When your keyboard becomes disconnected from your device, just press any key to reconnect it.
Reset to factory setting
Caution: This action erases all pairing information stored in your keyboard.
Press and hold the N, E, and W keys while turning on the keyboard. Light flashes and the keyboard enters Bluetooth discovery mode.

My keyboard will not go into pairing mode
Make sure that any devices previously paired with your keyboard are turned off. If the status light is not flashing, turn off the other device and the keyboard, wait 10 seconds, then turn the keyboard back on. If this does not help, perform a factory reset (see “Reset to factory setting” on page 7
My device doesn't find my keyboard when searching
Make sure the status light shows steady green when your phone is searching for devices. If not, perform a factory reset (see “Reset to factory setting” on page 7).
My keyboard worked before, but now it’s not working
Make sure your device is on and its Bluetooth feature is on. You may need to pair your device and keyboard again (see “Connect & go” on page 3)
