• Use the specified unit to recharge the battery pack.

• Do not use the battery pack with equipment other than the specified unit.

• Do not get dirt, sand, liquids, or other foreign matter on the terminals.

• Do not touch the plug terminals (i and j) with metal objects.

• Do not disassemble, remodel, heat or throw into fire.

If any electrolyte should come into contact with your hands or clothes, wash it off thoroughly with water. If any electrolyte should come into contact with your eyes, never rub the eyes. Rinse eyes thoroughly with water, and then consult a doctor.

with the USB connection cable (supplied).

Check the direction of the terminals and plug in/out straight holding onto the plug. (It may result in malfunction by the deforming of the terminal if it is plugged in obliquely or in wrong direction.)

2 Insert the AC adaptor (supplied) into the power outlet.

3 Insert the battery in the correct direction.

• The [CHARGE] indicator E lights up and charging begins.

its direction, then slide the battery in until it is secure.

The [CHARGE] indicator will turn off once the charging has completed without any problem. (After charging is complete, disconnect the AC adaptor (supplied) from the power outlet and remove the battery.)

To remove the battery, follow the steps for inserting it in the reverse order.

• The battery temperature is too high or too low. It is recommended to charge the battery again in an ambient temperature of between 10

Note

• Charging is not possible if the battery is inserted in a wrong way. In that case, remove the battery first, and then reinsert it by following the correct steps.

• Do not use any other USB connection cables except the supplied one.

• Do not use any other AC adaptors except the supplied one.

• Do not use a USB extension cable.

• The AC adaptor (supplied) and the USB connection cable (supplied) are intended solely for use with this battery charger. Do not use them with other devices.

• Remove the battery after charging is complete. (The battery will be exhausted if left for a long period of time after being charged.)

≥ The indicated charging time is for when the battery has been

discharged completely. The charging time may vary depending on how the battery has been used. The charging time for the battery in hot/cold environments or a battery that has not been used for a long time may be longer than normal.

• The battery becomes warm after using it and during and after charging. The charger also becomes warm during charging. This is not a malfunction.

• The battery can be recharged even when it still has some charge left, but it is not recommended that the battery charge be frequently topped up while the battery is fully charged. (Since characteristic swelling may occur.)

Cautions for Use

• The charger and AC adaptor may generate whirring sounds when they are being used. This is not a malfunction.

• Keep the charger and AC adaptor at least 1 m (3.3 feet) away from radios.

• Do not put heavy objects or step on the charger or AC adaptor.

• La température de la batterie est trop élevée ou trop basse. Nous recommandons de charger à nouveau la batterie à une température ambiante entre 10 oC à 30 oC (50 oF à 86 oF).

• Les bornes du chargeur ou de la batterie sont sales. Dans ce cas, essuyezles avec un linge sec.

∫ Retrait de la batterie

Pour retirer la pile, suivre les étapes pour l’insérer à l’inverse.

Nota

• Le chargement n’est pas possible si la pile est incorrectement insérée. Dans ce cas, la retirer d’abord, puis la réinsérer en suivant les étapes appropriées.

• Ne pas utiliser tout autre câble de connexion USB, sauf celui fourni.

• Ne pas utiliser tout autre adaptateur CA, sauf celui fourni.

• Ne pas utiliser de câble d'extension USB.

Le temps de chargement indiqué est celui lorsque la batterie est complètement déchargée. Le temps de chargement varie selon l’utilisation de la batterie. La durée de chargement d’une batterie dans un environnement chaud/froid ou d’une batterie qui n’a pas été utilisée pendant une période prolongée peut être plus longue que d’habitude.

• La batterie se réchauffe après son utilisation, ainsi que pendant et après le chargement. Le chargeur se réchauffe également durant le chargement. Il ne s’agit pas d’un mauvais fonctionnement.

• Il est possible de recharger la batterie même si elle n’est pas complètement à plat mais il n’est pas recommandé de recharger fréquemment la batterie lorsque celle-ci est déjà chargée à plein. (La batterie pourrait se gonfler.)

Für das DMW-BTC13 3 Achten Sie beim Einsetzen des Akkus auf

die richtige Ausrichtung des Akkus und schieben Sie den Akku dann ein.

∫ Entfernen des Akkus

Zum Herausnehmen des Akkus folgen Sie den Schritten zum Einsetzen in umgekehrter Reihenfolge.

Hinweis

• Aufladen ist nicht möglich, wenn der Akku falsch eingesetzt ist. In dem Fall nehmen Sie den Akku zuerst heraus und setzen ihn dann wieder unter Beachtung der korrekten Schritte ein.

• Verwenden Sie ausschließlich das mitgelieferte USB-Anschlusskabel.

• Verwenden Sie nur den mitgelieferten Netzadapter.

• Verwenden Sie kein USB-Erweiterungskabel.

• Der Netzadapter (mitgeliefert) und das USB-Anschlusskabel (mitgeliefert) sind nur zur Verwendung mit diesem Akku-Ladegerät vorgesehen. Verwenden Sie sie nicht mit anderen Geräten.

• Nehmen Sie den Akku heraus, nachdem er voll aufgeladen ist. (Der Akku verliert seine Kapazität, wenn er lange Zeit aufgeladen im Ladegerät bleibt).

≥ Die angezeigte Ladedauer gilt für vollständig entladene Akkus. Die

Ladedauer kann je nach den Bedingungen, unter denen der Akku verwendet wurde, unterschiedlich sein. Die Ladedauer für Akkus in besonders warmer/kalter Umgebung, oder für Akkus, die für eine lange Zeit nicht verwendet wurden, kann länger als üblich sein.

Hinweis

• Der Akku erwärmt sich sowohl während des Betriebs als auch während des Ladevorgangs und danach. Auch das Ladegerät erwärmt sich während des Ladevorgangs. Dabei handelt es sich nicht um eine Fehlfunktion.

• Der Akku kann zwar wieder aufgeladen werden, wenn er noch nicht ganz entladen ist, häufiges zusätzliches Laden, wenn der Akku bereits voll geladen ist, sollte aber vermieden werden. (Es könnte sonst zum typischen Anschwellen des Akkus kommen.)

≥ Когда мигает индикатор [CHARGE]

• Температура аккумулятора слишком высокая или слишком низкая. Рекомендуется зарядить аккумулятор снова при температуре окружающей среды от 10 oC до 30 oC.

• Контакты зарядного устройства либо полюса аккумулятора загрязнены. В таком случае протрите их сухой тканью.

∫ Извлечение аккумулятора

Чтобы вынуть аккумулятор, выполните шаги для его установки в обратном порядке.

Примечание

• Если аккумулятор вставлен в неправильном направлении, зарядка невозможна. В таком случае сначала выньте аккумулятор, а затем снова вставьте его, правильно выполнив нужные шаги.

• Пользуйтесь только соединительным кабелем USB, который поставляется в комплекте.

• Не используйте любые другие сетевые адаптеры, за исключением поставляемого в комплекте.

• Не используйте удлинительный USB-кабель.
