Recovery and Optional Recycling.
The revolutionary Cyclone surface-cleaning technology makes it an industry leader for deep cleaning of concrete and other hard surfaces. The Cyclone scours away dirt, tire marks, and petroleum deposits without discharge into the environment or damage to the cleaned surface. The Cyclone cleaning head designed around multi-patented Cyclone technology, provides a deeper, more consistent cleaning than a spinner head or wand pressure washing. This unique technology allows for instant water recovery without the use of a vacuum system. With the recycling option, contaminants are filtered out allowing for the re-use of the reclaimed water for extended cleaning cycles or meeting specific recycling requirements.
This remarkable self-contained system delivers the most environmentally-friendly, outdoor surface cleaning solution. Cyclone minimizes water usage, eliminates chemical use and water runoff and aides in EPA compliance. One-pass cleaning by a single operator dramatically increases productivity and provides a greater return on investment.
The CY5000 and CY5500 models have a 33 inch (83.8 cm) cleaning path that can clean up to 20,000 square feet (1,858 square meters).
Cyclone technology ™ –
Here’s how it works:
Cleaning head with 2 high-pressure water nozzles and 8 turbine blades rotates at high speed to
create a vortex of air and water equivalent to a Category 4 hurricane.
Continuous air movement creates lift that recovers the water along with removed dirt and debris.
Swirling vortex of air and waste water further scours the surface – resulting in an exceptionally deep
clean with just a single pass.
The same air movement flings the waste water into a small holding tank, where it is then pumped
into the waste water reclaim tank – thereby completing the waste water recover process
WITHOUT A VACUUM SYSTEM.
An on-board, multi-stage inline filtration system, standard on the CY5500, cleans and recycles
recovered waste water – extending run-time and further reducing water consumption.
Outdoor surface cleaning will never be the same.
Powerful and consistent cyclone head delivers efficient, even cleaning.
Before After
Single-pass cleaning to remove ground in dirt, heavy build up and surface stains efficiently, without damage to the surface.
Ergonomic, climate controlled, cab design for operator comfort and ease.
