CONTROLS AND CONNECTIONS

Congratulations on your choice of the mini mixer - you have purchased one of
the finest mini mixers on the market today. This unit was developed using the
expertise of professional sound engineers and working musicians. You will find
that your new NADY MM-141 has superior performance and greater flexibility
than any other mini mixers in its price range. Please read this manual carefully
to get the most out of your new unit.

• Four 1/4” unbalanced line level inputs with individual volume controls mixed to
one 1/4” unbalanced output.

• Master Volume control with integrated Power on/off switch and power on LED
indicator

• Ultra low distortion, up to 20dB of gain, S/N ratio over 100dB, and a frequency
response from 20Hz-20KHz

• Heavy-duty steel construction with smooth-turn, ultra-stable pots and high
quality jacks

• 9VDC powered with either 9V alkaline battery or optional PAD-1 AC/DC
external adapter

1. CHANNEL VOLUME CONTROLS — These controls separately adjust the
volume of the each input.

2. POWER SWITCH / MASTER VOLUME CONTROL — This control turns the
mixer on/off and adjusts the volume of the output.

3. POWER LED — Lights when powered on.

4. DC INPUT — Input socket for the optional PAD-1 9V AC/DC adapter. When

you use external DC power, the built-in battery power will turn off automatically.

5. MASTER OUTPUT — 1/4” unbalanced output.

6. INPUT CHANNELS — 1/4” unbalanced inputs designed for line level inputs.
