Safety Precautions
Warning
• Terminate the usage when there is abnormality or failure.
‑ Continued use of the shaver may cause fire,
electric shock or other injuries.
• Keep out of the reach of toddlers and infants.

‑ Failure to do so may result in accidents or
accidental ingestion of the accessories or removable of small parts.
Caution
• Check the blade for deformation or damage before use.
‑ Your skin may be injured if damage or
deformation is present.
• If skin appears abnormal after shaving, stop using and consult a dermatologist.
‑ Failure to do so may make skin conditions
worse.
• Do not apply strong pressure to the skin, repeatedly moving over the same area or using a jabbing motion.
• Do not use this appliance on the following body parts.
· Areas with spots or pimples.
• The following persons should not use this appliance.
· Those with sensitive or delicate skin.
· Those prone to allergies. ‑ Use may injure the skin.
• Always follow the cautions printed on the battery.
• Check the polarity of the battery (+ and ‑) and install it correctly.
• Remove the battery immediately when it is discharged.
• Remove the battery when not using the appliance for an extended period of time.
• Use the battery by the recommended use‑by date.
‑ Failure to do so may cause overheating or
explosion of the battery, injury or contamination of surroundings due to leakage.
• Do not disassemble the battery or throw it into a fire. Do not short‑circuit the battery.
‑ Doing so may result in burns or injury.

• Never alter the appliance. Also, do not disassemble or repair it.

‑ Doing so may cause unexpected accidents or
malfunction. Contact the store where you purchased the appliance or an authorized service center for repair.
• Do not subject the blade to impact, or press with excessive force on the blade.
‑ Doing so may result in the blade becoming blunt
or lead to malfunction.
• Never use thinners, benzine, or alcohol to clean the shaver since it may cause malfunction or cracking/discoloration of the parts. Clean using a mild detergent.

• This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

Installing or replacing the battery
1. Make sure the power switch is in the “0” position.
2. Remove the protective cap. (Fig. 2)
3. Rotate the battery cover in the direction of the arrow, and align the marks. (Fig. 3)
4. Remove the battery cover. (Fig. 4)
5. Insert the battery. (Fig. 5)
• Be careful to insert the battery with + and ‑ correctly oriented.
6. Rotate the battery cover in the direction of the arrow, and align the marks. (Fig. 6)

• You can use the appliance for approximately 1 month with the Panasonic AAA (LR03) alkaline battery. (When using twice a week, 5 minutes at a time)
• Use only AAA (LR03) alkaline battery.
• Please dispose of used battery appropriately.

Use
Using the shaver
If using this appliance for the first time, press the shaver lightly against the skin and try shaving small areas only at first.
Preparation
Wipe any water or sweat from your skin.
• Ensure the skin is clean and dry, and do not apply any shaving lotion, moisturizer, talcum power, or deodorant.
Remove the protective cap. (Fig. 2)

and hold it to change the blade direction.
• This allows you to use the shaver with the blade facing a direction suitable for the area you want to shave. (See pages 11, 12.)
• Do not use excessive force to change the blade direction. Doing so may cause damage.

• Move the shaver in the direction of the arrow on the reverse side of the blade.
• Turn the power switch off first to change the direction of the blade.

the “0” position to turn the appliance off.
• If you were using the shaver in a T‑shape, change it back to the I‑shape.
Attach the protective cap.

• Always apply the protective cap after use to prevent the blade from becoming deformed or damaged, and to avoid contamination.
Tips for best shaving results
Stretch the skin firmly so that it is tight, and move the shaver in the opposite direction of hair growth. Use the shaver in a T‑shape or I‑shape as required.

Clean
Cleaning the blade Brush cleaning
Quickly wipe the blade and shaver clean of any trimmings with the supplied cleaning brush. (Fig. 7)
Rinsing the blade
1. Wash the blade with water to remove remaining trimmings. (Fig. 8)
• Do not use soap. Doing so may cause decrease in performance due to flow of blade lubricant.
2. Wipe off the water with a towel, and let it dry naturally. (Fig. 9)
There is no replacement blade for this product.
