The lightning flash with arrowhead symbol, within an equilateral triangle, is intended to alert the user to the presence of uninsulated “dangerous voltage” within the product’s enclosure that may be of sufficient magnitude to constitute a risk of electric shock.

Important safeguards
Please read all these instructions regarding your display wall processor and retain them for future reference. Follow all warnings and instructions marked on the display wall processor.
1. Read instructions All the safety and operating instructions should be read before the appliance is oper­ated.
2. Retain instructions The safety and operating instructions should be retained for future reference.
3. Warnings All warnings on the appliance and in the operating instructions should be adhered to.
4. Instructions All operating instructions must be followed.
5. Cleaning Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet before cleaning it. Do not use liquid aerosol cleaners. Use a damp soft cloth for cleaning.
6. Attachments and equipment Never add any attachments and/or equipment without the approval of the manufacturer as such additions may result in the risk of fire, electric shock or other personal injury.
7. Water and moisture Do not use this product near water or in contact with water.
8. Accessories Do not place this product on an unstable cart, stand, tripod, bracket or table. Use only with a cart, stand, tripod bracket, or table recom­mended by the manufacturer or sold with the product. Any mounting of the appliance should follow the manufacturer’s instructions and should use a mounting accessory recom­mended by the manufacturer.
An appliance and cart combination should be moved with care. Quick stops, excessive force and uneven surfaces may cause the appliance and cart combination to overturn.
9. Ventilation Slots and openings in the cabinet are pro­vided for ventilation, ensuring reliable opera­tion of the product and to protect it from overheating. Do not block these openings or allow them to be blocked by placing the product on a bed, sofa, rug, or bookcase. Ensure that there is adequate ventilation and that the manufacturer’s instructions have been adhered to.
10. Power sources This product should be operated only from the type of power source indicated on the marking label. If you are not sure of the type of power, please consult your appliance dealer or local power company.
11. Power-cord protection Power-supply cords should be routed so that they are not likely to be walked on or pinched by items placed upon or against them. Pay particular attention to cords at plugs, conve­nience receptacles, and points where they exit from the appliance.
12. Overloading Do not overload wall outlets and extension cords as this can result in a fire or electric shock.
13. Objects and liquids Never push objects of any kind through openings of this product as they may touch dangerous voltage points or short-out parts that could result in a fire or electric shock. Never spill liquid of any kind on the product.
14. Servicing Do not attempt to service this product your­self. Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel.
15. Damage requiring service Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet and refer servicing to qualified service per­sonnel under the following conditions: (a) If the power-supply cord or plug is dam-
aged.
(b) If liquid has been spilled, or objects have
fallen into the product.
(c) If the product does not operate normally
after you follow the operating instruc­tions. Adjust only those controls that are covered by the operating instructions. An improper adjustment of other controls may result in damage and may often require extensive work by a qualified technician to restore the product to its normal operation.
(d) If the product has been exposed to rain or
water.
(e) If the product has been dropped or the
cabinet has been damaged.
(f) If the product exhibits a distinct change
in performance - this indicates a need for service.
16. Replacement parts When replacement parts are required, be sure that the service technician has used replace­ment parts specified by the manufacturer or parts having the same characteristics as the original part. Unauthorized substitutions may result in fire, electric shock or other hazards.
17. Safety check Upon completion of any service or repair to this product, ask the service technician to perform safety checks determining that the product is in a safe operating condition.

WARNING:
Unplug immediately if there is something wrong with your product.
Do not operate if smoke, strange noise or odor comes out of your product. It might cause fire or electric shock. In this case, unplug immediately and contact your dealer.
Never remove the cabinet.
This product contains high voltage circuitry. An inadvertent contact may result in an electric shock. Except as specifically explained in the Owner’s Guide, do not attempt to service this product yourself. Please contact your dealer when you want to fix, adjust or inspect the product.
Do not modify this equipment.
It can lead to fire or electric shock.
Use the optional specified power supply cord.
This apparatus must be grounded. Place the product more than 20 cm (8 in.)
from the wall to prevent blocking the intake, exhaust slots and ventilation of this product because hot air comes out of it.
Do not use the product under the following circumstances, which may cause fire or electric shock.
• in a dusty or humid place
• near a heater
• in a oily, smoky or damp place
• in direct sunlight
• with high temperature, such as the closed car
• where the temperature is lower than 10˚C (50˚F) or higher than 40˚C (104˚F)
For the control terminal, use an Ethernet cable only.
For your safety, connect to an Ethernet network
which does not exceed the voltage limit of the Ethernet connector.
CAUTION:
Use “CAT5 STP (shielded twisted pair ) Ethernet cable” for control.
If you use unshielded control cable, it may cause interference with radio and television reception.
Do not use the included keyboard and mouse with other devices.
If used with another device, it may cause interference with radio and television reception.
The monitor connector and the 2 serial interface connectors (RS-232C) are non-LPS (non-limited power source).

Hard Disk Replacement
CAUTION:
The replacement of hard disc should be performed
while the power is on. If the hard disc is replaced
when the power is off, the system will not be started.
Required tools:
Hexagonal wrench (2.5 mm)

Rack mounting installation
You can install this system into standard 19-inch rack, with attached “rack mounting bracket”. This should be done by installation specialists. To secure the rack, refer to the rack instructions from its manufacturer. One method for securing the rack is to bolt it to the floor or wall. Another method for securing the rack is to fasten it to another rack that is bolted to the floor or the wall. Inspect the mounting fixings more than once in a year as needed.
WARNING:
If a rack is not properly secured, adding this system or other equipment to the rack may make the rack unstable.
1. Tmra ­The maximum recommended ambient temperature (Tmra) is 40 degrees Centigrade (104o F). A) Elevated Operating Ambient Temperature - If this product is installed in a closed or multi- unit rack
assembly, the operating ambient temperature of the rack environment may be greater than room ambient. Therefore, consideration should be given to installing this product in an environment com­patible with the Tmra.
B) Reduced Air Flow - Installation of this product in a rack should be such that the amount of airflow
required for safe operation of this product is not compromised.
C) Air enters this product chassis through the perforated the front panel and leaves the chassis through
the perforated top and rear panel in the rear of the chassis.

2. Mechanical Loading ­Mounting of this product in the rack should be such that a hazardous condition is not achieved due to uneven mechanical loading. Consult rack manufacturer’s loading instructions for proper load distribution.
3. Circuit Overloading ­Consideration should be given to the connection of this product to the supply circuit and the effect that overloading of circuits might have on over current protection and supply wiring. Appropriate consider­ation of this product nameplate ratings (on the rear of the chassis) should be used when addressing this concern.
4. Reliable Grounding ­Reliable grounding (earthing) of this product should be maintained. Particular attention should be given to supply connections other than direct connections to the branch circuit (i.e. - use of power strips).
This product needs 8U: 355.2mm (14inches) vertical space. Do not install other system for cooling, upside and bottom side of 1U: 44.4mm(1.75inches). Do not mount only attached bracket. Use support angle fit to chosen rack (Rack manufacturer provided).

Troubleshooting
Please check the following before contacting your dealer for service. Errors in signals are apt to be taken for problems in the product.

•Check that the power cord is connected firmly.
Check that proper signals are input from or output to the external
devices.

Check that the external devices are turned on.
• Contact your MITSUBISHI dealer.
• Contact your MITSUBISHI dealer.
•Replace the faulty HDD.
•Check that the inlet port or outlet port of the VC-X3000 is not blocked with a cable or other article.
• Check that the LAN cable is connected properly.
