PAYMENT:

Standard terms are 50% of the sales order is due upon receipt of the goods. Net 30 days on the remaining balance. A second invoice will be sent out detailing this. A service charge of 1.5 % per month may be assessed on invoices over 30 days.

SHIPPING:

Freight will be pre-paid by MTM Hydro for all purchase orders of two machines or more. In the case of shipping one machine, MTM Hydro will pre-pay and add to the total of the invoice.

PRICING:

MTM HYDRO, Inc. reserves the right to change discounts and/or prices without notice. Trade discounts are based upon unit and dollar volume and are inclusive of warranty allowance. A surcharge may be added to individual orders in response to foreign currency exchange rate ﬂuctuations.

RETURNS:

SHIPPING DISCREPANCIES:

Discrepancies must be submitted within 48 hours of receipt of goods.

Possession of this Catalog or any other MTM Hydro, Inc. material should not be construed as an offer to sell.

STATEMENT OF WARRANTY

LIMITED WARRANTY ON MTM HEAT PRODUCTS

MTM Hydro, Inc. warrants that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for the period of one (1) year. Proof of Purchase must be provided at the time warranty service is requested. Therefore, you should keep your sales slip or invoice from the original purchase.

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover freight damage, freezing damage, normal wear and tear from ordinary use, or damage caused by misapplication, fault, negligence, alterations, improper installation or improper maintenance and service by you or any third party that affects the performance or reliability of the product. Failure to perform normal and routine maintenance on the heater, damage related to insects, birds, or animals of any kind and damage due to weather conditions will not be not covered. This warranty does not include wear items, such as, ﬁlters, vanes, nozzles and rotors.

In addition, the Limited Warranty does not cover damage to the ﬁnish, such as, scratches, dents, discoloration, rust or other weather damage after purchase.

“Normal use” does not include use in excess of recommended maximum speeds, ﬂows, pressures, vacuums and temperatures, or use requiring handling of ﬂuids not compatible with components and materials noted in MTM Hydro products catalog, technical literature, and instructions.

All Transportation costs for the return of the damaged equipment or components will be the responsibility of the purchaser. If defective MTM Hydro, Inc. will repair or replace the defective part or equipment and return the item freight pre-paid. If the item is not defective or operating normally, the item will be returned freight collect.

This limited warranty is the exclusive warranty MTM Hydro Inc. makes no other warranty, express or implied, included but not limited to any warranty of merchantability or ﬁtness for a particular purpose.

MTM Hydro’s obligations under this warranty is, at MTM Hydro’s option during the limited warranty period, to either repair the defective part or equipment or replace with a new part or equipment upon return of the entire product to the MTM Hydro, Inc. This is the exclusive remedy for any breach of warranty. In no event shall MTM Hydro Inc. be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages of any kind, whether for breach of any warranty, for negligence on the basis of strict liability, or otherwise.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation on how long a warranty lasts, so the above exclusion and limitations may not apply to you. Fire155 Infrared diesel heater (direct-ﬁred) with embedded burner with dedicated fan for combustion air. The Fire155 models are characterized by the absence of moving air, the ﬂame generated by the burner heats the front plate that reaches high temperature. This helps to burn and stop all combustion residues, guaranteeing a clean combustion and 100% efﬁciency. They are used for heating very large spaces (warehouses, industrial sheds, yards, open spaces, ect.) or where suspended dust particles must be avoided.

The innovation of the FIRE 155 infrared heater lies in the elimination of the refractory material cone that surrounds the conical combustion chamber that’s typical of other competitor’s units. Our heater features a metalic forced air insulation pocket between the combustion chamber and the external protection cone. The cooling air is blown through the pocket by the burner fan. This innovative technology over comes the well known problem of the fragility and brittleness of the ceramic cone. Moreover, there is a relevant improvement in the cooling of the cone.

Blaze Diesel indirect-red portable heaters with embedded burner with combustion air obtained from the main ventilation fan. The Blaze heaters feature a heat exchanger that contains the ame and expels fumes throughout a chimney connected to the outside. Being indired-red, they can be operated indoor and can also be ducted. On the other hand, they have higher upfront costs and about 90% efciency due to the heat lost through the chimney.

the combustion residues produced by the burner are expelled with the hot air and contribute to its heating. They transform all of the nominal input power

(from the fuel) into heat, 100% efciency. They are the most economical models available in terms for upfront cost and consumption. On the other hand, they can be used only in well ventilated rooms and where indirect-red heaters are not required by law.

DEDICATED TWO-STAGE OIL BURNER

The Phoen line of heaters features a built-in burner speciﬁcally designed and optimized for cylindrical combustion chambers typical of our cannon-type heaters. The burner features a two-stage oil pump and a separated combustion air blower. Combined to the four-pass heat exchanger, enables to run the unit at 85% efﬁciency, one of the highest in the industry

Inferno

Large indirect-ﬁred portable heaters with external burner (gas or diesel). The Inferno heaters are suitable for high volume spaces and can run on diesel or gas (LPG or natural gas), depending on the burner and can be equipped with an axial or a centrifugal fan. Centrifugal fans are very quiet, ensures greater pressure and is particularly recommended for installations with ducts.
