Operatio n me thods
Usage of transm it ter
Op en batte ry co ver, install D C 9 V bat tery in launc her,
push the ke y to “sca n”, the i ndica tor flashes, whi ch mean s the
transmi tter is norma l. Connec t tw o en ds of network line to t he
RJ45 po rt of l aunch er and remot e ident ifier separa tely. then
hold the rece iver to find the targ et l ine. (If you want to al ter its
frequen cy,p ress the button of “Set” ). Push the key to “test”,
the “VERIFY” indi cator s will flas h. Co nnect two ends of
network line to the RJ 45 port of l auncher and rece iver
separat ely, then go ahe ad with t he test r esult . ( If you wa nt to
adjust it s speed , press t he butt on of “Set”) .
Usage of receiv er
Op en battery cover, inst all DC 9V batt ery in laun cher,
push th e key to “scan ”, the in dicat or flas hes, wh ich mea ns
the transmitte r is norm al. Con nect two ends of net work li ne to
the RJ 45 port of launch er and remote ident ifier separately.

is clos e to the tar get c able am ong p lenty of cab les, you wil l
hear “beep, beep” , and the voice is the loudest, the sig nal
light wou ld b e br ighte st. (Some times there m ay b e so me
noise, it is dif ficul t t o distingu ish whic h one is th e g oal, here
you can tur n down th e voice t o the bes t status.)

Wire sortin g ( RJ 45 as an example)
1. Conn ect t wo en ds of networ k lin e to th e RJ45 port of l aun che r and
recei ver s epa rately.
2. And pus h the k ey to “ test”, the w ire s ort i ndicator s wil l fla sh, which
means t he tr ans mitter wor ks we ll. ( adjust its s pee d by pr ess the
butto n of “S et” )
3.If the w ire i s nor mal, and the G ND is n ot co nnected, t hen t he 8
indic ato rs wi ll flash one b y one . And if G ND is connec ted , the n the
1 to 8 and G in dic ato rs will flas h one b y one .
4. If the re is m isw ires as belo w. If li ne“ 2” is open, th en th e 2 indicat or
of emit ter a nd re ceiver wil l not f las h. If there is s eve ral l ines are ope n,
the cor res pon ding indic ato rs wi ll not flash . And if l ess t han 2 lin es ar e
conne cte d, no ne of the ligh ts is o n.
When th e lin e are c ross, for ex amp le, l ine“2” and l ine “3” d isord er, th e
indic ato rs fl ash as follo ws,

Other functi on s
(1) Low-volta ge h int function
When the battery v oltag e is low, pu sh the function bu tton
to “scan” or “test ” , at this t ime, bo th the scan indica tor and w ire
sorting i ndica tor wil l flash , which mea ns the ba ttery s hould b e
replace d.
(2) Earphone fu nction
The earph one can be worn in noisy environment for operation
so as to av oid external inte rfere nce.
(3) Volume a dj ustment funct ion
Tur n volum e adjustm ent swi tch on the rece iver when tracing
cable to adjust the volume t o the appro priat e degre e.
(4) Floodligh t function
The side floodl ight can be started at n ight or i n dark.
The flood light t urns on s o as to fac ilitate your nor mal ope ratio n.
(5) Wire sort in g directly with s witch
Connect t he line t o be test ed with t ransmitter and s witch ,
then get the resul t from fl ashli ghts.
