My remote won’t go into pairing mode. Make sure that any previously paired devices are turned off. Also, the status light should show steady blue (pairing mode)—if not, turn off the remote, then turn back on while holding the Volume Up (+) and buttons until the light turns blue.
My device doesn't find my remote when searching. Make sure the status light shows steady blue when your device is searching for devices. If not, turn off the remote, then turn back on while holding the Volume Up (+) and buttons until the light turns blue.
My remote worked before, but now it's not working. Make sure your device is on and its Bluetooth feature is on. You may need to pair your device and remote again (see “Connect & go” on page 3).
The touchpad cursor is slow on the screen. You can adjust the speed as follows:
For Android 3.2 tablet devices, touch > Language&Input > Mouse and Trackpad Settings > Pointer Speed.

Warning:
