STEP 8: Remove entire fender components. ( see picture 11 )
STEP 9: Separate the three pieces of the factory fender and repeat step 1-8 on
Opposite side.
STEP 10: With the entire fender off use the rubber grommet of the supplied side marker light to mark out over the existing hole with a magic marker.(see picture 11&12 )
STEP 11: Using a die grinder to enlarge the existing hole to the fit the rubber grommet (approximately 3/4” diameter). (see picture 13)
STEP 12: Put rubber grommet in enlarged hole then insert marker light into rubber grommet. You may want to lubricate grommet for easier installation. (see picture 14)
STEP 13: You will need to shorten the factory wiring, When you do, stager your cuts on the individual wires so that when you put the wires back into the wire loom it will not be bulging out of the wire loom (see picture 14). When hooking up the wires
we have found that you need to go Black to White / White to Black.
STEP 14: Bolt on the top trim out piece as shown behind fender panel. (see picture 15)
STEP 15: Place the wheel well skirt inside the wheel well and try and re-use existing plastic
push in buttons taken out from wheel well plastic skirt. You want you to re-use the old push in buttons because you will need to remove them again in order to trim the plastic wheel well skirt and damaging them when removing them wont matter. (see picture 16,17) Picture 16 shows the top trim piece notched in order to get around the plastic skirt but DO NOT notch the metal top trim piece, in stead cut the plastic skirt in order to fit the skirt up tight against the top of the wheel well. Also put top trim out bracket inside wheel well as shown in picture 17 for trimming and final assembly.
STEP 16: With the plastic wheel well skirt in place and the used plastic push buttons holding the skirt in the proper place use a silver sharpie to mark the skirt for trimming. Make sure the skirt is tight against the top, front side and back side of the wheel well when marking the trim line. (see picture 17&18)
STEP 17: Remove the plastic skirt from the wheel well and trim to your marked lines.

(see picture 23). Mark the holes thru the bracket to the Metal wheel well and drill 1/8 holes and mount rear bracket with #8 x 3/4” metal Screw. (see picture 22)
STEP 20: Using hole location 3 as a guide, (picture 25,26) drill thru the inside the wheel well body with a 11/32 drill bit. Using hole location 4 as a guide,
dimple only with your drill the inside metal wheel well skin with a 15/32 drill bit. Change drill your bit to a 11/32 drill and drill thru the metal wheel well skin. (see picture 25&27). De-bur as needed.

Insert 5/16 x 3/4” bolt with flat and lock washer in the very bottom rear hole (hole #1, picture 25) to hold fender up and in a loose in position. Slide the black top trim bracket on the inside of the body panel. Bolt the rest of holes #1 (in picture 25) with 5/16” x 3/4” long bolts in holes.
STEP 22: With the holes all ready drilled in the metal wheel well from step 20, Insert spacer #1 approximately 3-3/32” long in hole # 4 (picture 25 & 28) between the quarter panel and the metal inter wheel well. Insert 5/16 x 4” bolt, fasten with flat and lock washer and nut. Insert spacer #2 approximately 1-7/32” long in hole # 3 (picture 25 & 29) between the quarter panel and the metal inter wheel well. Insert 5/16 x 2” bolt, fasten with flat washer, lock washer and nut. Insert remaining bolts Tighten down all nuts and bolts under the fenders
