IMPORTANT NOTE ON THE ACCURACY OF YOUR SCALES
NUWEIGH Australia, recommends that your scale/s have regular calibration checks carried out by an authorised NUWEIGH Service Technician. It is important to ensure regular maintenance and calibration checks are carried out on your scale/s to maintain a consistent accuracy.
INTRODUCTION
The model HW/TW/AW program version 02001020 can be divided into 2 types :
The standard division scale ( 1 / 3000 ~ 1/ 10000 ) The high precision division scale ( over 1 / 10000 ~ 1 / 15000 )
FEATURES
1. High performance in A/D converter
0.3uv/D sensitivity Sample speed 16 times / second Maximum resolution : 15000 Non-linearity 0.01 % FS -1 mv ~ +5 mv Used range –1 mv ~ +14 mv
Load cell excitation power 5VDC ±5% 100mA ( c a n b e c o n n ected w i t h 4 s e t s o f 35 0 load cells )
2. Adjustable noise filter setting for the range of stability from 01 ~ 15
3. Depending on the different division for calibration Standard division (under 10000)
It is necessary to do the capacity setting calibration and weight calibration.
High precision division (over 10000  150000 division)
It must do the linearity calibration, capacity setting calibration, weight calibration.
4. Option with RS232 output and 3 relay output
5. With 3 kinds of HOLD function
6. AC / DC power supply
7. LCD display
8. Auto-power cut off to assure the stability performance
( If the power is below the low battery warning , it will be cut off automatically. )
9. With built-in-backlight
