Nokia Nseries PC Suite
Nokia Nseries PC Suite is a set of PC applications that can
be installed to your compatible PC. Nokia Nseries PC Suite
groups all available applications in a launcher window
from which you can install applications. With Nokia
Nseries PC Suite you can install the applications to your
compatible PC under the default program directory,
normally C:\Program Files\.
To use Nokia Nseries PC Suite, you need a PC that runs on
Microsoft Windows XP (SP1 or SP2) or Windows Vista, and
is compatible with a USB data cable, or with Bluetooth
connectivity. Before using Nokia Nseries PC Suite, you
need to install it on your compatible PC. See the CD-ROM
supplied with your device for more information.
Some useful PC applications available on the CD-ROM are
as follows:
Nokia Nseries PC Suite—to synchronize contacts,
calendar, to-do, and note items between your device and a
compatible PC personal information manager (PIM), such
as Microsoft Outlook or Lotus Notes, and web bookmarks
between your device and compatible browsers, as well as
images and videos between your device and compatible
PCs. Nokia Nseries PC Suite also includes support for other
features.
Content Copier—to back up data from your device or
restore saved data from the compatible PC to the device
Nokia Music Manager—to create and organize digital
music files on a compatible PC and transfer them to a
compatible device
Nokia Lifeblog—to organize your photos, videos, sounds,
text messages, multimedia messages, and weblog posts
into a chronology that you can browse, search, share,
publish, and back up. Lifeblog consists of Nokia Lifeblog
PC and Nokia Lifeblog mobile, which together let you send
or blog your items for others to see.
Update manager—to receive automatic notifications
about new versions of Nokia Nseries PC Suite software
from a Nokia server, and download and install them to
your compatible PC
One Touch Access—to establish a network connection
using your device as a modem
