Before Use

Inserting the alkaline battery

1. Remove the battery cover.

2. Insert the battery.

Trimming the neck and neck line

Maintenance

Cleaning the blade

Move the switch to the OFF position.

■ Installing the Blade

1. Align the hole in the blade with the projection at the end of the holder.

■ Removing the Blade

1. Slide the blade lock in the direc tion indicated below.

2. Remove the blade by pulling it in

the direction indicated below.

Clean the inside of the blade.

• Do not use water to clean, as this

will damage the unit.

• The button is easier to slide if you use your fingernail.

Cautions

• When cleaning the outside of the unit, use a dry cloth or a cloth moistened in liquid soap to wipe dirt. Never use thinner, benzene or alcohol.

• The micro fine trimmer is very thin. If handled roughly, it can be dam aged and cause skin injury.

• If you have sensitive skin, use care when trimming the sensitive areas around the mouth and eyebrows.

• When the trimmer begins losing power, replace the battery. The bat-

tery may leak if not replaced promptly when it reaches the end of its life span.

Use the trimmer only on clean skin. If you wear makeup, be sure to wash it off and dry your face well before using the trimmer. Do not use with any soap or cream on the face.This reduces blade per formance and weakens the battery.

1. Extraiga la tapa de la pila.

2. Inserte la pila.

• No utilice pila recargable.

• Las pilas alcalinas tipo AAA duran un mes aproximadamente (si se utiliza el aparato dos veces por semana en sesiones de 5 minutos cada una).

• Cuando la recortadora comience a perder potencia, reemplace las pi tas.

Instrucciones de la recortadora

Cara: desde la zona de crecimiento hasta el centro de la cara, y luego en la dirección contraria.

Sobre las cejas: deténgase a 1 /16 in. sobre las cejas.

Debajo de las cejas: presione el pár pado para alisar la piel.

Mejillas: desde el centro de la cara

hacia fuera.

Debajo de la nariz: estire la parte que

está debajo de la nariz.

Recorte del pelo delantero y trase ro del cuello: Sujete el pelo con una mano tratando de no tirar del mismo

con mucha fuerza y mueva la

recortadora de arriba hacia abajo para recortar el vello de la nuca.

Entre las cejas: cambie el mango.

Limpieza de la hoja

Coloque el interruptor en la posición OFF.

Colocación de la hoja

1. Alinee el orificio de la hoja con la parte saliente del extremo del so porte.

■ Extracción de la hoja

1. Deslice la Irada en el sentido indi cado a continuación.

2. Extraiga la hoja tirando de la mis

ma en el sentido indicado a conti nuación.

Limpie el interior de la hoja.

No utilice agua para la limpieza del aparato ya que podría dañarlo.

• El botón se deslizará con mayor fa cilidad si utiliza la uña de su dedo.

Precauciones

• utilice un paño seco o un paño hu

medecido con jabón líquido para lim piar la parte exterior del aparato. No utilice nunca diluyante, benceno ni

alcohol.

• La recortadora de gran precisión es

muy delgada. Si la sujeta con fuer za, podría estropearse y producir daños en la piel.

• Si tiene la piel sensible, tenga cui dado al utilizar este aparato en las zonas sensibles como alrededor de

la boca y las cejas.

• Cuando el aparato comience a per der potencia, reemplace las pilas.

Las pilas pueden tener pérdidas de líquido si no se reemplazan cuando

finaliza su duraciün.

Sólo utilice la recortadora con la piel limpia. Si lleva puesto maquillaje, asegúrese de lavarse y secarse la cara antes de utilizar este aparato. No utilice la recortadora si tiene ja bón o crema en la cara. El funciona miento de la hoja podría disminuir y podrían debilitarse las pilas.
