  • 1-1: Prepare the following measurement tools for the electrical adjustment.
    • 1. Oscilloscope (2 Channel Type) 2. Digital Voltmeter
    • 3. Color Bar Generator
    • 4. Sweepmarker Generator 5. VIF Unit
    • 6. Distortion Meter
  • 2. BASIC ADJUSTMENT
  • 2-1: VIE AND AFT

Connect input and output terminal of the sweepmarker generator to circuit as shown in Fig. 2-1-a, then adjust it.

  • Connect output terminal of the sweepmarker generator to TPOOL. Connect input terminal of the sweepmarker generator to TPOO7. Connect the volume 10K ohm to IF AGC terminal (TPOO4), 12V line and ground, then adjust to make the waveform of the control the control to the second terminal the control to the second terminal termi oscilloscope be easy to watch.

4. Adjust L204 until the waveform marker (38.9MHz) will become as shown in Fig. 2-1-b.

  • Disconnect output terminal of the sweep-marker generator from TPO01, then connect to TP of the Tuner Pack. (Connect the 2.7K ohm resistor between them.) Connect the resistor 100 ohm between TPO10 it
  • TPOOP and TPO10
  • Adjust L206 until the waveform will become as shown in Fig. 2-1-c.

  • 8. Disconnect the volume 10K ohm and resistor
  • 100 ohm. 9. Input a 38.9MHz signal to TP of the tuner
  • pack. 10. Connect the digital voltmeter to TPOO6. 11. Adjust L203 until the AFT ON mode voltage is as same as the AFT OFF mode voltage.
