1 PREPARING YOU PHONE FOR USE
1.1 Charging your battery
The battery used in the phone is rechargeable. New batteries must be fully charged before they are used for
the first time. Only after several times of charging and discharging can the battery’s efficiency made the best
of.
To ensure the battery is in optimal state, we recommend you discharge the battery fully at least o nce every
month by consuming the power until the phone is switched off automatically.
During the course of charging, it is normal to find the battery and the phone slightly hot. The phone will
automatically protect itself when battery temperature rises so as to control temperature variation.
The phone will display alerts as the battery starts running out. When the power has run out the phone will be
switched off automatically.
Note: Actual time of usage of the battery varies according to different operation modes and settings of network base
station. If you use the phone when battery is rather low, the phone may restart or switch off automatically. Please
recharge on time.
1.2 Procedure for battery charging
1. Connect the charger to a main socket, and insert the charging plug into the bottom jack of the phone.
2. At this time the phone starts charging. The battery symbol will be gradually lengthened from right to left.
You may choose to charge the battery under power-off or standby state.
If the phone is charged under power-off state, the display will light up and and it will display “Charging”.To start,
please press power key
. When the battery is fully charged, charging operation stops automatically. The
battery symbol on the screen will maintain four-grid. At this time please unplug the charging plug.
To ensure safety, neither change the parts and fitments of the battery by yourself nor take off the battery of the
outer case.
Please use charger of original make and model. Using charger of your choice may cause your phone to damage.

3 ABOUT THE PHONE
3.1 Front view of the Motorola FX-805P
3.2 LCD Display
The LCD shows icons on the top of the LCD screen. Different icons appear based on the phone’s operating
mode.
: Indicates the signal strength in the service area.
: Displayed when wake up alarm time is set.
: Indicates charged battery level.
: Displayed when a text message is received.
: Indicates no network in the area.
3.3 Installation
You should follow each step carefully in order to guarantee proper operation of the Fixed Wireless Phone.
STEP1. Check Components
Fixed Wireless Phone is supplied with the following standard unit and accessories:
1. FX-805P Main unit with handset
2. Dipole antenna
3. Rechargeable battery pack
4. User Manual
5. AC/DC power adapter

Please make sure that these components are present before you begin the unit installation. If components are missing or damaged, contact the store where you purchased the unit immediately.
STEP2. Place the Phone
Place the phone on a stable flat secure surface area (desk, table, etc.). Serious damage may result if the unit falls. Do not place the unit on, or within 1 meter of heaters or radiators. This unit is designed for desktop usage. Avoid direct exposure to sunlight and damp area.
Read the SAFETY INFORMATION located at the end of this manual you place the phone.
STEP3. Connect Components (See the figures in “Installation Steps”.)
Connect antenna to the antenna connector located at the right side of the phone. If you have placed the phone on the flat surface, bend the antenna up right.
Connect curl cord of handset to the RJ-11 port located at the left side of the phone.
Open the battery case and install the batteries, then close the case.
Connect the AC/DC Adapter cable to the DC port located at the back of the phone.
Please follow steps below to get better voice quality:
1. Keep the phone away from electrical appliances such as TV, computer, radio and so on.
2. Keep the phone in a high and central location with no obstructions, such as metal walls.
3. Raise the integral antenna of phone to get maximum strength of receive signal as shown in the figure in the next page.
STEP4 Check the LCD Display
After you follow the installation instruction STEP 3, please check the LCD for normal operation
If you do not see the status of service, please repeat the instruction of STEP 3 and confirm the fixed wireless
phone to have the proper signal strength from tha carrier.

4 BASIC OPERATIONS
4.1 Switching the phone ON and OFF
To turn on your phone:
1. Make sure the switch in the back of the phone is moved to the ON side
2. Press and hold “End key”
for a few seconds or until the display turns on.
After the phone is registered in network, the signal will be displayed at the top left corner of the screen. The phone is now in the standby state and you can make or answer a call. Your phone remains in a searching state if it fails to find the available network.
To turn off your phone,
1. Press and hold “End key”
for three seconds until the phone turns OFF
2. Slide the power switch in the back of the phone to the OFF side.
Note: If you switch off the phone by taking off the battery, some information stored in the phone may possibly get lost, which may be an inconvenience.
4.2 Making a call
1. Raise your receiver or press the “Hands free Key” I
2. Input phone number which you want to call.
The key
is used for deleting the last digit of the number. Press and hold it to clear all the entry and return
to standby screen.
If the dialed number is stored in the phonebook, then the name of the called party will be displayed on the screen.
To end a call, you can press the “End Call”
. After a call is ended, the call timer stops and the text “Call ends” is
displayed on the screen.
4.3 Saving a number by dialing
You may save the other party’s number with phonebook, or by dialing under standby state. The number saving
procedure of the former method is described in details in the phonebook section.
Specific steps for saving a number by dialing under standby state are as follows:
1. Input the other party’s phone number under standby state.
2. Press the left and right-direction key to perform function selection.
3. You may save this number as:

a) New contact (the number is saved as a new entry in the phone), or
b) Existing contact (add this number to an existing contact already in the phone)
4.4 Adjusting the volume of earpiece
During a conversation, you may press the up and down-direction key to adjust the volume of earpiece.
4.5 Answering a call
When a call is incoming, the phone will alert you according to the incoming call alert mode you selected.
To answer a call,
1. Press the key
to answer the call directly.
2. Lift the handset of the phone to answer.
To reject a call,
1. Press the key
and the other party will hear a busy tone.
2. To end a conversation, press the key
.
Note: If you have subscribed to the caller ID service, then during the conversation the caller’s number will be
displayed on the screen. If this number is already saved in the phonebook, then the caller’s name will also be
displayed on the screen.
4.6 Switch in working status
If you are dialing or calling, you can switch between using the handset and using the Speaker phone key.
4.7 Recent dialed-out numbers
This handset can store 10 recent dialed-out numbers.
1. On standby screen, press the key
to display recent dialed-out numbers.
2. You can press the up and down-direction key to view the called numbers.
3. Press the key
to directly dial the selected number.
Note: You may also access the call record menu to view the recent dialed-out numbers.
4.8 Missed call
If there is missed call(s), “Missed N Call(s)” will be displayed on the main screen. You can access the call record
menu to view the record of the calls missed.

4.9 Signal Strength
The quality of calls depends on the signal strength in your area. The stronger the signal is, the better the quality of
the call. The signal strength icon indicates the current strength as a number of bars. You can see bars according to
the strength of received signal in the upper-left part of the LCD.

5 USING PHONE MENUS
5.1 Navigate menus
A menu is a list of choices you can make. Your phone menu has 7 sub-menus. Each sub-menu contains options
that allow you to use the Phone Book, change the ring tone, etc. You can use menus and sub-menus in two ways: by scrolling or by using shortcuts.
5.1.1 Scrolling through menus
From the Start screen, press Menu, and then scroll through the menus using the UP or Down
key.
Use the scroll and selection keys to navigate the submenus and to return to the Start screen.
5.1.2 Using a shortcut
From the start screen, press the down arrow on the arrow key UP or Down and scroll through
the shortcuts.
You can use a shortcut to get to Options directly without scrolling through lists.To change one of the shortcuts, press the left soft key and select from a list of different options, once you select the option desired, press the left soft key Ok to assign the new shortcut.
5.1.3. Exiting menu levels
To return to the previous menu level, press Back or Cancel.
To return to the Start screen, press
. No menu setting changes will be saved.
5.2 Menu Tree
Your phone’s menu may differ from the following list, depending on the network services to which you have
subscribed and the accessories you are using. If you have any questions, please call your service provider.

How to access the Menu:
1. Enter the Main Menu: Press the “LEFT SOFTKEY” in the idle screen to enter Main Menu, and you can use the “UP” or “Down” key to
enter the Sub-Title.
2. Enter Sub-Title directly:
Following the Icon on the Soft Key, press them, then you can enter these Menu directly.

6 ENTERING LETTERS AND NUMBERS
You can enter letters, as well as numbers, when storing information in your phone by using your phone’s keypad. To enter letters, press the key associated with the letter you wish to enter until it appears on the screen (numbers will also appear).
6.1 Entering Letters
When you want to add new names or when you view names in the Phone Book, your phone automatically switches to the ABC mode and displays the ABC icon.

Press a key once or several times to enter the letter(s) you want. For example, press three times to enter
the letter C. The selection displays.
6.1.1. Editing name or phone number
To edit a name already stored in the Phone Book:
1) Press in the idle screen-> Contact ->OK
2) Select one record and Scroll to Edit and Press OK
3) you can modify the name, the number ordinally.
4) Press
to correct when you input the wrong letter or number
6.1.2. Changing the case of letters and numbers
Operation instructions of input methods
This handset supports full English. Input methods can be applied to many text input areas such as short message input, name input in the phonebook, standby greetings etc. This handset provides many input meth ods: Numbers, Multitap, EzText, Symbol etc. Multitap and EzText input method are used for inputting English; Numbers input method is used for inputting numbers; Symbol input method is used for inputting various sym bols and special characters. Press the key < * > to switch between these input methods and press the key < # > to enter into symbol input interface.
Numbers input method

Number input method is used for inputting numbers. Press the 0-9 keys on the keypad to input any numb
ers you want.
Multitap input method
Multitap input method is to input letters by pressing corresponding keys with letters on the keypad. Normal ly it is used to input English. Wait a second after inputting a letter for the black strip on the letter to disappe ar and then you can continue to input the next letter. Press the key < Clear > once to delete the last letter and press and hold the key < Clear > to delete all input.
Each key corresponds to 3 to 4 letters and press the same key quickly for several times to switch betwe en these letters.
EzText input method
EzText input method is used to input English. The system will give the most possible word you require ac cording to your key strokes, which is for your convenient use.
Application case:
If you want to input “all”, you only need to press the keys 2、55 in sequence and an “all” with black ba ckground will appear on the screen. Then you only need to press the key < OK > to confirm and continue t o input the next word.
Symbol input method
Symbol input method is used for inputting some special symbols and punctuations. Under text editing stat e, press the key < # > to enter into symbol input method. There are 9 special symbols on the screen for yo ur selection. Press the numeric key before the symbol to select the symbol and return to text editing state. If the symbol you need is not displayed on the screen, please press the up and down-direction key on the ke ypad to scroll the page until you find the symbol you need.

7 USING THE PHONEBOOK
7.1 About the phone book
The maximum length for the name record in the phone is 16 characters and the length for name record in UIM card depends on the UIM card. When you Copy/Move records to UIM card, some names may be cut off due to shorter length of name record that can be stored in UIM card. Such phenomenon will only be incarnated after the phone is restarted. We are sorry for the inconvenience!
7.2 Using PHONEBOOK Menus
Under standby state interface
1) Press
in the idle screen.
2) Scroll to Contact then press OK or Press the button to go into sub-menus
3) When the cursor stops at a certain record, press the Button “
” to access the menu of various
operations for this record.
And if you have some records already,you can get these following options; else you could only get Add New
Record, Copy All, Check Capacity and Setting four options.
7.2.1 Detail
you can see the detail information of this record.
1) Press in the idle screen->Contact->OK
2) Select one record and Scroll to detail and Press OK
3) Get the detail information of this record which you want to see
7.2.2 Find
1) Press in the idle screen-> Contact ->OK
2) Select one record and Scroll to Find and Press OK
3) Input the correct name and press OK to serch the detail which you wish
7.2.3 Grouping View
1) Press in the idle screen-> Contact ->OK
2) Select one record and Scroll to Grouping View and Press OK
3) you can know which group your record is existed
7.2.4 Delete
1) Press in the idle screen-> Contact ->OK
2) Select one record and Scroll to Delete and Press OK

3) you can delete the chosen record.
7.2.5 Add New Record
1) Press in the idle screen-> Contact ->OK
2) Select one record and Scroll to And New Record and Press OK
3) you can add a new record to UIM or Phone.
7.2.6 Edit
1) Press in the idle screen-> Contact ->OK
2) Select one record and Scroll to Edit and Press OK
3) you can view the following options:
· Edit Name: to edit the saved name
· Add Number: add a new number to save
· Add E-Mail: to save the E-Mail address
· Select Groups: to select a group to save which you wish
7.2.7 Copy/Move
1) Press in the idle screen-> Contact ->OK
2) Select one record and Scroll to Copy/Move and Press OK
3) you can copy the chosen record to UIM or Phone.
7.2.8 Copy All
1) Press in the idle screen-> Contact ->OK
2) Select one record and Scroll to Copy All and Press OK
3) you can copy the whole records to UIM or Phone.
7.2.9 Check Capacity
1) Press in the idle screen-> Contact ->OK
2) Select one record and Scroll to Check Capacity and Press OK
3) you can check the memory status of the phonebook in UIM card and the phone.
7.2.10 Setting
1) Press in the idle screen-> Contact ->OK
2) Select one record and Scroll to Setting and Press OK
3) you can see these options:

· Save Mode: Set the storage mode of records
· Veiw Mode: Set the browsing mode after accessing “Contact” menu
· Set Lock: When “Set Lock” is enabled, you are required to input the correct password before accessing
“Contact” menu.
7.2.11 Speed Dial
1) Press in the idle screen-> Contact ->OK
2) Select one record and Scroll to Speed Dial and Press OK
3) you can config the present number to one key Speed Dial

8 SMS
Message function is a network service. You may be required to subscribe to the service from your network operator prior to sending and receiving short messages.One message can hold up to 160 characters. A message is sent to the SMS center of the network, then to the targeted user by the network. If the targeted user does not switch on his phone, the network will store the message temporarily.
8.1 Text Messages
8.1.1 Write Message
You can send the message composed to one or more users specified, as well as save it to Outbox.
1) Press Main Menu->SMS->Press OK
2) Choose Text Messages
3) Scroll to Write Messages->OK
4) It includes the following 3 short message editing modes
· Nothing : Select the input method you required to edit your short message.
· Preformat: 10 commonly used short messages are available for your selection.
· The Last Written: Continue to edit the recently edited short message.
5) Press OK to get the following options:
· Send: send the message only
· Multi-Send: send the message to more members
· Save: not to send but save it to outbox
8.1.2 Inbox
It is used for reading short messages received. In the inbox, the phone can store up to 50 short messages. The capacity of UIM card depends on its type. You may press up and down-direction key to browse the short message list. Press the left and right-direction key to scroll over the list. Under short message reading state the following options are available. You may perform different operations according to your own requirements.
1) Press Main Menu->SMS->OK
2) Choose Text Messages->OK
3) Scroll to Inbox->one chosen message
4) It includes the following options:
· Erase: Delete the short message you are currently reading.
· Reply: Reply the short message you are currently reading.
· Forward: Forward the short message you are currently reading to others.

· Call Sender: Call the number of the short message.
· VoIP: To set IP number to call.
· Move To UIM (Phone): Move the short message you are currently reading to UIM card (phone).
· Save Number: ->Phone: Save the number of the short message to phone.
->UIM : Save the number of the short message to UIM card.
8.1.3 UIM
It records how many messages you have received and read. When you enter into this menu, you can do the same
operation as in Inbox Menu.
8.1.4 Outbox
It is used for storing the short messages you have saved or sent. It can store up to 50 short messages.
1) Press Menu-> Short Messages->Text Messages.
2) Scroll to the Outbox and press OK.
3) From the list, highlight the one you need and press OK.
4) You can choose four options:
· Forward: You can send the chosen message.
· Edit: You can edit the chosen message.
· Delete: You can delete the chosen one.
· Delete All: You can empty the Out box
8.1.5 Clear Messages
1) Press Menu-> Short Messages->Text Messages.
2) Scroll to the Clear Messages and press OK.
3) You can choose four options:
· Clear OutBox: Delete all short messages stored in the outbox.
· Clear Inbox: Delete all short messages in the inbox in the phone.
· Clear UIM: Delete all short messages in the inbox in the UIM card.
· Clear All Messages: Delete all short messages stored in the outbox and inbox.
8.1.6 Message Settings
1) Press Menu-> Short Messages->Text Messages.
2) Scroll to the Message Settings and press OK.
3) You can Save the received short message to the phone, UIM card or Default.
8.1.7 Check Capacity
1) Press Menu-> Short Messages->Text Messages.
3) Scroll to the Check Capacity and press OK.

4) You can view the number of various kinds of existing messages in the phone and UIM card and the maximum number of storage.
8.2 Voice Messages
8.2.1 Voice Mail
Display total number of all voicemails stored in your Voice Mail Box.
1) Press Menu-> Short Messages->Voice Messages.
2) Scroll to the Voice Mail (N) and press OK. If you have Voice Mail, you can read, else there is a “No Voice Mail” hint.
8.2.2 Call Voice Mailbox
1) Press Menu-> Short Messages->Voice Messages.
2) Scroll to the Call Voice Mailbox and press OK.
3) Call the voice mail number that has been set.
8.2.3 Voice Mail Number
1) Press Menu-> Short Messages->Voice Messages.
2) Scroll to the Voice Mail Number and press OK.
3) Display the voicemail number you have set. You may also press OK modify this number.

9 RECENT CALLS
If there is (are) missed call (s), a prompt “Missed N Call(s)” will be displayed on the standby screen. At this time you can view the detailed information of the missed calls in the “recent calls /missed calls” menu. Each record contains number or name (if number is already in the phonebook), date, time etc.
9.1 Missed Calls
1) Press Menu, then scroll to Recent Calls
2) Press the key ->Missed Calls->OK
3) Press the up and down-direction key to view the information of other missed calls.
4) Press the key
to dial out this number
5) press the key ‘
’ to return to higher-level menu.
6) Missed calls are divided into the following two situations:
If the number is not stored in the phone or UIM card, the phone number will be displayed in the missed call list.
Select one of the numbers and press the key ‘
’ to access the sub-menu of this missed call, which has the
following 5 items:
· VoIP: Call the current number you are brousing.
· Save To New Location: Save this missed call number as a new record to the phone.
· Save To UIM: Save this missed call number to the UIM card.
· Save To Existing Location: Save this missed call number to an existing record.
· Send Message: Send short message to this missed call number.
· Delete Entry: Delete this missed call number record.
If this number is already stored in the phone or UIM card, the caller’s name will be displayed in the missed call list.
Select one of the names and press the key ‘
’ to access the sub-menu of this missed call, which has the
following 2 functions: Send Message and Delete Entry.
9.2 Received Calls

10 SETTINGS
10.1 Display Settings
1) Press Menu, then scroll to Settings
2) Press the key ->Display Settings->OK
3) Display Settings are divided into the following three settings:
· Banner: After switched on, the phone will display this banner on the screen. You may input the greetings you
like.
· Backlight Time: This option provides you different time periods for your selection as the backlight duration
time.
· Language: You can choose the suitable language to display.
10.2 Phone Settings

3) Phone Settings include the following two settings:
· Missed call Alert: If the ‘Miss call reminding’ is set “On”,when there is miss call the phone will give off a “tick”
tone, or no tone will be present.
· 50 Seconds Alert: If the 50 Seconds Alert is set “On”, during conversation, the phone will give off a “tick” tone
to prompt you 10 seconds before one full minute is reached; or no tone will be present.

(Busy): When somebody is calling you and you are in a conversation.
(No Answer): When someone is calling you and you did not answer the call.
(Unreachable): When someone is calling you and it was not connected, including your phone is power-off or out
of service range, the call will be diverted.
(All Calls): Divert all incoming calls.
(Cancel All): Cancel all call diverting.
· Call Waiting: If call waiting function is enabled, when someone is making a call to your phone and you are in a
conversation, the third party will be on held.
10.5 Security Settings
1) Press Menu, then scroll to Settings
2) Press the key ->Security Settings->OK
3) You should input the right Security Code, if you have set already. Then you will get the following options:
· Phone Lock:
(Password Request): If “Password request”is set on, from then on the system will prompt you to enter the phone’s
password when switched on and only when the password is correctly entered can you use the phone.
(Change Password): Change the phone’s password via this option. Enter the same new password for two times
and press the key ‘
to confirm. The new password will become effective. During this course you may press

’ to discard the change at any time and return to higher-level menu.
· PIN Setting:
PIN code is a security password to protect the UIM card, which is provided by the network operator. You must take good care of it and not disclose it. You may set the PIN code verification on to prevent illegal user to use your UIM card. You may also change the PIN code.
(PIN Check): If “PIN Check” is set on, from then on the system will prompt you to enter the phone’s password
when switched on and only when the password is correctly entered can you use the phone.
(Change PIN): Change the phone’s PIN code via this option. Enter the new PIN code for two time an d press the
key ‘
’ to confirm. The new PIN code will become effective. During this course you may press the key
to discard the change at any time and return to higher-level menu.

· Call Barrings: You may restrict calling range and call receiving range via call barring function.
Restirct Outgoing: If Restirct Outgoing is enabled, you will not be able to call the numbers in the user group you selected.
Note: In order to protect your benefits, if the PIN code is entered incorrectly for three consecutive times, the UIM will be locked. At this time the card will not work normally. Only after the PUK code provided by the network provider is entered can the PIN code be decoded.
10.6 Reset Settings
This function is used for restoring to the default factory setting.
1) Press Menu, then scroll to Settings
2) Press the key ->Reset Settings->OK

11 TOOLS
11.1 Alarm
You may set the alarm clocks as required.
1) Press Menu, then scroll to Tools
2) Press the key ->Alarm->OK
3) Press the up and down-direction key in the tools main menu and select alarm. Press the left soft key to access
the alarm list.
4) Press the up and down-direction key to select one of the alarms and press the left soft key to access the alarm
setting.
5) Press the left and right-direction ke y in the alarm clock setting interface to select alarm clock setting content.
You may set the alarm clock’s State, Time, Mode.
6) When you have selected state, press the up and down-direction key to select on or off; when you have selected time, you can input the time directly; when you have selected mode, press the up and down-direction key to select the mode of the alarm.
11.2 Calculator
Calculator can perform four fundamental operations (plus, minus, multiply, divide).
1) Press Menu, then scroll to Tools
2) Press the key ->Calculator->OK
3) Use 0-9 keys to input a value. Press the key ‘*’ to input minus symbol. Press direction keys to select one of the four operations: plus, minus, multiply and divide. Press numeric keys to input the second operation value and then select equal mark. The result will be displayed on the screen.

15 WARRANTY
Limited Warranty for Personal Communication Products, Accessories and Software.
What Does this Warranty Cover? Subject to the exclusions contained below,
BRIGHTSTAR warrants the Motorola branded products that BRIGHTSTAR manufactures (“Products”), to be free from
defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer usage for the period(s) outlined below. This limited
warranty is a consumer’s exclusive remedy and applies as follows to new Products which are accompanied by this
written warranty:
15.1 PRODUCTS COVERED
1. The Fixed Wireless Telephone.
2. The accessories included with the Fixed Wireless Telephone.
LENGTH OF COVERAGE
A. One (1) year from the date of purchase by the original consumer/purchaser of the product.
15.2 EXCLUSIONS
Batteries. Only batteries whose fully charged capacity falls below 80% of their rated capacity and batteries that leak
are covered by this limited warranty.
Abuse & Misuse. Defects or damage that results from: (a) improper operation, storage, misuse or abuse, accident
or neglect, such as physical damage (cracks, scratches, etc.) to the surface of the product resulting from misuse; (b)
contact with liquid, water, rain, extreme humidity or heavy perspiration, sand, dirt or the like, extreme heat, or food;
(c) use of the Product for commercial purposes or subjecting the Product to abnormal usage or conditions; or (d)
other acts which are not the fault of BRIGHTSTAR, are excluded from coverage.
Use of Non-Motorola branded Products and Accessories. Defects or damage that results from the use of
non-Motorola branded or certified Products, Accessories, Software or other peripheral equipment are excluded from
coverage.

Unauthorized Service or Modification. Defects or damages resulting from service, testing, adjustment,
installation, maintenance, alteration, or modification in any way by someone other than BRIGHTSTAR or its
authorized service centers are excluded from coverage.
Altered Products. Products or Accessories with (a) serial numbers or date tags that have been removed altered or
obliterated; (b) Seals or those that show evidence of tampering; (c) mismatched board serial numbers; or (d)
nonconforming or non-Motorola branded housings, or parts, are excluded from coverage.
Communication Services. Defects, damages, or the failure of products, due to any communication service or
signal you may subscribe to or use with the Products is excluded from coverage.
Who is covered? This warranty extends only to the first consumer/purchaser, and is not transferable.
What will BRIGHTSTAR Do? BRIGHTSTAR, at its option, will at no charge repair, replace or refund the purchase
price of any Product that does not conform to this warranty. We may use functionally equivalent reconditioned /
refurbished / pre-owned or new Products, Accessories or parts. No data, software or applications added to your
Product, Accessory or Software, including but not limited to personal contacts, games and ringer tones, will be
reinstalled. To avoid losing such data, software and applications please create a back up prior to requesting service.
How to Obtain Warranty Service or Other Information
For information on how to obtain service, contact the place where the product was purchased or a BRIGHTSTAR
Service Center in your country.
In order for this Warranty to take effect, take your unit, along with this policy, to the place of purchase or to a
BRIGHTSTAR Authorized Service Center.
You will receive instructions on how to ship the Products, at your expense, to a
BRIGHTSTAR Authorized Repair Center. To obtain service, you must include: (a) a copy of your receipt, bill of sale
or other comparable proof of purchase; (b) a written description of the problem; (c) the name of your service
provider, if applicable; (d) the name and location of the installation facility (if applicable) and, most importantly; (e)
your address and telephone number.

What Other Limitations Are There? ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE
