Chapter 1 Summary 1.
IE interface client main includes video surveillance, video parameter setup, network parameter setup and so on basic function. Also equipped with privacy mask, receiving and handling alarm, two-way voice communication and other advanced application. It is a comprehensive IE client which has compact interface, multi-function, reliable performance and be easy to operate. Apply to monitoring center, alarm command room, duty room, control room and other occasions.
Chapter 2 JRE Configuration 2.
PC Configuration Requirements 2.1.
CPU P4 2.4 and higher . RAM More than 1Grecommend 2G and higher. Graphics cardMore than 256M.
Operation System Configuration Requirements 2.2.
Windows 7, Windows 8 series operation system.
IE Browser Version Requirements 2.3.

Browser Configuration Requirements 2.4.
1. Use browser to login device the first time, please open browser and click tool icon , Click
[Internet] Pop up operation interface.
2. Please click [User Defined] in security tab[Security], Pop up [Security Set] windows, select the
following items(Note:both window select ‘Enable’) before installing Active X plug-in
3. Please click [OK] after accomplishing settings, at this time pop up dialog box click [Yes] to exit dialog
box, then click [OK] again to exit setting interface.
4. Download ActiveX plug-in,when achieved installation, exit installing guide.
Start IE browser again and then is able to login device in IE.
Finish downloading, please click “install” button to success.

Please close install guide after accomplishing plug-in installation.

Chapter 3 Login 3.
1. Open IE, input IP address in address bar, the device default IP address is:
192.168.12.100 or 192.168.1.30 If no DHCP Server found
Notice:if no 12 network segment in PC end Please add 12 network segment to PC(The detailed instruction as following).

2. After inputting address,press ENTER.
3. The user is able to select language, enter user name and password(default user name and
password is: admin) and click[Login]to log in.

Chapter 4 Main Interface 4.
4.1 Main Interface Display Status 4.1.
Operation Of Live View Interface 4.2.
Click[Live View]to enter into real-time preview interface.
[Listen]Control device can receive outside voice. Click[Talk]to realize two-way audio
communication.
Click[Snapshot]to get current picture , click[Snap shot success open]at the right bottom of picture
to preview saved picture.
Click[Record],start to real-time record, Click again would cancel record status. Click[Streaming]pull-down menu to select streaming--two preset streaming type (original streaming
and sub streaming).
Click[Priority]pull-down menu, there you can choose two modes(real time or image quality). In the[Set up]interface, users can modify many settings. Click[Exit]to quit and return to login interface which can choose language. Click[PTZ]to enter in PTZ setup menu and will be hidden click again. Pressing mouse left button to drag an area in the picture can enter enlarge function, and be able to
amplify part of picture, at right bottom of display will show preview picture. Click mouse right to pop up dialog box, click “restore panorama” to exit amplification function.
At bottom left of picture displays basic info including solution, streaming and frame. Top right of picture (default position) displays current date, user also can use OSD to modify the
time display.

Alarming Output 4.3.
This software provide 4 channel alarming output, and switch by click in page table.
PTZ Control 4.4.
Notice: PTZ control only effective for the device which own PTZ.
Preset Control 4.4.1.
Add preset: select [Setup] at pull-down menu of preset. Select setting position on PTZ direction key of the PTZ page and click [Add].Select preset ID and give a name to this preset. Click [Save] and accomplish preset. Call preset: Select preset name item [Name] in preview interface, click [Call] button and enable to call preset.
Tour Control 4.4.2.
Add tour: Adjust PTZ controlling to ‘tour’, click [Setup] to enter into interface.
Tour is multi-presets tour function which based on multiple assured point. So please set up several presets in advance. Click [Add], enter tour ID and name, select preset which have been set up from pull-down menu. Add preset as tour preset point, click [Save] after adding all presets that you need.
Scan Control 4.4.3.
Add scan: Select scan in PTZ setup interface, click [Setup] enter into scan configuration interface.
Scan function make device move over and over again between two points that have been setup within the shortest time, which control local region with best efficiency. Enter into scan interface, click [Add], then click [Start] at the start position, select [Stop] to confirm the end points by PTZ direction key.
Notice: scan is linear motion in the shortest distance between start point and end point, will not record any other points where it passed.
User can also adjust scan speed and scan direction in configuration interface.

Track Control 4.4.4.
Add track: click [Setup] in the main interface to enter into track configuration interface.
Track function enable device move repeatedly on defined track ‘start → end→start point→end point’ to
control part region. Enter into track configuration interface, click [Add], then click [Start], setup device’s path must be passed by PTZ direction key, at last, click [Stop] to complete configuration.
PTZ Control 4.4.5.
User can control PTZ lens’ direction by PTZ direction key.
User can control PTZ moving speed by the slider bare below direction key.
Focus control and 3D function 4.4.6.
User can focus [Zoom] speed dome camera by focus [Zoom] button of main interface. Click [Zoom] to adjust speed dome field angle. Click [Focus] to focus speed dome. Click [3D] to use 3D function, focus in live view by click mouse left. Adjust picture easily to the best status you need (This function only operate for PTZ). After clicking [3D], User can control auto-focal steps and movement by dragging the frame (The smaller of selected frame, the larger of the moving step) at live preview interface of motorized device model.

Chapter 5 Setting interface Instruction Manual 5.
Device Information 5.1.
Show the basic information of connect device such as name, ID, version etc.
User can set up personal device name through[Device Name]. Under the Video user menu interface.
Users can check IP information of others who also login the device. CPU: look CPU use ratio.

Device Management 5.2.
Click[Device Management ]to enter into configuration interface.
IP Settings 5.2.1.
Click [IP Settings] to enter into configuration interface.
User can configure IP selection, select IPv4 or IPv6. Can select ‘Obtain An IP Address Automatically (From DHCP)’ or ‘Static IP’.
Notice: when choose IPv4, please keep consistency of IP address that has set and default gateway. Device IPv4 default address is :192.168.12.100 or 192.168.1.30 Device IPv6 default address is3ffe:ffff:0:f101::120. & Gateway is3ffe:ffff:0:f101::120.
