Test Mode
Boiling and keep warm test
How to operate
1. Pour approx. 1000 ml water into the container.
2. Supply with 240 V Electirc power.
LED symbol for this instruction show as
below
● Lighted
Blink
Instruction
1. Long boil/Reboil LED will be lighted and LED will
be blink and start to boil water.
2. After approx. 9-10 min. LED will be lighted and
change to keep warm state.

electricity from clothes, human body,
workbenches, etc. when toutch or wonder to
toutch should to ground human body with
several MΩ.
SOMETHING REQUEST
Do not do maintennance and re-use if copper
pattern on PCB is broken.
1. Remove 2 Tapping screws and 1 Truss head
screw from Bottom plate.
2. Remove 1 screw and Sleeve from Body.
3. Remove white, orange Lead wire and Earth
wire from Peg frame.
4. Remove Body off.
5. Remove Water proof cover B.

Insert the direction to Pin Base where Faston Terminal is inserted so
that the curl part may become direction of this figure. (2 positions)
# Tighten the screw securely and completely, allowing no
gap between the screw head and the counterpart.
# The additional-tightening torque shall be 70~120N

1.4.1. SYMPTOM: No power (There is no indication.)
The items in the “Check” correspond to those shown in Check Point on P.3.
Check Diagnostic method Action
Thermal fuse comp.
Is there connection across the blue lead wire on the peg
frame?
Replace the Thermal fuse comp.
Power cord
ls there connection in the Power cord? (0Ω)
Replace the Power cord.
When the above parts are normal Replace the Control unit A (bottom)
Replace the Control unit B (bottom)
1.4.2. SYMPTOM: Water is not boiled. (Water pour out.)

1. Remove 2 screws of Cover plate.
2. Remove white and black Lead wires of
Heater terminal.
3. Remove Cover plate from Container.
4. Remove Thermal fuse comp. from Cover plate.
5. Remove Hold spring A from Cover plate.
6. Rotate Thermostat 90° to remove it.
Operating point
- Careful Thermostat leans when assemble with Cover
plate.
- Do not forget to put Compound.
- Remove white and black Lead wires with wrench.
