2.4 GHz Digital Cordless Phone
HANDSET
To the top left of the handset is the talk or ringer indicator. Just below the top of the handset is an
oval depression. This is the earpiece.
To the lower left below the earpiece, is the recharge indicator. Below the recharge indicator, is the
VOLUME key. The surface of the VOLUME key is slightly concave.
To the left of the VOLUME key is an oval button. This is the TALK button. The TALK button is
also the Channel button.
To the right of the VOLUME key, is the oval OFF button.
To the lower right of the VOLUME Key, is the small oval REDIAL button. To the lower left of the
VOLUME Key, is the small oval Speakerphone button. The Speakerphone button is also the
Channel button.
Below these buttons is the keypad laid out in the conventional telephone arrangement with a “nib”
on the 5 button.
Below the keypad is the two buttons in a horizontal line. The left one is FLASH button. The FLASH
button is also the CALL WAIT button. The right one is the VOICE ENHANCER button, and on the
left of the VOICE ENHANCER button is the VOICE ENHANCER indicator.
At the lowest part of the handset is the microphone with the indentation.
The two metal ridges at the bottom of the handset are the charge contacts.
Along the sides of the handset are two indentations that secure the belt clip. The belt clip snaps into

place with the small ridges on the curved arms locking into each of the indentations on the side of
the handset.
Further down the left side of the handset, which are parallel to the SP-PHONE button, is the headset
jack. The headset jack cover can be opened from up to down, and is not removable.
On the back of the handset, the top right is the ringer indicator. The textured area in the center of the
handset, is the handset speakerphone. Just below the speakerphone is the battery compartment with a
notch. Its upper edge is parallel to the speakerphone button and the REDIAL button.
BASE UNIT
With the base unit facing you, the antenna is on the right side of the base unit and it should be positioned
pointing upwards. The handset’s charging cradle is on the left side of the base unit. The two metal ridges
on the bottom in the cradle are the charge contacts.
At the center on the right side of the base unit, is a half-circle concave. In the concave, is the large oval
smooth HANDSET LOCATOR button. To the upper of the HANDSET LOCATOR button, is the small
oval IN USE indicator. Below the HANDSET LOCATOR button, is the small oval CHARGE indicator.
