HIGH SECURITY SHORT MITE SECURITY LOOP
DESCRIPTION
Nascom’s N505AS HSLP is a high security loop designed designed to protect
outside assets including but not limited to trailers, boats, motorcycles, ATV, jet
skis, generators, and air conditioners. The N505AS HSLP uses high security
contact so introducing another magnet in proximity to the security loop will
cause an alarm condition.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
• Unpack the switch assembly and uncoil the ex cable.
• Remove the quick release pin and lift the switch off of the bracket plate.
• Feed the end of the ex cable with the switch through an opening in the item or items to be protected and loop back to
the bracket plate to create a loop around the end item (e.g. through the handle of a lawn mower or through the wheel of
a motorcycle).
• Adjust the length of the end loop as necessary by slipping the ex cable through the bracket.
• Reattach the switch to the bracket plate and insert the quick release pin.
• Connect the switch leads to the alarm system and test for correct operation.
