LID LOCK INSTALLATION

FREEZER MODEL: AISLEMATE

Parts supplied in the door lock kit: Tools required:

1. LOCK PLATE, Qty: 1 -PHILIPS SCREW DRIVER, or

2. LOCK BRACKET, Qty: 1 POWER DRILL

3. SCREW #6 x 1/2” TYPE A, SS, Qty: 2

1. Position the lock plate
as shown on Picture 1,
either on the left or right
side of the handle - it is
your preferred choice.
Lift the glass lid while
maintaining the lock
plate in place. The lock
plate should be flush
with the back plastic
surface and pushed all
the way down, see
Section A-A, Picture 1. Picture 1.

2. Using Philips

rewdriver or power

sc
drill, fasten the lock
plate to the plastic collar
with two screws
supplied in this kit, see
Picture 2. Do NOT over
tighten the screws as
they may strip threads
in the plastic collar.

3. Close the glass lid. Make sure the lock plate is not touching the glass lid.

4. Slide the lock bracket over the lock plate as shown on Picture 3.

5. Install a lock-pad as shown on Picture 4. The lock-pad is not part of the installation kit, it
is the customer’s responsibility to provide a suitab
