SAFETY.
This Power Supply conforms to the safety standard EN60950
The unit must not be operated without safety earth.
Service must be performed by qualified personnel only.
Maximum operating temerature for the unit is +35ºC for maximum output power.
UNINTERRUPTABLE POWER SUPPLY(UPS), TYE 975
Type 975 UPS is an industrial grade charger/power supply unit for indoor use only.
This series is intended used as Power Supply for security systems requiring UPS
(12/24VDC240W).
This unit is equipped with:
- Linear Regulated Charger Unit(240W).
- Battery Protection Unit to avoid battery damage
- Alarm Relay to indicate fault situations
- Temperature regulated Fan
- Automatic Battery test function(one test every 24 hour)
- Manual Push Button for Battery test
Max. continuous load should be lower than 75% of max.load!

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS.
Type 975 is for indoor use only and has to be installed in a rooms with good ventilation and
temperature between -5 to +35ºC
Charging batteries may under certain adverse conditions, generate harmful or explosive
gases. Please avoid open flames and sparks near a battery being charged
MAINS CONNECTION.
Main voltage(230VAC~50Hz): N(neutral), L(live), (ground)
Battery connection:
Fuse F1 to + 1 ,and F3 to - 4
Load connection: F2 to +2 and +3, and F4 to -5 and -6(please see drawing
below).
NB! When ALARM RELAY is in OK connection, the relay is activated
and there is connection between C/NO.
To avoid unessesary alarm indications in places where the mains-supply
is unstable, you may delay the alarm function (see preset table).
