1.1 Introduction
AirLive CW-720IR/CU-720IR is a 720P network camera which is designed for indoor and
home security applications even more the SMB surveillance. The built-in IR LED provides
better quality of night time monitoring. Users are able to view live video streaming over
wire/wireless connection or equipped with Passive PoE function which allows power and
data to be transmitted via single Ethernet cable.
* Wireless function is for CW-720IR only.
* Passive PoE is for CU-720IR only (POE-1P Injector).

Installation
2.1 Package Content
User can find the following items in the package as below:
1. AirLive CW-720IR / CU-720IR is the main element of the product.
2. Bundle CD includes IP Wizard II, CamPro Express64, Quick Start Guide, User Manual,
and Video clips.
3. Quick Start Guide provides important information and instructions for installing this
device.
4. Accessory Package
CW-720IR: Including crutch with screws, detachable WLAN antenna and power adaptor.
CU-720IR: Including crutch with screws, power adaptor and 12V Passive PoE (POE-1P
Injector).
2.2 Connectors
Power Source Requirement
CW-720IR: 12V/1A power adaptor.
CU-720IR: 12V Passive PoE or 12V/1A power adaptor.

Please refer to the diagrams below for the definition of each connector.
In the LAN socket, there are two LEDs embedded:
LAN LED (Green color)
Green Link Light indicates the network accessing.
Power (Amber color)
This LED is used to indicate whether DC power is on or not.
Attention: For CU-720IR, please use 12V Passive PoE injector (POE-1P).
2. DC-in: The input power is DC12V/1A.
3. Antenna (CW-720IR): Please attach the antenna before using.
4. 3.5mm Audio output: Please insert 3.5mm speaker or earphone for audio output.

To restore the device, please follow the steps below:
1. Turn off the Camera first.
2. Press and hold this button continuously. Power on this camera. Wait until
orange LED is on. Once the Camera had been operating again, the device has
been restored to default settings.
Note: Restoring the factory default setting will lose the all previous settings included
IP address. User needs to run the IP Wizard program to search the device.
6. SD card slot: Support up to 64GB MicroSD card.
2.3 Install the Camera
Install the camera in LAN/WAN:
1. Connect an Ethernet cable to the LAN socket and attach it into the network.
2. Attach the antenna before power it up.
3. Connect the external power supply to the camera.
4. Insert the MicroSD card if necessary.
5. Attach the stand with screws.

2.4 Connect to IP Camera
1. Insert the bundled CD into your PC/Laptop.
2. Auto Run screen pops up, click “Install Software AirLive IP Wizard II” to install the
configuration tool.

3. After completing installation, run the “Air Live IP Wizard II” to start to search the IP
camera.
4. The entire detected IP camera will be listed out.
5. If the Camera’s IP address is in the same IP segment as your LAN, select the founded IP
Camera and double click on the item. Then, the default browser will show up and connect
to the IP camera’s Web automatically.

1. Open your web browser and enter the IP address or host name of the IP camera in the
Location / Address field of your browser.

Note: The default user name “admin” and the password “airlive” are the default values.
You can change them in the Security Menu. (Please check “Configuration → Security”)
