The Autol™ Vacuum Filtration System is a disposble, sterile,
vacuum operated unit used for the preparation of buers, tissue
culture media, microbiological media, and other biological uids.
The complete system includes a Foxx Life Sciences SECUREgrasp™
media bottle attached to the lter. Autol™ is also available as a
funnel only bottle-top lter. Both options have an upper lter
funnel with dust cap that contains a 0.1µm (mycoplasma ltering
grade), 0.2µm (sterilization grade), or 0.45µm (clarication grade)
asymmetric PES membrane. Our membrane is low protein binding
and surfactant free.
