Product Shrinkage.

The ideal transport/storage cart for use
in coolers and walk-in freezers. These all
welded aluminum units provide high product
visibility and air circulation allowing cold air
to be quickly conducted to minimize product
shrinkage.

• Easy to Maneuver

Equipped with four 5” platform type heavy duty
casters, these all welded aluminum carts can
be loaded up with up to 800# of product and
easily rolled into place. Unique “D” shaped
tube is easier to hold on to, giving you total
control and minimizing hand fatigue.

• Sanitary

Each unit is all welded with all seams fully
welded and sealed providing a smooth, easy
to clean surface. No cracks or crevices to
trap dirt!

MATERIAL: Hi-tensile, corrosion resistant, rust proof,
primary extruded aluminum, Type 6063-T5 alloy.

CONSTRUCTION: All heli-arc welded with all seams
welded and sealed (no rivets).

FRAME & CROSS SUPPORTS: All welded frame
consists of a rectangular base of 1-¼” x 1-½” x .070
wall extruded aluminum tube with caster plates 2-¾” x

4” x ⅜” thick pre-tapped for caster bolts and welded at

each corner. Uprights are 1-¼” x 1-½” x .080 wall “D”
shaped extruded aluminum tube and cross supports
(2) of 1-¼” x 1-½” x .070 wall extruded aluminum tube
welded between.

ANGLE BASKET SUPPORTS: Freezer baskets are
supported by 1-½” x 3-¼” x .100 thick angle runners,
spaced on 7-¾” centers, angles securely welded to
uprights with 4” of weld per angle.

CASTERS: Four platform type 5” casters, two swivel
and two rigid with ball bearing axle, and non-marking
wheel.

LIFETIME GUARANTEE against rust and corrosion.
