PRODUCT WARRANTY
1. NUMARK INDUSTRIES LLC (“NUMARK”) warrants to the original pur chaser that NUMARK'S products are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal u se and service for the period commencing upon the date of purchase from an authorized NUMARK dealer and continuing for the following period of time after that date for (1) Year.
2. This Limited Warranty is conditioned upon proper use of the product by the purchaser.
3. This Limited Warranty does not cover: (a) defects or damage r esulting from accident, m isuse, abuse, neglect, u nusual physical or electrical stress, modificat ion of any part of t he product, or cosmetic damage; (b) equipment that has the serial number removed or made illegible; (c) all plastic surfaces and ot her externally exposed parts that are scratched or damaged due to normal use; (d) defects or damage from improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, adjustment, or service of the mixers; (e) crossfaders.
4. During the applicable warranty period, NUMARK will repair or replace, at N UMARK'S sole discretion, without charge to t he purchaser, any defective component part of the mixer. NUMARK may, at NUMARK'S sole discretion, use rebuilt, reconditioned, or new parts or components when repairing any product or replace a product with a rebuilt, reconditioned or new product.
5. THE WARRANTIES GIVEN IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, TOGETHER WITH ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES COVERING NUMARK MIXERS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NUMARK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT OR SIMILAR DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS, DAMAGES TO PURCHASER'S PROPERTY, OR INJURY TO PURCHASER OR OTHERS ARISING OUT OF THE USE, MISUSE OR INABILITY TO USE ANY NUMARK PRODUCT, BREACH OF WARRANTY, OR NEGLIGENCE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO NUMARK'S OWN NEGLIGENCE, EVEN IF NUMARK OR ITS AGENT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BROUGHT AGAINST PURCHASER BY ANY OTHER PARTY. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE COMPLETE WARRANTY FOR NUMARK'S PRODUCTS, AND IS GIVEN IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL NOT EXTEND TO ANYONE OTHER THAN THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER OF THIS PRODUCT AND STATES PURCHASER'S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY. IF ANY PORTION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS ILLEGAL OR UNENFORCEABLE BY REASON OF ANY LAW, SUCH PARTIAL ILLEGALITY OR UNENFORCEABILTY SHALL NOT AFFECT THE ENFORCEABILITY OF THE REMAINDER OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY WHICH PURCHASER ACKNOWLEDGES IS AND WILL ALWAYS BE CONSTRUED TO BE LIMITED BY ITS TERMS OR AS LIMITED AS THE LAW PERMITS.
6. This Limited Warranty allocates risk of product failure b etween purchaser and NU MARK, and NUMARK'S product pricing r eflects this allocation of risk and the limitation s of liability contained in this Limited Warranty. The agents, employees, distributors, and dealers of NUMARK are not authorized to make modifications to this Limited Warranty, or ma ke additional warranties binding on NUMARK. Accordingly, additional statements such as dealer adver tising or presentation, whether oral or written, do not constitute warranties by NUMARK and should not be relied up on. Some jurisdictions do not allow limi tations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not app ly to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rig hts which vary under local laws.
RETURN INFORMATION
· A Return Authorization num ber must be obtained from your local Numark Representative. For your representative go to www.numark.com or contact your local office listed below.
· A copy of the original sales receipt must also be included for the equipment to be repaired under warranty.
· The faulty equipment must be packed in its original packaging.
· One additional outer layer of packaging must be included to ensure product safety. Failures to do so ma y inadequately
protect the equipment in transit and, therefore, jeopardize the customer’s warranty.
· Numark will not accept COD shipments and no call tags will be issued for merchandise return.
· Numark will not return repair ed merchandise to customers by priority service, unle ss by written request at the customer’s
cost. Requests must be submitted in writing with merchandise returned.
· The defective Numark equipment sho uld be sent, FREIGHT PREPAID with Return Authorization number clearly printed on the outer packaging and original sales receipt enclosed to your local service center

IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
Keep power plug and outlet clean. Power plug and outlet with accumulated dust is apt to cause fire, clean them regularly. Insert power plug into power outlet entirely.
To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, turn off the power and pull out the plug for safety if this equipment will not be used for a long period of time after set-up.

During Setup and Installation
To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not put this equipment into water or make it wet.
To reduce the risk of electric shock, use only the specified power voltage.
To prevent damage from dropping or inclining , do not put equipment on shaking, inclining etc. unstable place.
During Operation
To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock caused by continued use when abnormity occurs, please pull out power plug and contact Promic dealer when the following happens:
1.When smoke comes out from this equipment and peculiar smell can be smelt.
2.Water or other article goes into this equipment.
3.Drop on the ground and cover is damaged.
4.Power cord damaged (core comes out or cord is broken).
5.No sound output.

Pull Out AC Plug
To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not damage the power cord or place it close to hot apparatus. Do not put heavy article on the cord.
To prevent hurt from heavy article dropping, do not put heavy
article on the top of this equipment.
During Operation
Clear the dust inside regularly. Accumulated dust inside for a long period of time is apt to cause fire. Contact Promic dealer for inside dust cleaning.

Do not open this product by yourself for adjustment.

If water goes into this product, please turn off the power immediately and send it to after-sale service department of our company for handling.

One receiver cannot receive signal from two same frequency microphones simultaneously. Other microphone with different frequency or brand cannot be used for this receiver.

Users Guide
1 Insert adapter DC plug into receiver DC input jack, insert the other AC plug
into AC power supply outlet(According to the sign on the back side).
2 Sound Signal Output Jack: Insert one end of the cable connector plug into
signal output jack at the back of the receiver and the other end of the plug
into KTV or amplifier MIC-IN jack.
3 Push on receiver s power switch, if power LED indicator on front panel
lights, this indicates that receiver works normally.
4 Insert attached 9V battery into wireless microphone's battery compartment
(pay attention to the positive and negative pole), and then close the cover.
5 Turn on microphone power switch, LED indicator will flash once then off ,
it indicates that microphone is ready to use.
6 At this time receiver's RF LED indicator will light. Adjust volume control
to make receiver s volume to be in normal working state. Finish test of
wireless microphone.
