Cub
The Tuo™ series of inflatable backcountry accessories brings a
new level of comfort to the sleeping pad. Literally. The Tuo™
sleeping pads have a thin film inside that divides the pad into two
separate airtight levels, each with their own valve. Not only does
this give you complete redundancy in the event of a puncture, it
means you can inflate the base layer firm for protection from
rocks and roots and keep the top layer partially inflated for
maximum comfort. Includes a stuff sack and repair kit.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SETUP
Open Valves
1
Open both valves on your Tuo™ sleeping pad and lay it out flat. The longer you leave
the pad with its valves open, the more it will partially self-inflate.
Inflate Base Layer
2
Using your mouth or the Disco™ Pump, inflate the base layer of the Tuo™ pad until
it becomes difficult to add more air. Twist both valves closed.
Adjust Firmness
3
With both valves closed, lay on the pad to test the comfort. Add or release air from the
top layer to adjust the firmness of the pad. Leave the base layer firmly inflated for
maximum protection from rocks and roots.
Packing Away
4
To deflate, open the valves and roll out as much air as possible. Then close both valves,
unroll the pad and roll pad again, opening valves again as you finish rolling. Close the
valves once air has escaped, and insert the pad into its stuff sack.

Repair
To repair a leak, first clean and dry damaged area. Submerge the inflated pad in water
to help locate leaks. With pad deflated, adhere a fabric patch from the repair kit using a
urethane-based adhesive. This type of adhesive, such as Seam Grip® or Aquaseal®, can
be found at your local outdoor store. Spot clean pad with mild soap and water.
Remember to leave no trace. Before leaving your campsite take a thorough look
