The Mission EP1-L6 and SP1-L6H are professional quality, all metal expression pedals designed for use with Line 6 products. Mission and Line 6 engineers collaborated on the development of these expression pedals to ensure perfect control of effects parameters such as volume, wah, and delays.
The EP1-L6 is a single output expression pedal for use with Line 6 digital amplifiers, multi-effects and effects pedals. The SP1-L6H additionally features a toe switch, that when used with the Line 6 Helix Rack, supports switchable functions such as turning an effect on and off, and toggling between effects.
Pow
These expression pedals are passive devices, and require no internal battery or external power source for expression control and switching.

1-L6
The EP1-L6 uses a single ¼” TS phone plug output marked OUT1 on the underside of the pedal. Connect OUT1 to the pedal input on your compatible Line 6 device using a ¼” instrument cable. OUT2 is unused
on this model and is blanked off.
SP1-L6H
The SP1-L6H uses a two ¼” TS phone plug outputs marked OUT1 and OUT2 on the underside of the pedal. OUT1 is the expression pedal output and OUT2 is the switch output. Connect OUT1 to an EXP input on the rear panel of the Helix Rack or Helix Rack Floor Controller using a ¼” instrument cable. Connect OUT2 to the EXP TOE SWITCH input on the Helix Rack or Helix Rack Floor Controller.
Expression pedals do not require an input. The input side of the pedal is blanked off.
ConfigurAtion
Your Line 6 device may require configuration to use the connected expression pedal, and to assign the pedal to the particular parameters you wish to control. Follow the instructions in the user guide for your Line 6 device to configure the expression pedal. Latest user guides can be downloaded from http:// www.line6.com/support

The tension of the rocker can be adjusted using the tension adjustment screw on the rear of the pedal between the rocker and the base. Use the hex key provided to tighten the adjustment screw until the pedal remains in place. It maybe necessary to adjust this screw every once in a while to compensate for use and environmental conditions such as very hot or cold weather, when the pedal has been stored for a long period, or after shipping. Replacement hex keys are available from Mission Engineering. The tension adjuster is not included if the optional spring load has
been fitted.
The switch sensitivity on the SP1-L6H can be adjusted by lowering or raising the switch in the chassis. Use spacers and washers provided to lower the switch making it harder to press. Remove spacers and washers to raise the switch making it easier to press. When replacing the switch, be careful not to over tighten the lock nut and damage the switch.
Do not use the pedal without the supplied baseplate and feet installed. Attempting to screw the baseplate to the pedal without the rubber feet may result in damage to the chassis. For fixing to a pedal board, we recommend the Mission PR-1 Pedal Riser kit available at http://www.missionengineering.com
