There are two 2-D barcode labels in the PWA. That is why HP126 is added twice. The reason is that one label goes on the bottom of the PWB before assembly begins (this label will eventually be covered by the plastic carrier) and the other goes on top of the metal shield during final assembly so that the Dell factory can scan it.
