zodanig is ontworpen dat deze op verschillende vermogensniveaus werkt zodat, afhankelijk van waar u zich bevindt, uitsluitend het vermogen wordt gebruikt dat nodig is om de netwerkzenders te ontvangen en te bereiken. In het algemeen geldt dat hoe dichter u bij de antenne van een basisstation bent, des te geringer het geleverde vermogen is.

Voordat een telefoonmodel aan het publiek verkocht kan worden, dient het bewijs te worden overlegd van conformiteit met de Europese R&TTErichtlijn. Deze richtlijn bevat als essentiële eis de bescherming van de gezondheid en veiligheid van de gebruiker en derden. De SAR-waarde voor dit telefoonmodel, die tegen het oor werd getest inzake de naleving van de norm, bedroeg 0,597 W/kg. Alhoewel er tussen de SAR-niveaus van verschillende telefoons en bij verschillende houdingen verschillen kunnen bestaan, voldoen alle telefoons aan de EU-vereisten voor blootstelling aan radiofrequentie.

*De SAR-limiet voor mobiele telefoons die door het publiek worden gebruikt, is 2,0 watt/kilogram (W/kg) gemiddeld over tien gram weefsel. In de limiet is een aanmerkelijke veiligheidsmarge ingebouwd om het publiek extra bescherming te bieden en om rekening te houden met eventuele afwijkingen van de metingen. SAR-waarden kunnen variëren afhankelijk van nationale vereisten en de netwerkband.

Garantie Europese Unie

De EU/EER – garantie wordt verleend in de Europese Unie/Europese Economische Ruimte en Zwitserland.

Panasonic GSM Europese Service Garantievoorwaarden

Geachte Klant,

Van harte gefeliciteerd met de aanschaf van uw Panasonic digitale mobiele telefoon. De Panasonic GMS Europese servicegarantie is uitsluitend geldig tijdens het reizen in andere landen dan het land waarin het product werd gekocht. Uw plaatselijke garantie is in alle andere gevallen van toepassing. Neem contact op met het plaatselijke servicecentrum in dit document als uw Panasonic GSM-telefoon tijdens uw verblijf in het buitenland gerepareerd moet worden.

Garantie

De Europese garantie voor GSM wordt in het algemeen verleend voor 12 maanden voor de telefoon en voor een periode van 3 maanden voor de oplaadbare batterij. Behoudens de hieronder vermelde voorwaarden, kan de klant met betrekking tot een product dat in een ander land dan het land van aankoop wordt gebruikt, gedurende respectievelijk 12 en 3 maanden, aanspraak maken op deze garantie als de garantievoorwaarden hiervan gunstiger zijn dan de plaatselijke garantievoorwaarden in het land van gebruik.

Garantievoorwaarden

Indien de koper reparaties wil laten uitvoeren onder de garantie dan dient de koper de garantiekaart samen met de aankoopbon aan een erkend servicecentrum te tonen.

De garantie dekt gebreken voortvloeiend uit fabricage- of constructiefouten; de garantie is niet van toepassing op andere gevallen zoals accidentele beschadiging, hoe dan ook ontstaan, normale slijtage, nalatigheid en niet door ons goedgekeurde instellingen, veranderingen of reparaties.

Uw enig en exclusief verhaal onder deze garantie is de reparatie, of naar onze keuze, de vervanging van het product of een defect onderdeel of de defecte onderdelen. De koper kan geen aanspraak maken op enig ander verhaal, met inbegrip van maar niet beperkt tot, incidentele of gevolgschade van welke aard dan ook.

Dit is een aanvulling op de statutaire rechten of andere consumentenrechten en doet geen afbreuk aan deze rechten. Deze garantie is van toepassing in de in dit document vermelde landen bij de erkende reparatiecentra in die landen.

EU/EER garantie De voorwaarden zijn van toepassing in alle landen behalve in het land van aankoop. Pressing any of the keys may produce a loud tone. Avoid holding the phone close to the ear while pressing the keys.

Extreme temperatures may have a temporary effect on the operation of your phone. This is normal and does not indicate a fault. The display quality may deteriorate if the phone is used in environments over 40°C for a long time.

Do not modify or disassemble the equipment. There are no user serviceable parts inside.

Do not subject the equipment to excessive vibration or shocks. Do not drop the battery.

THIS PANASONIC PHONE (MODEL EB-P342i) MEETS THE EU REQUIREMENTS FOR EXPOSURE TO RADIO WAVES.

Your mobile phone is a radio transmitter and receiver. It is designed and manufactured not to exceed the limits for exposure to radio frequency (RF) energy recommended by The Council of the European Union. These limits are part of comprehensive guidelines and establish permitted levels of RF energy for the general population. The guidelines were developed by independent scientific organisations through periodic and thorough evaluation of scientific studies. The limits include a substantial safety margin designed to assure the safety of all persons, regardless of age and health.

The exposure standard for mobile phones employs a unit of measurement known as the Specific Absorption Rate, or SAR. The SAR limit recommended by The Council of the European Union is 2.0 W/kg.* Tests for SAR have been conducted using standard operating positions with the phone transmitting at its highest certified power level in all tested frequency bands. Although the SAR is determined at the highest certified power level, the actual SAR level of the phone while operating can be well below the maximum value. This is because the phone is designed to operate at multiple power levels so as to use only the power required to reach the network. In general, the closer you are to a base station antenna, the lower the power output.

Before a phone model is available for sale to the public, compliance with the European R&TTE directive must be shown. This directive includes as one essential requirement the protection of the health and the safety for the user and any other person. The SAR value for this model phone, when tested for use at the ear, for compliance against the standard was 0.597 W/kg. Dear Customer,

Thank you for buying this Panasonic digital cellular telephone. The Panasonic GSM European Service Guarantee only applies while travelling in countries other than where the product was purchased. Your local guarantee is applicable in all other cases. If your Panasonic GSM telephone requires service while abroad, please contact the local service company shown on this document.

The Guarantee

The applicable period of the European wide guarantee for GSM is generally 12 months for the main body and 3 months for the rechargeable battery. With respect to a product used in a country other than a country of purchase, notwithstanding what is stated in the conditions below, the customer will benefit, in that country of use, from these guarantee periods of, respectively, 12 and 3 months, if these conditions are more favourable to him than the local guarantee conditions applicable in such country of use.

Conditions of Guarantee

When requesting guarantee service the purchaser should present the warranty card together with proof of purchase, to an authorised service centre.

The guarantee covers breakdowns due to manufacturing or design faults; it does not apply to other events such as accidental damage, however caused, wear and tear, negligence, adjustment, modification or repair not authorised by us.

Your sole and exclusive remedy under this guarantee against us is the repair, or at our option the replacement, of the product, or any defective part or parts. No other remedy, including, but not limited to, incidental or consequential damage or loss of whatsoever nature shall be available to the purchaser.

This is in addition to and does not in any way affect any statutory or other rights of consumer purchasers. This guarantee applies in

For certain product models, the cost of such adjustment or adaptation may be substantial and it may be difficult to satisfy local voltage requirements and safety or other technical standards. It is strongly recommended that the purchaser investigates these local technical and safety factors before using the appliance in another EU/EEA country.

This guarantee shall not cover the cost of any adjustments or adaptations to meet local voltage requirements and safety or other technical standards. 1. This warranty is in addition to and does not in any way affect any statutory or other rights of consumer purchasers. This warranty applies to the United Kingdom, Isle of Man & Channel Islands only, for users in Eire, please contact your retailer or supplier. The warranty period is 12 months from date of purchase and is applicable to the original purchaser only.

2. The product is approved for use on GSM mobile telephone system and should only be used for normal purposes and in accordance with the standard operating instructions.

3. The warranty covers breakdowns due to manufacturing or design faults; it does not apply to damage, however caused, wear and tear, neglect, incorrect adjustment or repair, or to any items of a limited natural life.

CE TELEPHONE PANASONIC (MODELE EB-P342i) EST CONFORME AUX EXIGENCES DE L’U.E. POUR L’EXPOSITION AUX ONDES RADIOELECTRIQUES.

Votre téléphone mobile est un émetteur et un récepteur radio. Il est conçu et fabriqué de manière à ne pas dépasser les limites d’exposition aux radiofréquences (RF) recommandées par le Conseil de l’Union européenne. Ces limites font parties de recommandations complètes et elles établissent les valeurs admissibles d’exposition du public aux radiofréquences. Les recommandations ont été élaborées par des organisations scientifiques indépendantes, à l’aide d’évaluations périodiques et approfondies d’études scientifiques. Les recommandations comprennent une marge de sécurité importante afin d’assurer la sécurité de toutes les personnes, sans tenir compte de leur âge ou de leur état de santé.

La norme d’exposition applicable aux téléphones mobiles utilise une unité de mesure appelée Specific Absorption Rate ou SAR, en français DAS (Débit d’Absorption Spécifique). La limite de SAR recommandée par le Conseil de l’Union européenne est 2,0 W/kg*. Les tests de contrôle du SAR sont effectués en utilisant le téléphone dans des positions standard et en transmettant au plus haut niveau de puissance certifié dans toutes les bandes de fréquences testées. Une des exigences essentielles de cette directive concerne la protection de la santé et la sécurité de l’utilisateur et de toutes les autres personnes. La valeur du SAR pour ce modèle de téléphone lors des tests d’utilisation à l’oreille pour établir la conformité à la norme est * 0,597 W/kg. Ihr Mobiltelefon ist ein Funksender und -empfänger. Die Konstruktion und Herstellung des Geräts gewährleisten, dass es die vom Rat der Europäischen Union empfohlenen HochfrequenzExpositionsgrenzwerte nicht überschreitet. Diese Grenzwerte sind ein Bestandteil umfassender Richtlinien und geben die zulässigen Mengen von HF-Energie für die Allgemeinbevölkerung an. Die Richtlinien wurden von unabhängigen wissenschaftlichen Organisationen durch die regelmäßige, gründliche Auswertung wissenschaftlicher Studien erarbeitet und enthalten eine beträchtliche Sicherheitsspanne, um die Sicherheit aller Personen, ungeachtet ihres Alters und Gesundheitszustands, zu garantieren.

Die EU/EWR–Garantie gilt im Gebiet der EU/EWR und in der Schweiz.

Bedingungen für die europaweite Panasonic GSM Service-Garantie

Sehr geehrte Kundin, sehr geehrter Kunde,

Vielen Dank, dass Sie sich für den Kauf dieses Digital-Mobiltelefons von Panasonic entschieden haben. Die europaweite Panasonic GSM Service-Garantie gilt nur während Reisen in anderen Ländern als dort, wo das Gerät ursprünglich gekauft wurde. In allen anderen Fällen kommen die örtlichen Garantiebestimmungen zur Anwendung. Sollten Sie im Ausland eine Garantieleistung für Ihr Panasonic GSM-Telefon beanspruchen, kontaktieren Sie bitte das unter dem jeweiligen Land verzeichnete Serviceunternehmen.

Garantieleistungen

Die Garantiefrist der europaweiten GSM-Garantie beträgt normalerweise 12 Monate für das Hauptgerät und 3 Monate für den wieder aufladbaren Akku. Wenn das Gerät in einem anderen Land als dem ursprünglichen Verkaufsland benutzt wird, hat der Kunde, ungeachtet der untenstehenden Bestimmungen, in jenem Land Anspruch auf die Garantiefrist von 12 bzw. 3 Monaten, falls diese vorteilhafter ist als die Bestimmungen des Landes, in dem das Gerät benutzt wird.

Garantiebedingungen

Wenn eine Garantieleistung in Anspruch genommen wird, hat der Kunde die vorliegende Garantiekarte zusammen mit dem datierten Kaufbeleg einem autorisierten Service-Zentrum vorzulegen. Unter diese Garantie fallen Mängel, die auf Herstellungs- oder Konstruktionsfehler zurückzuführen sind. Die Garantiepflicht entfällt bei durch andere Ursachen herbeigeführten Mängeln, wie z.B. zufälliger Schaden jeder Art, Abnutzung, Fahrlässigkeit sowie nicht von Panasonic autorisierte Veränderungen. Gemäß dieser Garantie beschränken sich Ihre Ansprüche gegenüber Panasonic auf die Reparatur oder den Austausch (Entscheidung von Panasonic) des Gerätes oder des defekten Teils bzw. der defekten Teile. Panasonic übernimmt keine weitere Haftung einschließlich, jedoch nicht beschränkt auf, unmittelbare oder mittelbare Schäden jeder Art. Diese Garantie besteht zusätzlich zu den gesetzlichen und anderen Rechten des Endverbrauchers und schränkt diese auf keine Weise ein. Die vorliegende Garantie erstreckt sich auf die darin aufgeführten Länder und die jeweils darunter angegebenen autorisierten Service-Zentren.

Gerätereparatur und Datenschutz

Grundsätzlich sind unsere Service-Unternehmen, die für uns die Reparatur der Geräte mit elektronischen Speichermedien unserer Kunden übernehmen, verpflichtet, alle auf den Geräten befindlichen Daten zu löschen. Aber auch Sie können Vorkehrungen treffen, die verhindern, dass Unbefugte an Ihre Daten gelangen. Dies gilt insbesondere, wenn Sie Ihr Geräte zur Reparatur geben. Stellen Sie vor der Weitergabe Ihres Gerätes so weit wie möglich sicher, dass Sie Ihre persönlichen Daten gelöscht oder auf exterene Speichermedien gesichert haben. Entfernen Sie gegebenenfalls die wechselbaren Speichermedien oder setzen Sie Geräte auf die Werkseinstellung zurück. Nur so können Sie verhindern, dass Unbefugte von Ihren Daten Kenntnis erlangen, falls wider Erwarten die Sicherungsvorkehrungen seitens des Service-Unternehmen aufgrund besonderer Umstände des Einzelfalls nicht voll zur Wirkung kommen. Einen Rechtsanspruch auf die Rückgabe gespeicherter Daten schließen wir aus.

Auf ausdrücklichen Kundenwunsch kann, soweit technisch und organisatorisch möglich, eine Datensicherung und Datenerhaltung durchgeführt werden. Eine Gewähr für den Erhalt der Daten wird nicht übernommen

EU/EWR-Garantie: Gültige Bedingungen für andere Länder als das ursprüngliche Verkaufsland.

Sollte der Käufer ein schadhaftes Gerät erhalten, so ist er aufgefordert, mit der entsprechenden Verkaufsgesellschaft oder auf Landesebene zuständigen Vertretung in dem EU/EWR-Land, in dem diese Garantie in Anspruch genommen wird, Kont akt aufzunehmen und diese Garantie zusammen mit einem datierten Verkaufsbeleg vorzulegen. Die entsprechenden Angaben können dem „Product Service Guide“ entnommen oder bei einem autorisierten Händler erfragt werden. Der Käufer wird daraufhin informiert, ob:

(i) die Verkaufsgesellschaft oder die auf Landesebene zuständige Vertretung die Reparaturleistung erbringt, oder

(ii) die Verkaufsgesellschaft oder die auf Landesebene zuständige Vertretung die Versendung des Gerätes in das EU/EWR-Land, in dem das Gerät ursprünglich verkauft wurde, übernimmt, oder

(iii) der Käufer selbst das Gerät zu der Verkaufsgesellschaft oder der auf Landesebene zuständigen Vertretung in das EU/EWR-Land sendet, in dem das Gerät ursprünglich verkauft wurde.

Sollte es sich bei dem Gerät um ein Produktmodell handeln, das üblicherweise von der Verkaufsgesellschaft oder der auf Landesebene zuständigen Vertretung in dem Land der Benutzung geliefert wird, dann sollte das Gerät mit der vorliegenden Garantiekarte und dem Nachweis des Kaufdatums auf Risiko und auf Kosten des Käufers an diese Verkaufsgesellschaft oder an diese Vertretung, die dann die Reparaturleistungen übernimmt, gesandt werden. In einigen Ländern wird die zuständige verbundene Verkaufsgesellschaft oder die auf Landesebene zuständige Vertretung Händler oder autorisierte Servicestellen benennen, die die Reparaturen ausführen.

Sollte es sich bei dem Gerät um ein Produktmodell handeln, das normalerweise nicht in dem Benutzungsland verkauft wird, oder sollten die inneren oder äußeren technischen Spezifikationen des Gerätes sich von denen des im Benutzungsland üblichen Modells unterscheiden, so ist die Verkaufsgesellschaft oder die auf Landesebene zuständige Vertretung u.U. in der Lage, die Garantiereparaturleistung mit Ersatzteilen aus dem ursprünglichen Verkaufsland des Gerätes durchzuführen. Es kann sich jedoch als notwendig erweisen, die Garantiereparaturleistung durch die Verkaufsgesellschaft oder die auf Landesebene zuständige Vertretung im ursprünglichen Verkaufsland durchführen zu lassen. In beiden Fällen muss der Käufer die vorliegende Garantiekarte und den Nachweis des Kaufdatums erbringen. Der notwendige Transport sowohl des Gerätes als auch seiner Ersatzteile wird auf Risiko und auf Kosten des Käufers durchgeführt. Infolgedessen kann es zu einer Verzögerung der Reparaturleistungen kommen. In Fällen, in denen der Ve rbraucher das Gerät zur Reparatur zur V erkaufsgesellschaft bzw. auf Landesebene zuständigen Vertretung im Benutzungsland des Geräte sendet, werden die Leistungen zu den Bedingungen (einschließlich der Garantiefrist) erbracht, die für dasselbe Modell des Gerätes im Benutzungsland gültig sind, nicht zu den Bedingungen im EU/EWR-Land, in dem das Gerät ursprünglich gekauft wurde. In Fällen, in denen der Verbraucher das Gerät zur Reparatur zu der Verkaufsgesellschaft bzw. auf Landesebene zuständigen Vertretung in das EU/

Für bestimmte Produkte können die Kosten einer solchen Anpassung erheblich sein. Es mag sich auch als schwierig erweisen, den Bestimmungen bez. Betriebsspannung, Betriebssicherheit oder technischen Normen Genüge zu leisten. Betriebsspannung, Betriebssicherheit und anderen technischen Normen ordnungsgemäß durchgeführt hat, so wird jede nachfolgende Garantiereparaturleistung zu obigen Bedingungen ausgeführt. Voraussetzung ist jedoch, dass der Käufer die Art der Anpassung klarstellt, sofern sie für die Reparatur relevant ist. (Der Verkäufer sollte ein angepasstes Gerät nicht zur Reparatur an die Verkaufsgesellschaft oder auf Landesebene zuständige Vertretung im Land des ursprünglichen Verkaufs zurücksenden, falls die Reparatur im Zusammenhang mit der Anpassung steht.) Diese Garantie ist nur gültig in Gebieten, die zur Europäischen Union (EU) bzw. zum Europäischen Wirtschaftsraum (EWR) gehören. Bitte bewahren Sie diese Garantiekarte mit Ihrer Kaufquittung auf.

Η ΠΑΡΟΥΣΑ ΤΗΛΕΦΩΝΙΚΗ ΣΥΣΚΕΥΗ PANASONIC (ΜΟΝΤΕΛΟ EB-P342i) ΠΛΗΡΟΙ ΤΙΣ ΑΠΑΙΤΗΣΕΙΣ ΤΗΣ ΕΥΡΩΠΑΪΚΗΣ ΕΝΩΣΗΣ

ΓΙΑ ΕΚΘΕΣΗ ΣΕ ΡΑ∆ΙΟΚΥΜΑΤΑ.

Το κινητό τηλέφωνό σας είναι ένας ποµπός και δέκτης ραδιοκυµάτων. Έχει σχεδιαστεί και κατασκευαστεί έτσι, ώστε να µην υπερβαίνει τα όρια έκθεσης σε ενέργεια ραδιοσυχνοτήτων

(RF) που συνιστώνται από το Συµβούλιο της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης. Τα όρια αυτά συνιστούν µέρος σαφών κατευθυντήριων αρχών και καθορίζουν τα επιτρεπόµενα όρια ενέργειας

ραδιοσυχνοτήτων για το σύνολο του πληθυσµού. Οι κατευθυντήριες αρχές αναπτύχθηκαν από ανεξάρτητους επιστηµονικούς οργανισµούς βάσει τακτικής και αναλυτικής αξιολόγησης επιστηµονικών µελετών. Στα όρια προβλέπεται ένα ουσιαστικό περιθώριο ασφαλείας, προκειµένου να διασφαλίζεται η ασφάλεια για όλα τα άτοµα, ανεξάρτητα από ηλικία και κατάσταση υγείας.

Στις πρότυπες τιµές έκθεσης για κινητά τηλέφωνα εφαρµόζεται µ ια µονάδα µέτρησης που είναι γνωστή ως Ειδικός Συντελεστής Απορρόφησης ή SAR. Το όριο SAR που συνιστά το Συµβούλιο της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης είναι 2,0 W/kg*. Έχουν διεξαχθεί διάφορες δοκιµές αναφορικά µε το όριο SAR βάσει πρότυπων θέσεων λειτουργίας µε το τηλέφωνο να εκπέµπει στην υψηλότερη πιστοποιηµένη τιµή ισχύος σε όλη τη ζώνη των υπό δοκιµή συχνοτήτων. Μολονότι, το όριο SAR καθορίζεται βάσει του υψηλότερου πιστοποιηµένου επιπέδου ισχύος, το πραγµατικό όριο SAR της τηλεφωνικής συσκευής κατά τη διάρκεια λειτουργίας της µπορεί να είναι κατά πολύ χαµηλότερο από τη µέγιστη τιµή. Αυτό συµβαίνει για το λόγο ότι το τηλέφωνο έχει σχεδιασθεί για να λειτουργεί σε πολλαπλά επίπεδα ισχύος έτσι, ώστε να επιτυγχάνεται χρήση της ισχύος εκείνης που απαιτείται για πρόσβαση στο δίκτυο. Σε γενικές γραµµές, όσο πιο κοντά βρίσκεστε σε µια κεραία σταθµού βάσης τόσο χαµηλότερη είναι η έξοδος ισχύος.

Προτού ένα µοντέλο κινητού τηλεφώνου να τεθεί στη διάθεση του κοινού πρέπει να πιστοποιείται η συµµόρφωση µε την Ευρωπαϊκή Οδηγία περί Ραδιοτηλεπικοινωνιακού εξοπλισµού. Ως θεµελιακή απαίτηση αυτής της οδηγίας ορίζεται η προστασία της υγείας και της ασφάλειας του χρήστη και οποιουδήποτε άλλου ατόµου. Η τιµή SAR για αυτό το κινητό τηλέφωνο, όταν υποβλήθηκε σε δοκιµή για χρήση στο αυτί έτσι, ώστε να συµµορφώνεται µε τις πρότυπες τιµές, ήταν 0,597 W/kg. Παρόλο που µπορεί να υπάρχουν πολλές διαφορές στα όρια SAR µεταξύ των διαφόρων τηλεφώνων και των διαφορετικών θέσεων, όλα πρέπει να ανταποκρίνονται στις απαιτήσεις της Ε.Ε. για έκθεση σε ραδιοσυχνότητες.

* Το όριο SAR για κινητά τηλέφωνα που χρησιµοποιούνται από το κοινό ανέρχεται σε 2,0 watts/kilogram (W/kg), υπολογιζόµενο κατά µέσο όρο πάνω από δέκα γραµµάρια ιστού. Στο

όριο συµπεριλαµβάνεται ένα ουσιαστικό περιθώριο ασφαλείας, προκειµένου να παρέχεται πρόσθετη ασφάλεια για το κοινό και να συνυπολογίζονται τυχόν διακυµάνσεις στις µετρήσεις. Οι τιµές SAR µπορεί να διαφέρουν ανάλογα µε τις εθνικές απαιτήσεις αναφοράς και τη ζώνη συχνότητας δικτύου.

σας ευχαριστούµε για την αγορά αυτού του ψηφιακού κινητού τηλεφώνου της Panasonic. Η εγγύηση πανευρωπαϊκής εξυπηρέτησης GSM της Panasonic

ισχύει µόνο όταν ταξιδεύετε σε χώρες εκτός εκείνης στην οποία αγοράσατε το τηλέφωνο. Σε όλες τις άλλες περιπτώσεις, ισχύει η τοπική σας εγγύηση. Εγγύηση

Η περίοδος ισχύος της ευρείας πανευρωπαϊκής εγγύησης που καλύπτει τις συσκευές GSM είναι γενικά 12 µήνες για την κύρια συσκευή και 3 µήνες για την επαναφορτιζόµενη µπαταρία. Σε ό,τι αφορά τηλέφωνο που χρησιµοποιείται σε άλλη χώρα από εκείνη στην οποία αγοράστηκε, παρ’ όλα όσα αναφέρονται στους παρακάτω όρους, ο πελάτης έχει δικαίωµα, στη συγκεκριµένη χώρα όπου κάνει χρήση της συσκευής, σε αυτές της περιόδους εγγυήσεως που είναι αντιστοίχως 12 και 3 µήνες, αν οι όροι αυτοί είναι ευνοϊκότεροι για αυτόν από τους όρους των τοπικά χορηγούµενων όρων εγγυήσεως στην εν λόγω χώρα χρήσης.

Όροι της εγγύησης

Όταν ο αγοραστής ζητά σέρβις στα πλαίσια της εγγύησης, θα πρέπει να επιδεικνύει την κάρτα εγγύησης µαζί µε την απόδειξη αγοράς σε ένα εξουσιοδοτηµένο κέντρο σέρβις. Η εγγύηση καλύπτει βλάβες λόγω κατασκευής ή σχεδιασµού, ενώ δεν καλύπτει άλλα συµβάντα όπως π.χ. συµπτωµατική βλάβη, όπως κι αν προκλήθηκε αυτή, φυσιολογική φθορά, ζηµιές από αµέλεια, προσαρµογή, µετατροπή ή επισκευές που δεν έχουν εγκριθεί από την Panasonic. Στα πλαίσια της παρούσας εγγύησης, η µοναδική αποκατάσταση την οποία δικαιούστε είναι η επισκευή ή, κατά την αποκλειστική µας κρίση, η αντικατάσταση της συσκευής ή των τυχόν ελαττωµατικών µερών αυτής. Καµία άλλη αποκατάσταση, όπως µεταξύ άλλων αποζηµίωση για συµπτωµατική ή παρεπόµενη ζηµία ή απώλεια οποιασδήποτε φύσης, δε θα παρέχεται στον αγοραστή. Η ανωτέρω αποκατάσταση προβλέπεται πέραν των όποιων δικαιωµάτων απορρέουν από την ισχύουσα νοµοθεσία για τους αγοραστές καταναλωτικών προϊόντων και δεν επηρεάζει µε κανένα τρόπο τα δικαιώµατα αυτά. Τότε ο αγοραστής θα ενηµερωθεί για το κατά πόσον: (i) η πωλήτρια εταιρεία ή ο αρµόδιος αντιπρόσωπος σε εθνικό επίπεδο θα διεκπεραιώσει την επισκευή ή (ii) η πωλήτρια εταιρεία ή ο αρµόδιος αντιπρόσωπος σε εθνικό επίπεδο θα διεκπεραιώσει την αποστολή της συσκευής στη χώρα της ΕΕ/ΕΟΧ στην οποία αγοράστηκε ή (iii) ο αγοραστής πρέπει να στείλει ο ίδιος τη συσκευή στην πωλήτρια εταιρεία ή στον αντιπρόσωπο της χώρας ΕΕ/ΕΟΧ στην οποία αγοράστηκε. συσκευή στα πλαίσια της εγγύησης, προµηθευόµενος ανταλλακτικά από τη

χώρα όπου αρχικώς επωλήθη η συσκευή ή µπορεί να είναι αναγκαίο η επισκευή να γίνει από την πωλήτρια εταιρεία ή τον αντιπρόσωπο της χώρας όπου η συσκευή επωλήθη αρχικά.

Σε οποιαδήποτε από τις παραπάνω περιπτώσεις, ο αγοραστής πρέπει να προσκοµίσει αυτήν την κάρτα εγγύησης, µαζί µε απόδειξη ηµεροµηνίας αγοράς της συσκευής. Τα έξοδα και η ευθύνη µεταφοράς τόσο της συσκευής όσο και των ανταλλακτικών που τυχόν θα χρειαστούν, βαρύνουν τον αγοραστή και είναι εποµένως πιθανόν η επισκευή να καθυστερήσει. Εάν ο αγοραστής στείλει τη συσκευή για επισκευή στην πωλήτρια εταιρεία ή στον αντιπρόσωπο της χώρας όπου η συσκευή χρησιµοποιείται, η επισκευή αυτή θα γίνει σύµφωνα µε τους όρους και τις προϋποθέσεις που ισχύουν στη χώρα αυτή (συµπεριλαµβανοµένης και της χρονικής περιόδου καλύψεως της συσκευής στα πλαίσια της εγγύησης) για συσκευές ίδιου µοντέλου και όχι σύµφωνα µε τους όρους της χώρας ΕΕ/ΕΟΧ στην οποία αγοράστηκε αρχικά η συσκευή. Εάν ο αγοραστής στείλει τη συσκευή για επισκευή στην πωλήτρια εταιρεία ή στον αντιπρόσωπο της χώρας ΕΕ/ΕΟΧ στην οποία αγοράστηκε αρχικά η συσκευή, τότε η επισκευή αυτή θα γίνει σύµφωνα µε τους όρους και τις προϋποθέσεις που ισχύουν στη χώρα ΕΕ/ΕΟΧ στην οποία αγοράστηκε αρχικά η συσκευή. Για ορισµένα µοντέλα συσκευών, το κόστος αυτών των ρυθµίσεων ή προσαρµογών µπορεί να είναι σηµαντικό και ενδέχεται να είναι δύσκολο να τηρηθούν οι απαιτήσεις τάσης τροφοδοσίας ρεύµατος και ασφάλειας ή άλλα τεχνικά πρότυπα. Συνιστάται ιδιαιτέρως στον αγοραστή να ερευνήσει τους κατά τόπους ισχύοντες τεχνικούς κανονισµούς και µέτρα ασφαλείας προτού χρησιµοποιήσει τη συσκευή σε άλλη χώρα ΕΕ/ΕΟΧ. Η εγγύηση αυτή δεν καλύπτει το κόστος οποιωνδήποτε ρυθµίσεων ή προσαρµογών για την ικανοποίηση τοπικών απαιτήσεων τάσης τροφοδοσίας ρεύµατος και ασφαλείας ή άλλων τεχνικών προτύπων. Η πωλήτρια εταιρεία ή ο αντιπρόσωπος σε εθνικό επίπεδο µπορεί να είναι σε θέση να κάνει τις απαραίτητες µετατροπές ή ρυθµίσεις σε ορισµένα µοντέλα, µε χρέωση του αγοραστή. Ωστόσο, για τεχνικούς λόγους, δεν είναι δυνατό να ρυθµιστούν ή να προσαρµοστούν όλα τα µοντέλα συσκευών ώστε να είναι σύµφωνα µε τις κατά τόπους ισχύουσες απαιτήσεις τάσης τροφοδοσίας ρεύµατος και ασφαλείας ή άλλα τεχνικά πρότυπα. Επιπλέον, σε περίπτωση εκτέλεσης µετατροπών και προσαρµογών, ενδέχεται να επηρεαστεί η απόδοση της συσκευής. Αν, κατά τη γνώµη της πωλήτριας εταιρείας ή του αντιπροσώπου της χώρας στην οποία χρησιµοποιείται η συσκευή, ο αγοραστής έχει κάνει σωστά τις αναγκαίες µετατροπές ή προσαρµογές σύµφωνα µε τις κατά τόπους ισχύουσες απαιτήσεις τάσης τροφοδοσίας ρεύµατος και ασφαλείας ή µε άλλα τεχνικά πρότυπα, όλες οι µετέπειτα επισκευές στα πλαίσια της εγγύησης θα γίνονται όπως ορίζεται παραπάνω, υπό την προϋπόθεση ότι ο αγοραστής δεν έχει αποκρύψει τη φύση της µετατροπής ή της προσαρµογής αυτής, σε περίπτωση που αυτή είναι σχετική µε την επισκευή. Il display a cristalli liquidi (LCD) utilizza una tecnologia di produzione di alta precisione e in determinate circostanze i pixel possono apparire più chiari o più scuri. Questo è dovuto alle caratteristiche del display e non si tratta di un difetto di produzione.

La pressione dei tasti può produrre un segnale acustico molto forte. Non tenere il telefono vicino all'orecchio mentre si premono i tasti.

QUESTO TELEFONO PANASONIC (MODELLO EB-P342i) SODDISFA I REQUISITI UE RELATIVI ALL’ESPOSIZIONE ALLE ONDE RADIO.

Il Vostro telefono cellulare è un trasmettitore e un ricevitore radio. È stato progettato e costruito in modo da non superare i limiti di esposizione alle radiofrequenze (RF) raccomandate dal Consiglio dell’Unione europea. Questi limiti fanno parte delle direttive generali che stabiliscono i livel li consentiti di energia RF per la popolazione. Le direttive, elaborate da organizzazioni scientifiche indipendenti attraverso la valutazione periodica e scrupolosa delle ricerche scientifiche, prevedono un sostanziale margine di sicurezza volto ad assicurare la sicurezza di tutte le persone, indipendentemente dall’età e dallo stato di salute. Il livello standard di esposizione per i telefoni cellulari utilizza un’unità di misura nota come Tasso di Assorbimento Specifico o SAR. Il limite del SAR raccomandato dal Consiglio dell’Unione europea è 2,0 W/kg*. I test per il SAR sono condotti utilizzando posizioni di funzionamento standard, con il telefono cellulare che trasmette al livello di energia massimo approvato in ogni banda di frequenza testata. Nonostante il SAR sia determinato al livello di energia più alto approvato, il vero livello SAR del telefono durante l’utilizzo può essere notevolmente inferiore al valore massimo. Questo si spiega col fatto che il telefono è finalizzato al funzionamento a livelli di en ergia multipli in modo da utilizzare solamente l’energia necessaria per raggiungere il network richiesto. In generale, più vicini ci si trova all’antenna di una stazione base, minore è l’emissione di energia. Prima che il modello di un telefono cellulare sia disponibile per la vendita al pubblico, deve essere dimostrata la sua conformità alla direttiva europea R&TTE (Apparati Radio e Terminali di Telecomunicazioni). Questa direttiva include come requisito essenziale la protezione della salute e della sicurezza dell’utente e di ogni altra persona. Il valore SAR per questo modello di cellulare, testato per l’uso a contatto con l’orecchio e in linea con il livello standard era 0,597 W/kg. Nonostante esistano differenze tra i livelli SAR di telefoni diversi e in posizioni diverse, ognuno di questi è in linea con i requisiti EU relativi all’esposizione alle radiofrequenze. * Il limite SAR per i telefoni cellulari usati dal pubblico è 2,0 watt/chilogrammo (W/kg) calcolato su dieci grammi di massa corporea. Il limite comprende un sostanziale margine di sicurezza per offrire al pubblico un’ulteriore protezione e per coprire eventuali variazioni di misurazione. La garanzia del servizio europeo GSM Panasonic è valida solo quando si viaggia in Paesi al di fuori del Paese di acquisto del prodotto. In tutti gli altri casi, è valida la garanzia locale. Qualora il telefono cellulare digitale GSM Panasonic richieda manute nzione all’estero, rivolgersi al centro servizio locale (cfr. sempre in questo documento).

La garanzia

Il periodo di garanzia è di 12 mesi (escluse le batterie). Per quanto riguarda la garanzia del telefono in un paese al di fuori del Paese di acquisto, malgrado quanto riportato nelle condizioni che seguono, il cliente usufruirà, nel Paese d’uso del telefono, del periodo di 12 mesi, qualora dette condizioni si rilevino più favorevoli delle condizioni valide nel Paese d’uso.

La richiesta di prestazione “IN GARANZIA” dovrà essere documentata presentando, unitamente alla scheda di garanzia, anche un documento o prova d’acquisto contemporaneamente al prodotto difettoso al centro di assistenza autorizzato. La garanzia si applica ai guasti dovuti a difetti di fabbricazione o progettazione; non si applica ad altri casi quali danni accidentali, comunque causati, usura, incuria, adattamento, modifica o riparazioni da noi non autorizzati.
