CV MAPPING
Your Sirin’s Pitch and Volume CV inputs can be re-mapped to control any parameter on your Sirin,
while the Gate input can be re-mapped to alter the state of any on/off parameters like Oscillator
waveshape.
NOTE: All CV Mapping is configured in the free Sirin Editor/Librarian software.
CV TO MIDI CONVERSION
Sirin can convert multiple channels of Control Voltage to MIDI. This allows you to take CV sources
like a Moog Mother-32 and translate the voltage into MIDI for CV control over plug-in effects, soft
synths, or other MIDI gear.
WARNING: For optimal CV to MIDI conversion response, adjust the scale and range of the external
control voltage to stay within 0 to +5 Volts. Do not apply a negative control voltage, or a CV
greater than +5 Volts!
