1. Contents

2. Introduction time

Introduction since September, 2000 (Serial No. 09W***** and following)

3. Identification method

• The model name is not changed with the change in specifications.

• The valve itself is interchangeable with the main body size and connection pipe size. Identification is unnecessary.

• Although it is necessary to identify the solenoid coil according to the specifications of the connected 4-way valve, both the new and old solenoid coils are packed together as service parts.

4. Service method

The specifications of the service parts are changed. Table 4-1. Change contents of service parts specifications

Replaced with the 4-way valve manufactured by Saginomiya Seisakusho.

* The main body size and pipe connection

section are interchangeable.

* It is also necessary to replace the

solenoid coil when changing the valve.

• If the solenoid coil alone is replaced. Since two coils from different makers are packed together, check the valve maker and use the solenoid coil from the same maker.

• If it is replaced together with the 4-way valve.

• Replaced with the solenoid coil manufactured by Saginomiya Seisakusho.

If replacing the 4-way valve, then replace the valve with the Saginomiya 4-way valve. If replacing the 4-way valve on the Ranco Japan 4-way valve unit, then also replace the solenoid coil with the Saginomiya solenoid coil.

Countermeasure

• If only the solenoid coil is replaced on the Ranco Japan 4-way valve unit, the old service part solenoid coil manufactured by Ranco Japan can be used.

• If the coil is replaced together with the 4-way valve on the Ranco Japan 4-way valve unit, then use the new Saginomiya solenoid coil service part. (2 solenoid coils from different makers are packed together.)

• If only the solenoid coil is replaced on the Saginomiya 4-way valve unit, then use the new Saginomiya coil service part. (2 solenoid coils from different makers are packed together.)
