Disassembly Instructions

See also the video clips on care point.
If not already done protect window with a film.
Place the device in to the SS-33 Opening Tool. Now, press down the Keymats from the top side carefully.
Press the Release Button before pulling down the Battery Cover.
Remove A-Cover with Grip. Also protect the inner side of the Window with a film.

Separate the Grip from A-Cover.
Unscrew the six Torx Plus® size 6 screws. For assembly, the
reverse order and a Torx Plus 27Ncm has to be used.

Remove both Keymats.
Now, take away the LCD-Shield.
After protecting the LCD Module with a film, remove the Module from its guidance carefully.
Remove Keyguide Assembly with Center Frame.
Place the SRT-6 under the upper part of the connector Tak care not to damage the surrounding components.
Open the clips carefully by using the SRT-6.

Torx screwdriver can be used to push down the Earpiece from its guidance.
Turn the UI- PWB a bit and take it off from the guiding pin of the Center Frame carefully.
Lift the UI-PWB a bit as shown in the picture.
Remove the Engine Module.
Remove the Power Key.
DC-Plug can be used to remove the DC-Jack from its guidance.
Remove the Antenna.
Remove the SM Jack by using tweezers as a lever.

Remove the Vibra Motor. Remove the IHF-Lid.
IHF Speaker is attached with adhesive gasket to its Guid­ance. Use always SRT-6 as a level to remove the Speaker.
Tweezers can be used to remove the MMC Card Shield. Place tweezers between B-Cover’s edge and the respectiv snaps of the shield and press down the Shield carefully.
