2. Installing the Printer

2. If you are going to use the printer on-line, connect the
RS-232 (on-line) cable as shown.
3. If you are going to use the optional Monarch computer
keyboard, rem ove the keyboard from its separate shipping
carton. Then, remove the plastic cap from the end of the
keyboard ca bl e and connect it to the keyboard connector
on the printer.

5. Lightly moisten a cotton swab with rubbing alcohol.

7. Replacing the Fuse
CAUTION
As a safety measure, be sure to turn the printer Off and
unplug the power cord.
