OTP Behavior Analysis.
LM90/86 uses standby voltage. The LM90/86 sensor range is from -128 to +127. The T_crit_A# can be program in BIOS stage. Before BIOS stage the T_crit_A# will work in 90/85 degree(LM90/LM86). In normally, the T_crit_A# is high, only when CPU temperature over spec, then T_crit_A# will go low. When T_crit_A# is in high state that the PWRON_L will pass through to PSON#. After T_crit_A# goes low the PWRON_L will be isloated. The PSON# in ATX Power side is internal pull up. So system power will be cut off, and the T_crit_A# also be latch untill user press PWRBTN#.
