Have you ever wondered what the real problem with computer speakers is? We’ll tell you, they’re designed by computer companies for what they think is the typical computer user requirement. As a result, they are designed using cheap materials, and sound thin and boring.
Not so with Mission Pulse. Mission’s engineers are versed in the ins and outs of Hi-Fi audio. They approached the design of Pulse by using the same traditions and talents employed in designing award winning loudspeakers over the past 25 years. Their one aim is to re up computer music so that it sounds like, well, music.
Of course Pulse couldn’t be a hi- speaker per se. It has to be compact, stylish, and versatile. It has to handle USB and Analogue inputs. It has to include sophisticated amplification and digital processing. And it has to pair with any device and sound clean, impactful, and fun.

Precision Drive Unit
At the core of Pulse, there is a highly sophisticated and precision engineered drive unit called AFR. This driver is the key to the versatility of Pulse. Unlike the conventional drive units, the AFR delivers a power response which lls the room with sound, no matter where you sit in relation to it. It doesn’t matter whether the Pulse speakers are on your desk, on a shelf above your desk or even on the oor, Pulse will be always deliver the crisp, clear music and eects.
This single drive unit delivers all the sound that you need across an amazing span of over seven octaves. No crossover, no splitting of the frequency range across multiple drivers, nothing to spoil a seamless performance that sounds so natural, crisp and even. You won’t believe computer speakers could sound so good.
What about bass? Two ABRs (Auxiliary Bass Radiators) lie beneath the aluminum finish side panels of Pulse and they augment the low frequency response without any of the chung, whistling or distortion that are usually present with open ports. It’s just part of the attention to detail that Mission engineers put into every Mission product as standard.

User Friendly
The designers at Mission used only the highest quality materials and technology blended together with an innovative control system to ensure an ideal user experience. Touch sensitive areas on the side panel of the master speaker control input selection and volume. And if the phone rings or someone needs to talk just touch the mute button on the top of the master speaker for immediate silence. Touch it again and your music will spring back to life.
Of course no-one wants their desk to be cluttered which is why Pulse has been designed with a clever cable management system. The inputs are housed in a recess beneath the Master speaker and cables are routed through a slot to keep them tidy. Similarly, excess cable to the Slave speaker can be coiled into the recess so that trailing cables don’t loop over your table.
Connect your Mission Pulse to your Mac or PC through the built-in USB connection and listen as your stored audio les playback with vigor, pace, and a musicality that you have never experienced before with other computer speakers. The
3.5mm input adds versatility allowing you to connect to almost any portable device that stores your audio les.
