HowlongshouldIexercise?
Thedurationofyourexercisesessionshoulddependonyourfitnesslevel.In
general,itisrecommendedthatyoumaintainyourheartrateinthetraining
zoneforatleasttenminutestorealizeanaerobicbenefit.Asyourfitnesslevel
increases,youwillbeabletomaintainyourheartrateinthetrainingzonefor
longerperiods,usuallybetween20and30minutes.
Whenstartingyourworkout,usethefirstseveralminutestowarmup,then
slowlyincreaseyourworkloadtobringyourheartrateintoyourspecific
trainingzone.Attheendofyourworkout,graduallydecreaseyourworkload
andexerciselightlyto"cooldown".

WhenyouselectaUSERID,theuser'saccumulatedtime,distance,and
calorievaluesappear.Theuser'saccumulatedtimeappearsashh:mm(hours:
minutes).Whentheaccumulatedtimeexceeds99:59,minutesdisappear;100
(hours)appears.Maximumtimeis9999hours.
Oncethemaximumtimeappears,youmustclearthetimememoryasfollows.
WhiletheuserIDappearsonthescreen,simultaneouslypresstheSTOPand
STARTkeys.Holdthesekeysforthreeseconds.Whentheusertime,distance,
andcaloriecountvaluesareerased,thedisplaywillbeepthreetimes.Then
youcanactivatetheuserIDagain.
