EC1 0 was designed to make the migration to IP quick, easy and cost effective by lever aging

Unlike other Ethernet over Coax technologies, the EC10 switch offers:
Speed, Reach and Power
EC10 delivers 100 Mbps (symmetrical, full duplex) and PoE+ over coax cable with 2,000
ft (609 m) reach. It’s designed to support the most demanding IP Cameras with plenty of
bandwidth to spare. There is no reduction in bandwidth speed based on longer distances.
Simple Deployment
EC10 is an unmanaged switch that requires no configuration. Deployment is quick, easy,
and non-disruptive.
End Point Deployment Options
Each downlink port has enough bandwidth to support multiple end points. When paired
with the EC4 media converter, you can connect up to 4 IEEE compliant devices to a single
coax cable as far as 2,000 ft (609 m) away.
