2.取付けについて

取付けにおいて、ねじの締め付けは確実に行ってください。
カメラのケースは内部回路の 0V ラインに接続しています。
ノイズの 侵入を防ぐため、以 下の 内容を守ってください 。
・カメラ本体を接地しないでください。
・カメラに 付 いている 台 座 は 外 さない でください 。

3. その他

・ 専 用 の カメラケ ー ブ ル 、コントロ ーラ 、ストロボ コ ントロー ラ 以 外 は 使

用しないでください。専用品以外を接続して通電した場合、機器
が 故 障 す る 恐 れ が ありま す 。

カメラケーブルに無理な応力がかからないように設置してください 。

・

ケーブルが断線し、正常な計測ができなくなる可能性があります。

・ カメラ 裏 側 の 拡 張 コネクタを 使 用しな い ときに は 、コネクタに つ い

ているキャップを 外 さな い でください 。
・この製品を分解したり、修理、改造しないでください。
・万一、異常を感じたときには、すぐに使用を中止し、電源を切っ

た上で当社支店・営業所までご相談ください。
・本製品を廃棄するときは、産業廃棄物として処理してください。

使用上の注意

製品が動作不能、誤動作、または性能・機器への悪影響を防ぐ
ため、以 下のことを守ってください。

1 . ケーブルに つ いて

ケーブルを着脱するときは、必ずコントローラ本体の電 源を切ってく

ださい 。カメラケーブ ルを 指 定 の 長さ以 上 で 使 用しない でください 。

2.光軸について

・ 光 軸 中 心 がカメラごとにばらつくことがあります。取 付けるときは

必ずモニタで映像の中心位置を確認してください。

3.メンテナンスについて

・撮像素子表面に大きなゴミや、ホコリが付いた場合は、ブロアブ

ラシ（カメラレンズ用 ）で吹き飛 ばしてください。呼 気 で 吹き飛 ば

す こと はさけ て くだ さい 。

・ シ ン ナ ー 、ア ル コ ー ル 、ベ ン ジ ン 、ア セトン 、灯 油 類 は 使 用 し な い で

くださ い 。

コントローラのカメラ接 続 コネクタに 接 続します 。

※カメラケーブルには極性があります 。 銘 板 の 貼られ ている側をコ

ントロ ー ラ に 接 続 し て くだ さ い 。

※カメラケーブルを装着する際、推奨トルク (0.15N・m) で固定ネ

ジを締め付けてください。カメラコネクタに過 度に力を加えると、

故障の原因になる場合があります。

※形 FH シリーズでご使用の場合、カメラケーブルのコントローラ側

に、形 ZCAT2035-0930A（TDK 製）相当のフェライトコアを

装着してご使用ください。( 形 FH-L シリーズを除く)

(2) Handling the Camera

Make sure to tighten all installation screws securely.
The Camera’s case is connected to the 0V line in the internal

circuits. Observe the following precautions to prevent noise
interference.

･ Do not ground the Camera.
･ Do not remove the base attached to the Camera.

(3) Others
･ Do not use unspecified camera cable and a strobe controller

other than those that specified in this manual with the FZ
controller. Connection with unspecified camera cable and/or
strobe controller may malfunction at the worst case.

･ Do not put an impossible stress on the camera cable when you

set it up. The cable is disconnected, and it becomes impossible
might do a normal measurement.

･ If you do not use the enhancing connector on the back of the

camera, do not remove the cap that is attached to the connector.

･ Do not attempt to dismantle, repair, or modify the main body.
･ If you suspect an error or malfunction, stop using the Controller

immediately, turn OFF the power supply, and consult your
OMRON representative.

･ Dispose of FZ-S2M components as industrial waste.

PRECAUTIONS FOR CORRECT USE

Please observe the following precautions to prevent failure to
operate, malfunction, or undesirable effect.

(1) Connecting Cables

･ Be sure to turn off the power before connecting or

disconnecting the cables.

･ Do not use the camera cable exceeding the specified length.

(2) Optical axis of the Camera.

The center of the optical axis varies with the camera used.
Therefore, when installing the camera, always check the center
of the image displayed on the monitor.

(3) Maintenance

･ If large dust particles adhere to the the imaging element, use a

blowerbrush (used to clean camera lenses) to blow them off.
Do not blow the dust particles with your mouth.

･ Avoid using thinner, alcohol, benzene, acetone or kerosene to

clean the product.

*The camera cable is polarized, so, make sure that the end bearing a

name plate is connected to the Controller.

*When connecting the camera cable, tighten the cable with the xing

screw with the recommended torque (0.15 N・m). Applying excessive
force to the camera connector may cause failure of the product.

*Use the ferrite core equivalent to ZCAT2035-0930A (manufactured by

TDK) at the controller side of the camera cable, when using this
camera with FH controller.(except for FH-L series)
