INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1:
Begin by unrolling the 100 foot coil of pipe, making sure not to kink the pipe in the process.
Step 2:
Let the pipe rest in the sun for 15-30 minutes, which will make it easier to form into place.
Step 3:
Starting from one end, cut the pipe into four 20-foot sections and two 10-foot sections. You should have the exact amount to do this. This allows for 20-foot spacing of sprinkler heads, which will give proper head to head coverage.
Step 4:
Lay out the pipe in the approximate location of each section. Don’t worry if the pipe still stays coiled, it will straighten as fittings are attached.
Step 5:
Lay out the fittings next to their general connection points.
Step 6:
In this step, attach the hose swivel adaptor to the eco-lock pipe adaptor. Then connect one of the 24-inch sections of pipe to the transition adaptor by twisting while pressing, and then connecting the timer. Finally, attach on the other end a ¾-inch tee, followed by one of the 10-foot lengths of pipe.
Step 7:
Cut the other 24-inch section of pipe into four, 6-inch sections, then attach an elbow to the other end of the 10-foot section, followed by a 6-inch piece.
Step 8:
Moving down the line, attach a threaded tee, followed by the first 20-foot section. Another threaded tee, and a second 20-foot section, then a final threaded tee, 6-inch section and threaded elbow.

Step 9:
in this step we attach sprinklers by first attaching the ½-inch riser to the bottom of the sprinkler and slipping the retaining loop over the sprinkler before threading on to the fitting. Position the sprinkler and hold up with staked loop.
Next we thread on the auto-drain valve.
Repeat this for the remaining fittings, sprinklers and drain valve on the other side.
Step 10:
We’re now ready to test the system. Run a manual program on the timer, being aware it may take up to 30 seconds for the lines to pressurize. Assure all sprinklers are spraying and that there are no leaks.
Step 11:
Next, adjust the sprinklers to their desired patterns. For more information on how to adjust your sprinklers, please see the video linked above.
Step 12:
Starting in the corners, dig a trench about four inches wide and 4-6 inches deep, pulling up the grass as you go. Place the pipe into the trench, burying it as you go. Pay attention that the sprinklers are nearly flush to the ground.
Remove any excess soil. Your system should now be ready to go. The grass should heal within a matter of weeks.
