DUAL MOUNTING SMALL PLATFORM SHELF

INSTRUCTIONS

THE DUAL MOUNTING POLE/WALL MOUNT PLATFORM SHELF

There are two different way the product can be used:.
Pole Mount or Surface Mount
Parts Supplied
1 Pole Bracket
2 8.32 X 3/8” Philips screws

CUSTOMER SUPPLIED PARTS

Mounting Screw for Surface Mounting
1 ½ dia Pole

1 ½”dia Pole Mount Bracket

(2) Key hole Slots for Mounting to a Flat Surface

1. Place the Shelf in your desired mounting location.

2. Align Pole Mount Bracket with the Shelf

3. Attach using the two 8.32 x 3/8” Screws provided

Parts Supplied
(1) Tee Plate
(2) 1/4.20 Unistrut Nuts
(2) 1/4.20 x 1” Long Hex Bolts
(2) 8.32 X 3/8” Philips Screws
