Overview
Thank you for choosing the MS-9858 v1.X Micro-ATX
mainboard from MSI.
Based on the innovative AMD® 780E & SB710 con-
trollers for optimal system efciency, the MS-9858
accommodates the latest AMD® Sempron, Athlon 64,
Dual-Core Athlon 64 X2 processors under 95W (TDP)
in Socket AM2 and supports 2 DDR2 400/533/667/800
SO-DIMM slots to provide the maximum of 4GB mem-
ory capacity.
In the entry-level and mid-range market segment, the
MS-9858 can provide a high-performance solution for
today’s front-end and general purpose workstation, as
well as in the future.
