Assemble part P1 (plastic strain relief) and part P2
(plastic inner body) as shown below. Ensure the two lugs
are fully inserted. Slide the assemblyoveryourcable.

Solder part P9 (plug unit) onto the cable as shown
below.

ENSURE CORRECT POLARITY OF WIRES.

Slide part P5 (metal spring) followed by part P4 (plastic
spring sliding lock) onto the cable in the direction
shown below.

Solder part P6 (metal strain relief clamp) and part P8
(metal inner frame) together as shown below. Ensure
the lug at the bottom of part P6 locates in the hole of
part P8, thenotch should be at theend of part 8.
Note:
A STRONG SOLDER JOINT IS NEEDED.

Using assembly C, insert the plug into assembly D with
the semi-circle notch at the bottom, as shown below.
Ensure the plug snaps into place against the three tabs
shown on assemblyD.
Once the plug is inserted, carefully bend the strain relief
clamp around thecable.

Slide part P4 (plastic spring sliding lock) towards the
metal inner frame. Ensure the ring fits around the
outside of the metal frame with the two plastic fingers
sliding inside, asshown below.

Ensure the tab at the top of the inner metal frame snaps

Finally, carefully slide part P3 (plastic outer casing) over
assembly I until the top and bottom tabs snap into
place.

from date of purchase. OMEGA Warranty adds an additional one (1) month grace period to the normal

Iftheunitshould malfunction, it must be returned to thefactoryforevaluation.OMEGA’sCustomer Service Departmentwillissue
anAuthorizedReturn(AR) number immediately upon phone or written request. Upon examination by OMEGA, if the unit is found
to be defective it will be repaired or replaced at no charge.OMEGA’sWARRANTYdoes not apply to defects resulting from any
actionofthepurchaser,includingbutnotlimitedtomishandling,improperinterfacing,operation outside of design limits,improper
repair,orunauthorizedmodification.ThisWARRANTYisVOIDif theunitshowsevidenceofhavingbeentamperedwith or shows
evidence of being damaged as a result of excessive corrosion; or current, heat, moisture or vibration; improper specification;
misapplication; misuse or other operating conditions outside of OMEGA’s control. Components which wear are not warranted,
includingbutnotlimitedtocontact points, fuses, and triacs.
OMEGA is pleased to offer suggestions on the use of its various products. However, OMEGA neither assumes
responsibilityforany omissions or errors nor assumes liability foranydamagesthat result from the use of its products
