PAYMENT:

Standard terms are 50% of the sales order is due upon receipt of the goods. Net 30 days on the remaining balance. A second invoice will be sent out detailing this.
A service charge of 1.5 % per month may be assessed on invoices over 30 days.

SHIPPING:

Freight will be pre-paid by MTM Hydro for all purchase orders of two machines or more. In the case of shipping one machine, MTM Hydro will pre-pay and add to the
total of the invoice.

PRICING:

MTM HYDRO, Inc. reserves the right to change discounts and/or prices without notice. Trade discounts are based upon unit and dollar volume and are inclusive of
warranty allowance. A surcharge may be added to individual orders in response to foreign currency exchange rate fluctuations.

RETURNS:

- Return for credit must be requested within 30 days of shipment & pre-approved by MTM Hydro Inc.

- All returns must be sent freight paid.

- A return authorization number and invoice copy must accompany all returns.

- Please note that a 20% restocking charge will be assessed.

SHIPPING DISCREPANCIES:

Discrepancies must be submitted within 48 hours of receipt of goods.

Possession of this Catalog or any other MTM Hydro, Inc. material should not be construed as an offer to sell.

STATEMENT OF WARRANTY

LIMITED WARRANTY ON MTM HEAT PRODUCTS

MTM Hydro, Inc. warrants that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for the period of one (1) year. Proof of Purchase
must be provided at the time warranty service is requested. Therefore, you should keep your sales slip or invoice from the original purchase.

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover freight damage, freezing damage, normal wear and tear from ordinary use, or damage caused by misapplication, fault, negligence,
alterations, improper installation or improper maintenance and service by you or any third party that affects the performance or reliability of the product. Failure to
perform normal and routine maintenance on the heater, damage related to insects, birds, or animals of any kind and damage due to weather conditions will not be not
covered. This warranty does not include wear items, such as, filters, vanes, nozzles and rotors.

In addition, the Limited Warranty does not cover damage to the finish, such as, scratches, dents, discoloration, rust or other weather damage after purchase.

“Normal use” does not include use in excess of recommended maximum speeds, flows, pressures, vacuums and temperatures, or use requiring handling of fluids not
compatible with components and materials noted in MTM Hydro products catalog, technical literature, and instructions.

All Transportation costs for the return of the damaged equipment or components will be the responsibility of the purchaser. If defective MTM Hydro, Inc. will repair or
replace the defective part or equipment and return the item freight pre-paid. If the item is not defective or operating normally, the item will be returned freight collect.

This limited warranty is the exclusive warranty MTM Hydro Inc. makes no other warranty, express or implied, included but not limited to any warranty of
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

MTM Hydro’s obligations under this warranty is, at MTM Hydro’s option during the limited warranty period, to either repair the defective part or equipment or replace
with a new part or equipment upon return of the entire product to the MTM Hydro, Inc. This is the exclusive remedy for any breach of warranty. In no event shall MTM
Hydro Inc. be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages of any kind, whether for breach of any warranty, for negligence on the basis
of strict liability, or otherwise.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation on how long a warranty lasts, so the above exclusion and limitations may not apply to you. Some states do not
allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific
legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state
